I’m so glad I didn’t need to go on the freeway. Also , I forgotten my storage unit number . I tried to find it in my paper work for truck rental it wasn’t there . It would have been nice if I had it there as references to look at in case I forget. Customer service is amazing though and the location and storage units clean . I am really happy for uhaul and recommend it to anyone looking to rent a truck or need a storage unit.

Access hours should be no later than 6am (sunrise) since most people, like myself, want to get an early start in moving items in or out. Especially, Sunday (weekend - opens at 9am) when most people do not have to go to work. The office is very well maintained, but the outside where the lockers are located need to be swept once in a while. Not once have I come into my storage bin without trash in front of it. Otherwise, everything is good to go. Nena is a great host.

Her accommodating manner through us having to go to AZ & then returning to CA was horrible, however Nena was a real blessing & a joy to deal with in providing 4 different storage spaces & trucks. She was a light in a major storm. My wife has a mental illness that is cyclical & and was peaking because of the stress & Nena & her staff were exceptionally kind to her where other have been less than compassionate when engaging with my wife. Not only my experience but I witnessed her deal with some very undesirable & unreasonable people when entering the office & she stood her ground while maintaining her professional composure far beyond what patience level would have allowed. I am 63 & have been self employed since I was 17 & can look back & say why was I not so fortuned to have had employee's with such a heart & dedication to their cause? I have been renting & packing U-haul trucks since I was 15 & have done so more than I care to admit, So consider the fact that I have had many experiences with many U-haul locations over the years with some very negative experiences to compare. This is defiantly an U-haul team player & should that should be considered for advancement into a regional position the next time an opening comes available. Throughly embarrassed while explaining my plight, they graciously allotted me a settlement if I came and picked things up same day. I am so grateful to them for working with me so I did not loose my belongs as that storage was the last bit of everything I owned. I know my account still holds a balance but I’m hoping to pay that off sooner than later so as to be in good standing with a company that demonstrates empathy—a trait all too rare in today’s society.

Edward D | Overall ExperienceU-Haul needs to update their security cameras. Cameras pointing directly at license plates driving in and out. I had my toy hauler stolen during business hours. This is the second bad experience I've had at U-Haul. The first experience someone broke into my trailer and stole my TV Xbox plus games and all my riding gear. I do not recommend keeping anything worth value at this place. But the staff is very professional. It's just a bad town anyway you look at it high crime.

DARRYL K | Overall ExperienceAfter much research, I am glad I chose this location to store my belongings while getting settled after a cross country move. Nena and her staff made a hectic period of transition much more bearable by offering superior customer service, multiple options every time I needed to rent a truck and flexibility when I needed it most; they kindly let me leave a truck secured overnight when it proved too much to unload in one session. My only suggestion would be to alert would-be renters that the vanbody units are not fully resistant to the elements. One could assume this to be, since they appear to be made from old, decommissioned Uhaul truck bodies; however there is no signage indicating this to be the case, as there are prominently displayed in uhaul rental trucks, so be aware.
Debessaye M | Overall ExperienceExcellent staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Facilities are clean. Office clean. I like that there are gates, cameras, and an alarm system for each unit. Only 2 small issues: 1. Website and email both told me first month was free and a lock was provided free with unit rental, but when I came in person there was a $20 charge. There was a "service fee" for having the staff member do his job rather than doing it online and a fee for the lock. I would have gladly done it online, but I could not since it would give me the free lock, but charge me for the first month or give me the first month, but charge me for the lock. It felt like false advertising to me, the staff member seemed a little confused by it as well, but I don't think the facilities have any part in those deals. 2. The clicker for the gate doesn't work very well. I have to click it several times to open the gate and sometimes it does not work at all.
