I spend thousands a year at this location and I always have to take a picture of me and my license. It takes 5-10 minutes each time. Is there a simpler way? There has to be.
JOHN PThis was a very professional operation who handled everything perfectly.
SCOTT GI arrived at this location at 7am to pick up my 15ft truck and a car dolly that I reserved. Turns out they didn’t have it anymore, so they sent me to another location. Of course, they didn’t have a working one as well, so they sent me to another location. Finally I was able to get a tow dolly from this location… but when I finally finished packing and got ready to leave for my move, the car tow started smoking. Apparently, the person before me broke a main component and then decided to tie it up with a phone charger! Yet they still rented it out to me. I ended up having to call roadside assistance and they ended up demoing it unsafe and I had to leave my car 4 hours away from where I am moving. Terrible experience.

TAMMY HThese movers were ridiculous, I said 8pm-11pm they showed up at 11am and packed up my entire venue just to have me redo everything I had stayed up until 2am the previous morning setting up. At 11pm they packed up my inventory for my popup, one of the drivers got arrested and went to jail so I had to spend an hour and a half at 3am driving this mover around to find his car. I hired movers to make my experience easier, but they were very unprofessional, they didn't know the times I needed them at when I stated my times a week before when I booked the U-Haul. If there was an issue they could have told me before the day of my event, after they started the pickup process. I had to pay them out of pocket to come back at 11pm which is what I booked for, for make sure they were there when I needed them, besides paying a whole other company the day of. And with that I still ended up having to deal with one getting arrested and one finding his car in Atlanta. I had to go out of town on Friday and I missed that due to the fact I wasn't able to sleep nor were my friends with me. Mind you my friends are the ones that moved everything out of the U-Haul, not even the one mover that was there. Maybe I shouldn't have booked through U-Haul, but I've been booking with that same location for the past 2 years for my popup events around Atlanta for my clothing brand. Then when I went to drop off the trailer at the location I selected while making the reservation I was told that the location I had picked up from had messed up and had the same location I picked up from as my drop off. After some time on the phone they got my drop off location fixed but still charged me for equipment I never received let alone used

Annie LI went to 4 different locations!!!! Before being told to go to this last location it's so sad that I had to tell these people how to do their job. I said before you send me to another location please call to ensure that they are actually open, have a truck and has it reserved for me. Me and my husband spent 2 hours riding around Atlanta after being sent on a wild goose chase because of customer service on the phone. It started with the first lady we spoke with. She was absolutely horrible!!!! She talked so fast kept interrupting me and hung up before asking if I had any questions or needed anything else. Please pull the call and find out who she is and either train her or fire her!!!!! She is a horrible representation for your establishment!!!!!

His name is on my contract and I am not able to submit it due to that. It ihas really hard trying to get a new contract for my insurance claim in which I need . My overall experience with U-Haul was excellent. Let’s see if we can get this incident resolved quickly.

