Terrence BPick up was confusing, I didn’t realize I might get a new pick up location after choosing one when I reserved a truck. So we went to the wrong location, but they were so helpful and got us a truck so we didn’t have to go to the other location. My suggestion would be to be more clear that the REQUEST for a location may differ than where you actually assign us. Also, the tire pressure was way above recommended psi, so it didn’t drive as well as it should have.

sean o | Overall ExperiencePlease take the time to explain the features on your new vans. I put $45 and the fuel gauge did not seem to function the way I thought it should. I think I was overcharged at this particular site. Otherwise the people who checked out the car were very polite. When the van was returned, the guy who checked it in was very unprofessional overall.

CARMELO TI personally don't like really busy downtown areas for pickup so personally would rather choose the Atlas avenue location but also I wish that location got the items we requested several hours earlier and would have had a quicker pickup and return.

Yuvicsa PI rented a 17’ truck. They didn’t have any so the lady on the phone switched it to a 15’ truck, but what I actually got was a 10’ truck, which didn’t have the utility dolly in it. It would have been better if I could call the store directly without needing to change the reservation by proxy.

RANDY GI terminated my contract on January 29th for a rented parking space. I had paid for the month (through February 22nd). The coordinator indicated that the spot was going to be rented immediately, though I had paid to rent the space through February 22nd. I explained that I felt it would be appropriate that my monthly payment be prorated as he indicated that it would be rented immediately. He explained that he could not pro-rate my month's rent since he had already closed out the rental agreement. I asked if I returned to park my car during the month of February where I should park my car and he stated that I could park in employee parking or some equivalent. I felt that this could be handled better or more appropriately. I would appreciate a follow up, and if indeed the space has been rented, proration is the appropriate course of action whether or not it is convenient for the UHaul coordinator. DONALD HMobile check in and check out experience was terrible. The truck was not in the location the app said when I went to pick it up. It was buried behind several other trucks and the keys were not in the lock box. A customer service person at the location helped, which was appreciated but the process was terrible. Then, at drop off, the drop off key box was broken. Fortunately, the office was still open and I could hand the keys to some one but that is not the way this process is supposed to work. So, would I recommend? Yes but I would recommend against using the mobile pick up or drop off.

CODY CI waited for a long time before anyone helped me. They gave me the truck with a half-empty fuel tank, which is just dumb. I ended up getting charged because I didn't quite get it back to half full, even though I used the estimator on the contract.

LAURNC SThe good news is that the team member who took care of us was AWESOME! Fast, friendly, solved problems with a grin. I'd work with him every day! The bad news is I made a point to make a reservation for a four-wheel car hauler and it wasn't at the location. We took the two-wheel dolly which worked well enough to haul the junked car we were moving but it definitely created more work than I wanted to deal with (which is why I reserved the four-wheel hauler). Not sure why I bothered making a reservation at all if you guys can't get the right equipment to the location with a couple days notice.

Most of their units are in the "basement" with concrete floors, mouse traps in the units, mold/water damage on the back wall of the unit, all in metal caged fences. When I walked in, the staff were rude to the customer in front of me. Told him "they only thing you can do is 800 Uhaul". I went up next, and was told my unit wasn't ready at 10am. Came back in 2 hours, still wasn't ready. Came back in 1 hour and finally was given my unit. The lady was friendlier by then. Another woman was on the phone with someone she knew and eating chips while customers were waiting. One workers' young daughter was in with a "sitter" hanging around. Then I saw this worker go out the front door and use her dab pen. My suggestion is a rental unit should be booked until the end of the month at 12am! Then the next reservation for the month starts on the 1st when they open! This place needs a little restructuring!

It would be great if it was electric instead, but mainly every time I went there it was NOT working at all.. Especially people tend to move bulky heavy things so an electric one would be a necessity in my opinion.
