First off, these people double charged me. I'd already paid online, and they said it was just a hold it. The trailer they provided was old and rusted-- could barely close it--even the uhaul guy in sc was shocked. Plus they were rude.

Extremely slow wait times to both pick up and drop off. There were not enough people working to handle the number of customers in the middle of the day- at pick up, there were 4 people behind the counter but only 2 helping customers. At drop off, there was one person behind the counter with 5 people in line

We reserved ahead online, but when we arrived, it took 20 MINUTES to get the paperwork completed and get a truck. It took another 20 MINUTES to drop off a truck we used for 2.5 hours and 10 miles. Your office staff is terribly slow.

I'm at this location often and never see the things people say and that's why I felt to need to say something nice. You guys/gals are great. People will always have something negative to say no matter how hard you try.

Have this size trailer at more locations. We live in Albany, Ga and had to go to Atlanta, Ga to pick up the trailer.

The entire experience was terrible - the truck (pickup truck) smelt like a dead animal and was absolutely filthy. On top of the stench, the truck itself was in terrible condition - only had 15k miles on it yet every single warning light was on. I don't know who is in charge of maintaining the equipment but they are seriously neglecting their duties. On top of that, there was only 1 employee at the location who knew how to check in/check out equipment - this led to an unacceptable wait time (over 30 minutes standing in line) despite only having 5 customers at the location. Whoever is in charge of this location should be ashamed of themselves - I have used your service in the past without any complaints but I will never come back to this location.

Unclear of check in/check out process. The ladies checking us in/out were pleasant, but unable to provide focused service on the customer in front of them. Lots of people vying for attention. Felt understaffed.

Wait was almost 2 hours to pick up the truck. Got the truck it was nasty. Switched to a different one had a very very strong Fish smell. Then it took about 2 hours to return it. The worst experience I have everyday hadn't. But the young lady that served us was very professional.

I do not think that place can be improved unless there is a radical make over. Fire all emplyees and possibly the manager. First, no one is helpful. No one greets the customer. Feels like the customer is an incovenience. Totally disorganized process. Employees that are supposed to bring cars are more concerned about their side business of using the parking lot as "night parking" for the clubs across the street. I have used this place more than once and had the same terrible experience. I used it again since it was the only option for cargo van availability but I will avoid it as much as possible. Hours of operation on Saturday are until 7pm. I arrived at 6:50pm and they behaved bothered by me dropping of the van close to 7pm.

Fire most of your people. Other than the man who I actually rented the equipment from and the young man in Columbus who I returned the trailer to every body else was worthless, couldn't give a shit about helping me, didn't have any Idea what they were doing and couldn't even give actual directions as to how to get to the location in Columbus, Ga. where you wanted the trailer returned and these idiots where in Columbus, 3 or 4 of them who repeatedly hung up on me. You are in the process of going out of business. Your equipment is garbage and so is your overall customer service. I will be very hard pressed to ever want to rent equipment from you again. Your trailer "BOUNCED" all over the place going through Atlanta and then on a 100 mile trip with very valuable antiques in it.

I came in short notice with no reservation. I had to make a small deposit to secure the rental, which was instructed to me by the employee of U-Haul. EVERYTHING, went fine, ok, and even great. Check-in was a snap and payment was done nice and smooth. "...I WILL..." use your facility and I will tell others about your location also. The manager was extremely professional and had a caring attitude. On one of the walkie talkie the speaker was tuned up all of the way and it was distorted and too loud no big deal

The lines were long for pick up and return. Once I made it to the counter, I was there for 20 minutes while the staff looked for a cargo van that was available. I'm glad I arrived early so that I could be on my way within 30 minutes of my reservation time.