I am eternally grateful to have entrusted UhAul Peter Street with my belongings.. The facility was always clean. There was 1 young lady who went beyond to make sure my 2nd unit was ready and safe and convenient to my existing unit. ANDREA M | First ImpressionsIt was not a good experience. My uboxes arrived early which made my coordinated month start early, which affected when I landed in the destination, city and new charges. Essence the GM, completely dropped the ball in facilitating resolution after me being advised from corporate she was the person to do so. She did not prioritize my need after one of her employees left her a note to do so this past Sunday, I had to call in the next day and she didn’t even know what I was talking about. It was obvious to me that it wasn’t a top level concern for her within the conversation. We ended the conversation with her telling me she would get back to me in the next few hours after I expressed it was time sensitive and that I have been going through this four days and needed a conclusion to this resolution so that I could get my things and move in. She never called back that day or the next day yet emailed a balance to pay when that was the very thing we were discussing removing. She told me California was responsible for making it right in terms of the CAF file I needed to dispute the STORAGE charges which makes zero sense because my things are being stored in Atlanta, not California. After our conversation on that Monday, come Thursday I still didn’t have a resolution and have not heard anything from her until I called into corporate and raised complete hell. Which I was informed at that point that she was incorrect California is not who’s responsible it is in fact her as I was initially told and then they created the customer service agent a CAF file to get the charges, removed understanding the situation in which a very professional kind man called me named Tim, and he actually made the situation right and apologize for everything that I have been through with the professional professionalism and prioritization that I deserved all along. He removed the balance completely and scheduled for my boxes to be delivered to me immediately. Only for essence to call me back after it was already said and done, and I hadn’t heard from her for four days after I emailed her and everything, for her to try to tell me, she just was calling to let me know she resolved the matter when she didn’t resolve a damn thing I resolved it. Tim resolved it. Ubox customer service agent over the phone, resolved it. Essence did not resolve it so I was greatly disappointed and upset with her and hearing any excuses about being out of office, from GM TO GM, whenever you are not in office business doesn’t go skipped out on - as a GM you do whatever is necessary to make sure that any hiccups are covered, and that anyone who needs prior authorization or to be facilitated resolution that is handled… You don’t have them waiting until you return and quite frankly that wasn’t the excuse or the reason you just drop the ball flat out because you weren’t out of office the day I spoke to you or the next day. To make matters worse, I got a text message yesterday that my boxes were going to be shortly, which I don’t know why because I had never scheduled anyone to pick them up and my things were still inside of them. I called and corrected this and they told me they adjusted the date for April 6 which would be today between nine and five and I told them I would have everything cleared out for that. Then someone came and picked my uboxes up anyway yesterday the day before it was scheduled to be picked up after the conversation, but I just cleared up. My boxes are not to be picked up. And I only found that out because they called me and told me they found my things inside of the boxes and of course they did because why would my things be completely cleared if I wasn’t done with the box and did not tell you to pick it up and you are arriving a day early only for the person on the phone to tell me they’re gonna bring my things back to me and he never called back and you all still have my things. I called yesterday to complain and they told me I will get a phone call first thing in the morning. My phone never rang. This was the worst experience ever and I’m so mad about it and I really want my money back and on top of that you still have my things and if someone doesn’t figure out how to return my things to me immediately this is about to grow to be a big situation for you

Clarence B | Overall ExperienceThe odometer continues to malfunction as a one-way trip home, with a stop for gas because I received the van with less than an 1/8 of a tank of gas, and 2 grocery store stops which were on my way home equaled 30 miles. I only live 7.2 miles from this store. I was forced to turn the van in because going back to the store from my residence added an additional 10 miles to the trip. Please note mileage adjustment upon return and gas credit. I rented last week and I am sure that there was a similar issues bcz I was told that I went over by 53 miles and was charged a total of $106 after returning the vehicle and being given a receipt that didn't calculate the numbers. I only learned of the increase in cost 3 days after I returned the vehicle. When I questioned it, I was told that there was a glitch when I returned the vehicle and this is why the final cost couldn't be calculated. I rented a truck on February 8th and when I returned it on the 9th, the system tried to charge an additional $50. I disputed it on the spot and got it corrected. U-haul is robbing it's customers because I rented from a different store in January I was charged an additional $40-$45 dollars. I am a Senior on a fixed income and can't afford to be overcharged at any time.
DAMARIS MMy pick up location was changed by Uhaul 4 times due to various issues - truck not at that location, location only does location, location closed on Sunday. When I got to the pickup location, I had reserved an appliance dolly as I was moving a fridge and freezer. They did not have one which made the move more difficult. .The staff did not appear to be concerned about the issue at all. As far as the truck, it was great. Clean and did what I needed it to do.
DELMAN MFront desk is not sensitive to customers. Many customers come to U-Haul storage for many reasons, last stop, smart stop, and maybe stop, these customers are not sure damount their future and just maybe this is their last Stop. The young men at the front deck have no level of sensitivity. Some trainer is needed to actually enhance your sales

Tiffany P | First ImpressionsYou can start by not changing reservations locations without notifying the customer first and also, the gas levels are very misleading, especially the 1/8 and 1/4 levels which are unorthodox as compared to regular vehicles, which is probably set up by design to rob customer with outrageous double charges for gas, complete ripoff and I 'll rent from u-haul again, horrible experience! The Xtra charge was more than the incorrect gas charge.

Monique BUhaul had me set up a return location with no office and no staff, only trucks in a lot. This location was 40 minutes out of my way and different from what I selected. You rerouted me when I called and that worked. Uhaul was a great experience until this return mess. I would like a partial refund for this poor experience on the return side.

