I think 20% off is really not a great form of compensation for having to wait an hour and a half to have the moving truck jumped after it was loaded. It really messed with my day but typically with moving you have timelines to meet and friends who are helping who are only available for certain time frames

The person I worked with was great. Unfortunately the trailer I rented had a bad door. It was extremely hard to open and close making it difficult for me to properly use the trailer when I got to my destination to load and unload which was very inconvenient. I also got extremely dirty (coat and cloths) trying to open and close the trailer door each time. I even tried putting WD40 on the door/track to help it slide better but to no avail. Apparently it was bent wheel in the track making it difficult to open and close the door. The door just kept getting stuck and it took a lot of force to open and close - which put a lot of stress on my back and arms. No fun

My experience with Micheal Koran was great, but the manager on duty created an awkward situation. He was rude towards Micheal and while on the phone with another customer, attempted to micro-manage Micheal as he took care of me and accessed my reservation.

I had to move in the snow on Sunday. When I arrived at the W. Washington location Micheal Koran had my van all ready for me. He even warmed it up. That was so nice and considerate. The van was easy to drive and back up. I liked the reverse camera with the lines that show you if your lined up correctly. Thank you so much for making my move easy and comfortable!

Hire a manager who is not a college kid whom acts as if he is pumped up on steroids and pride. ADAM did not do his Job as corporate confirmed. To make a long story short; Adam the manager asked for my driver lincense and a form of payment. He got both of those things printed off the contract and had me sign it. HE NEVER ASKED FOR IF I WANTED A DOLLY NOR DID HE DO A CHECK OFF INSPECTION OF MY UHAUL. I'm new to this so he goes and get the truck, hops out, I hop in. I looked at the gas because my cousin told me to double check. It wasn't all the way on full but it was close enough I figured whatever I'll just make sure I put it back to where I visually see it. We did not use the dolly AT ALL, this guy Adam said the zip tie was broke! Well had we checked as we were supposed to before I pulled off it would've saved both us this headache, MIND YOU I DID NOT ASK FOR THE DOLLY!!! I ask for all of my recorderd conversations and then OF course there are loopholes there as well. I'm just trying to figure out is there ANYONE HOLDING there GENERAL MANGERS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE? Adam seemed really sure on how corporate couldn't do anything for me! I even provided corporate with pictures I took for proof that I filled it back up, why would I send pictures that would incrimate me? Like think about it! I'm a very honest person and don't mind paying what I use for! I didn't even recieve the credit back on my mileage in which I only used 14 out of the 20! So not only was I charged for a dolly that wasn't supposed to be on the truck/nor did I use, I was over charged for gas, not renibursed for my mileage, and I've had a terrible customer service experience all around. I feel like I'm in a nightmare! Sorry I know I said it was going to be short; ended up being long.
