Worst experience I've ever had with a Uhaul. Took an hour just to get our truck plus we got charged for not having it back at 6 hours because of the hour they took to get the truck. Also, had to get the truck jumped off just to get it back to the shop. Will never use this location again.

The brakes on the truck failed and I was told that they would keep the ticket open. Now I'm being charges for fuel and an extra day. This is crazy. We just opened a corporate account since we rent at least 2xs a month from you. This does not sit well with me. Please call at 404.593.5981.

Everything was good at the pick up location. The clerk was very nice and friendly. However, the official Uhaul website is horrible. Even though I wanted to pick up the truck on Saturday, the website allowed me to choose a location that doesn't open on the weekend. Also, when I called in to confirm my reservation, the call center told I have to wait till the night before the moving (pickup) date which made me worry that the truck might not be available the next day. So, I had to call several times to make sure I would have a truck on Sat. Plus, when I called the Uhaul call center, they transferred me to different numbers (about five times in 10 minutes). Every time, I had to give the confirmation number and I was so upset at the end because I shouldn't have been transferred that many times. All I wanted to do was to reserve a truck on Saturday at certain time. Also, Uhaul official website automatically chooses so many extra options like furniture pads and I didn't even realize that I clicked one. Please make the user able to click the one he/she wants to select instead of starting with every option clicked for the user and then make him/her unclick those he/she doesn't want. It makes the customer feel like he/she is getting ripped. Other than that, Uhaul experience was satisfactory and I would use it again. Hope my comment helps Uhaul improve to provide better service to the customers in the future.

Opened late. Agent walked away while checking us out to help another customer get their rental. Over charged us for packing paper. I did the express check out on line and agent Anthony said there was no record of it. Trailer had non functioning tail light. They forgot to include my prepaid moving blankets. I was given the wrong paperwork from another customer.

They are very rude. I called in to find out about a charge on my account and the lady said well i dont know you so i dont know what your talking about and then asked for my name. She did not empathize or provided any assurance that she would help. They initially gave me a storage key that had someone elses stuff in it and then the second time gave me a storage that was too small to fit all my belongings. Just tragic!

The Customer service rep we had an encounter with was not knowledgeable because we were trying to get a trailer and she told me that I needed a reservation. I left to make a reservation which took an hour more of my time to get back to the same location to hear another Customer do the same identical thing I tried to do except this Customer leaves with a trailer and he did not have a reservation.

IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. I GOT TO MY STORAGE, LOADED MY BELONGINGS AND GUESS WHAT? THE UHAUL WOULD NOT START. WORST EXPERIENCE!! I HAD TO COME OUT OF MORE MONEY TO PAY MOVERS AND SOMEONE TO JUMP THE UHAUL. I WILL NEVER GO TO THE ONE ON PETER STREET AGAIN. WHAT A BAD DAY.