Isobel AI made my reservation online and when i went to the facility to get access to my unit which i had already reserved and put a card down for, they told me they didn't have any units of that size available. I will never understand why uhaul does this, it's happened to me with a truck and happened to my boyfriend with a truck. This experience and the other experiences I've had with uhaul have resulted in me choosing ANY alternative to uhaul even if it is inconvenient. I am moving with pods and storing with extra space storage. Both of these are not ideal but i'm willing to make adjustments to never work with uhaul again if i can avoid it. The staff is also lazy and incompetent. They lack critical thinking skills and would rather tell a customer the wrong answer than ask their manager if it's correct.

LAWRENCE HWhen I arrived, the U-Haul system was down. They were unable to give me the trailer. I had to wait for an hour and a half. This is not the location’s fault this is U-Haul’s fault. The people who were there were actually mildly helpful and very patient and tolerant.
WILLIAM KThe location was fine. The UBER driver had to circle the block before we found the UNMARKED entrance to the retail rental counter. You walk in through a gate, where trucks are parked, and being washed, and fueled, etc., and up a short flight of stairs to FIND the entrance where you would go, to rent a truck! I saw no "OFFICE" or "ENTRANCE" signs.

The staff were very friendly and in a short period of time I had the items rented and on our way. The location was well stocked with rental equipment and supplies for moving. If I were renting again in the this Atlanta area I would definitely use this location.

LATOYA WIt was a very fair price for a week long rental and the staff was super helpful and polite. The hardest part was fitting the boxes in my car and carrying them as they get heavy when stacked. It might be helpful to suggest people renting plastic crates to use a pickup truck or similar and maybe also rent dollys with the crates.

I closed the unit in-store, in person. before the end of a 30 day pay cycle so as to avoid being charged for another month. The 13th of September arrived and I was charged for the unit I had just closed out 3 days earlier. I tried calling the location, but they had all phones forwarded to the call center. All in all, incompetent staff and a pretty rude GM who FINALLY called me the next day about this issue made this experience with this particular location very stressful and unpleasant. I'll not do business with this location ever again, and will actively pass my bad experience along to anyone who'll listen.

The store opens at 7am the next day which is inconvenient and the staff members were late. My card did not work and I had to go to the front desk to get it fixed. No one acknowledged me when I entered the office or when I approached the desk. It was a Spanish woman and black gentleman with a large gray cap to cover his hair, glasses, and tattoos and of a short stature behind the counter. I approached the desk and raised my card in need of assistance and the gentleman said with much attitude, what does that mean?What am I supposed to do with that. I calmly let him know that the card was malfunctioning not working. He took his time to get to the computer and after several moments asked for my unit number, which I was about to look up and then my phone number. After pulling up my account with that information (my phone number) I’m assuming, he found it and then asked me for the card. I politely let him know it was in the desk . He asked again and I let him know once again that the card he was requesting was on the desk/ counter in front of him. He then said no “put the card in my hand” And I quote “I’m a man”. Shocked at the lack of customer service I picked up my card and left the building. This was not a great experience. *It also should be noted this card is necessary to use the Elevator. While I understand the limit access going for the stairs going to the unit. There was is no access access to the stairs leaving the unit/floor which is a safety concern. You have access yet there is an alarm and 50 charge if it is not a fire which is strange and somewhat concerning.

The staff tried lying saying the man was supposed to have moved out the night before but I know that is a lie. If a unit is not cleared out, how can you allow someone to check in online for a unit not closed out. The U-Haul was crowded and someone rented the unit I checked in for, and tried lying about it. My son was moved to another unit but what I didn’t want, happened again. He was moved to another unit that had steps. I would NEVER use this facility again or recommend anyone from Morehouse college to use them. I was referring this place to a lot of parents last year for their kids but never again.

I finally decide to move out of the storage and during my exit period staff member was so rude and did not even try to assist, but told me that this is U-Haul not WE-Haul , I took all of my things out and went to another storage company. I tried to purchase a few items, but also that they do not accept cash because manager was not available. I could never refer this company to any of my family members.

My stuff was kept safe for a long time with no chance of it being affected by weather or another person, for that I am grateful. I am writing this review, however, because the policy and tolerance for customer service MUST change at that facility. Ibrahim, you need to treat your renters, former current and potential, with more respect. I rented that space for a little longer than 1.5 years, with automated on-time payments every month. I finally moved into an apartment with enough room for my stuff, so I said goodbye to my storage unit. I emptied my unit the last week of July in 2022, locked it, and went to the front desk. I asked the gentleman at the front desk how to “officially end my rental” and he said “give me your keys to your lock, unit number, and I’ll cancel the recurring payments” I went on my way. It took me two months to realize that they had never stopped charging me my monthly rental fee. I made a phone call, and an employee of the customer service department who’s name I THINK was Megan, was the nicest and most understanding person I could’ve spoken to. She told me my refund had been issued and that id receive it in about three business days. Four business days later, I get a call from Ibrahim. He personally canceled the refund, and let me know that he would not be stopping the payments until I opened my unit because “the lock was my personal property”. I explained the situation to him, about how I didn’t have my keys, and he basically told me that there was nothing I could do, and that I, a 22 year old girl with no car and an address far away from that facility, had to buy bolt cutters, drive over there and do it myself. I refused. I gave him written and verbal permission multiple times to bust that lock himself (I am sure he has bolt cutters). I kept being sent an outstanding bill of rent, since Megan had turned my automatic payments off. I eventually was sent a bill for about $640, an a harsh email explaining that my lease with uhaul has been terminated and that all of my stuff (there was so stuff) would be sold at auction. Still no refund. I almost forgot to mention the 5 separate phone calls from that Uhaul office asking me to call them back as soon as possible, which I did, and I would be met with another person that had no idea why I was calling, and upon explanation, Ibrahim would receive a call while I held, and immediately, every time, after the conversation between the two, I was met with loud, interrupting “MAAM, MAAM, calm down ma’am” and “there is nothing I can do for you, please pay your outstanding bill, and if you have a complaint file it with our customer service”, when, like I said, they always called me first. I eventually just filed a complaint through the BBB and within 24 hours I was issued my refund and an apology. Ibrahim knew I was calling, he knew I was having trouble, he knew there was miscommunication all over the place, and he chose to not believe me because I never caught the name of the gentleman I gave my keys to. Some of the worst and most disappointing customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I work very very hard to exist in a loud, fast-moving world and I don’t always get the answer right but Ibrahim, you dropped the ball on this one. I wasn’t going to write a review until Ibrahim personally emailed me asking to write one, with the following pleasantry, “you are a very valuable customer to us and we really appreciate your feedback”. I don’t think I will be coming to that facility again. I would also like to mention my experience with a kind man that used to work with Ibrahim and his team when I first got my unit in may of 2021. His name is G, and he is from Miami. That morning was hard for me since I was going through a pretty important breakup, and I was driving a really big, uncomfortable truck, which I never have done in my life. I parked in the wrong area, couldn’t back the truck out, and started to cry. I also packed my boxes wayyyyyy too heavy, and I accidentally booked a unit that was up a flight of stairs! G found me, told me everything was gonna be okay, and went behind his bosses orders and helped me. He really saved the day for me. I have never forgotten him. I doubt he still works at U-Haul, he seemed like a very happy untouchable person and I hope he is doing something he loves.

Yet… U-Haul cancelled my moving truck with ZERO notice. No phone call. Nothing. I was sitting in dead end traffic on a Wednesday morning, there was a bad wreck. No call?!?? The consequences of no such notice were: 1. $120 for an extra month of storage. 2. $89 extra to my movers, who had to stay an extra hour that day while I retrieved another truck. 3. Miserable morning, having to run around and find another truck last minute. 4. Not being able to finish my move that day. 5. Missed work with the extra time - I’m a contractor and the missed work was a $600 value loss. I feel I deserve some compensation. Any other reputable service on earth gives you a call before they just cancel you for being 20 minutes late. Awful, awful experience.

By this time it’s 4:30 when I originally checked in around 2pm. Just for to tell me I have to come back by 7pm to access the storage. So I come back act 6:30 and they refuse to let me unload the truck into the storage because they close at 7pm. This was ridiculous cause I already discussed this with the agent who helped me set up my reservations for the truck and storage rental. He set it up for a One Way truck and 1 month free storage. But when I got there they changed it. After they refused me access to the storage I had to extend the truck since I had to work 9-6 the following day. Then I ended up buying a storage from Public Storage there process was so much easier and it’s 24 hour access, which was needed.

I got into a screaming match with one of the guys some nasty words were exchanged on both our behalf’s, however calling my mother out of her name was unacceptable (she wasn’t even present) I have never experience this level of disrespect ever. I only asked a question about how to file a claim.

Staff was very sismiss after having used your storage space for three months. Seems like the culture your organization accepts is one where customers do not matter because people have to move things every day. I will not refer UHaul to anyone and will be writing a negative review on social media.

RONALD F | First ImpressionsWe were coming in town from a MS family reunion and we had reserved a trailer in Decatur, GA. It was recommended to first visit the 300 Peters location to take care of it. We were able to confirm a trailer there and pay $247.68 with card ending 8692 for our reservation at the 300 Peters location. We had to get a locksmith because we entrusted the keys to a family member in Atlanta, however they misplaced the keys in the midst of relocating. This is no reflection on U-Haul. However, while waiting on this locksmith, U-Haul gave our trailer away at the location where we were waiting. It was also difficult to access a bathroom while the 11 of us were waiting. We had to request that they find somewhere nearby to get another trailer. We experienced another inconvenience getting the trailer at the other location & making sure the hitch fit. They were aware that when we left to get the trailer we were coming back because we had not finished moved everything out of the storage onto the dock. However, when we came back a quarter to 7 they had locked the office doors and we had to crawl underneath the storage gate to get to inside because my niece had not moved all her belongings out of the storage unit. They were telling us that they could not help us because they were closing and we could just come back tomorrow. We had to urge the manager to let us stay after closing to continue loading the things onto the U-Haul because we were leaving for Illinois in the morning. Overall, the entire experience was made more difficult than it had to be. The customer service was poor, there was no effort being put into providing helpful aid to us. It was very inconvenient seeing that we were traveling back to Illinois the very next morning.

Other than that right there that was very inconvenient and what I feel does inconsiderate especially when you have folks moving out how to come up with a better job of catching whatever water whatever is it that they're having. The staff is always nice respectful and ready to help but that's part right down the fourth floor what a water leak that that bring your score down for me have a blessed day

The only thing that I suggest is that just because we as customers have access to the facility with a key card still need to be checked for ID to know that the person that is going into the storage unit is the person name matches the information on the contract. Why it's a concern because all of my things was stolen out of my unit from a friend of the family that was living with me and I discovered all my things was stolen of my unit after I came to the facility after paying for a truck that I didn't need after hiring a locksmith to cut the lock off to discover my unit was empty which I lost all the way around money and all of my valuable possessions and renting a uhaul just if the person that I asked to open the door after the lock was broken then I wouldn't had to pay for a truck at all but they insisted I had to have a truck to remove my things which I agreed because I didn't discovered I had no keypad until that day. Sorry I went long winded. Just be mindful to check the ID'S WHEN A RENTER IS MOVING OUT OF A UNIT TO MAKE SURE THAT IT MATCHES WHAT IS ON THE CONTRACT BECAUSE IF THAT HAD BEEN DONE IN THE BEGINNING IT'S NO WAY THAT ALL OF MY VALUABLE HEIRLOOMS WOULD HAVE BEEN STOLEN OUT OF MY UNIT AT ALL THIS IS MY BIGGEST CONCERN OVERALL I HOPE AND PRAY THAT YOU PUT THIS YOUR NUMBER #1 RULE HIGHLY MAJOR SUGGESTION INTO CONSIDERATION!!!. I look online and found a space and immediately booked it. I called back not knowing by this time I was speaking to the call center at this point, to inform them I was 20 minutes away and was informed that I would be able to move in immediately. I drove directly to the facility only to discover it was closed and again I was misinformed. We had additionally rented a truck to move the items that was not at expiration point however still full of our items. We left the truck on the property so we would not continue being charged and called the next day to explain the situation. We then were not offered any sympathy however rudely informed we must vacate the truck so it could be used for another renter and any thing else would have to be taken up with cooperate cause they were not the ones who told us we could move in. The customer service from local and call center was/is horrible and this storage time is desired to move faster just to avoid any other situations.

Instead of being kind and accommodating, they follow his lead with nasty attitudes and argumentative natures. The facility is disgusting. If I had known I would have daily visits from rats and roaches I would’ve never chosen to store my items here. My experience with this Uhaul was one-star at best. They need a complete re-training, investigation, and new pest control procedures.

Why can I not have access to my unit at anytime. I would like to remove my items because i need to be able to access my things.

The details of my 1st visit are very long so I'll just hit the highlights. 1.: The e-mail I received said that I could AVOID the desk & go right to my storage using my "Access Code", WRONG. 2.: I find my storage room & there is a lock on it. 3.: The door to my storage room is opened and low & behold someones stuff is in there, so the room is NOT even ready for me to use, I have to wait for it to be cleared out. 4.: The e-mail I received said that a lock would be in my storage room, well of course there was no lock in the room. 5.: The "check-in" & "check-out" process was NOT explained to me when I was given my key card. The very nice young lady that cleared out the storage room explained all that to me, if she hadn't I wouldn't have known that I had to check-out before I left the building or I wouldn't be able to get in on my next visit. That young lady was the reason I didn't take my business elsewhere, she was very nice & sweet & kept apologizing for all this "stuff" that wasn't even her fault.

They legitimately are on their personal phone as they are assisting customers, which shows how much they care for my business. If it wasn’t for my pod being sent to this location I would have my storage somewhere else. I got there 30 minutes prior to opening and wasn’t able to fully access my unit until quarter till 10 (this location opens at 9) because though I had made an appointment to come the following morning to empty my pod and move my things into storage I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get the previous lock taken off. The store opens on the weekend with ONE person and a line backed up with over 10 people waiting. There’s employees that spend more time flirting with you then relaying information. I came back the following Day ready to move my things out of the pod into my permanent storage ñ only to find out that the storage unit required a specific lock, one that I did not possess. Thankfully for Abraham and Tony I was able to move my things in to the storage after having numerous incidents that were affecting my entry all which were on the fault of the staff members, miscommunication, and lack of professionalism. Again thank you to TONY and ABRAHAM they were the ONLY TWO there that were genuinely concerned and wanted to assure that I had everything in order.

The local usual dealer did not seem aware or concerned that i was renting a trailer the next day. It sometime seemed like the local people on the ground didn’t really know what was going on. The system seem to be run from a central location and none of the downstream people were aware of the big picture.

When we notified office staff, they were apologetic and asked a team member to unlock the unit. No one had the lock for the key that Uhaul placed on our unit, and we sat for two hours outside of our locked storage unit waiting to empty it’s contents, until someone finally found the right key. No one accepted responsibility and everyone blamed one another. No sense of urgency to fix the problem that was caused by Uhaul was in place by the employees, and we had to keep coming down every 20 minutes to ask for an update. Only one staff member at the front desk was friendly and actively trying to solve our problem, and apologetic on behalf of the company.

Here we are in 2020 they are send emails, letters and phone calls about a storage until that I left a year ago. Even calling to the property directly and speaking with whoever the acting anything is for the day is, I get no luck. In the past in other cities I have used U-Haul but after dealing with this and not being able to get this matter taken care of, I will no longer patronage a business who communication skills is anything less than professional and accessible.

I was there Friday, Saturday and Sunday - two out of three days my experience was severely lacking or an inconvenience to my move out from my apartment. On Friday the manager was rude and impatient in communication with me. First, he seemed frustrated because he couldn’t hear me through my mask, then he got an attitude while gesturing for me to hand him my card, despite the card machine being within my reach. There was simply a better way for a employee to talk to a customer, let alone Black man talk to a Black woman, or human being to a human being. On Saturday morning, there were so many people in line that we were there for an hour which delayed our move. Saturday evening when I arrived to move my stuff in, we had a delay with the elevator and finding our unit because some of the lights were out. We also stumbled upon a leak in the ceiling. When we found it, my units door was broken and there was stuff still inside. The staff member transferred me to another unit which still had a lock on it. She then showed us some other units with issues such as they had roach motels in them or weren’t climate controlled. She did inform us ahead of time of the latter. All out of her control but clearly the system needs to be updated with accurate info. We had been up and down the elevators 5 times already with heavy furniture and she informed us that the building was about to shut down and lock us in so we gave up and tried to get a refund. The machine wouldn’t not issue the refund despite her attempts. She was nice enough to extend the truck rental. Sunday, the manager did end up canceling our contract and refunding the money which I appreciate but I was already soured on my experiencia. He was slightly more polite on Sunday but again, first impressions are lasting. Won’t be doing business here in the future and still waiting for the money to hit my account.

I was put in a unit that had a pillar in it and that took away at least 1 sq foot of space in a 5x5 when there was one totally empty in front It. I very calmly and matter-of-factly explained the dilemma and requested the change for 2nd time in a row. The manger most of clearly knew that unit because he made no fuss but didn’t apologize either. The attitude was surprisingly arrogant and self entitled. As a home owner of a loft next door I was excited about supporting a neighbor business but I can’t and won’t recommend our local uhaul and will make that know in our HOA and Nextdoor platform. A simple sorry and thank you goes a long way. Uhaul falls short.
