If someone uses the app to rent a truck have a check out land for app users. Also the truck assigned to me was given to someone else when I went to get the keys. Ended up going. Through the whole check out process 2 times. If the app doesn't lock a reservation don't market it.



Incredibly frustrating! I walked into the store and there were 3 associates there with no one in the customer line; I expected to be in and out (as I made a reservation online), but due to a completely incompetent/unmotivated staff, it took me 30 min to get the truck that I reserved. It just clearly seemed like nobody knew what they were doing and there was no communication between the team (besides them just standing there talking with each other). Someone had mentioned that this was the "uhaul headquarters." I hope not, I'll never be back.



Uhaul place in statesboro is not an actual Uhaul more like a supplier black bald guy with beard was barbaric to say the lease. Rude disrespectful and has no busy uncaged!!!! And i am black too so no one play the race card

The truck was dirty and there was marijuana joint found in the ashtray. I forgot to take a picture of the joint before discard out the window. The manager didnt even apologize.

My Uhaul was set to pick up at 300 Peters St NW Atlanta,GA. However, when I arrived to pick it up my Uhaul was not there and I was sent to a different location. The manager George Spotts Jr. was very unprofessional. He remained in the parking lot with the trucks and directed another employee to tell me that he was outside if I wanted to talk. He made no effort to rectify the situation, nor did he make any effort to assist me in anyway. I had to go searching the parking lot for him. He does not possess the qualities of a manager at all. I will never recommend anyone use this specific Uhaul location.

I had a great experience at this location. Used my phone for pick-up, it took about 15 minutes. The staff was helpful, 2-3 people walking around the lot and willing to assist. Every lot attendant asked if I needed help. Would definitely rent from this location when I need a truck downtown.

I waited in line for 24 minutes past my reservation time, when I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I had to wait 30 minutes to receive the truck, which was not the original truck that was signed for.

The Agent Tiffany was Awesome. She went beyond the call of dutie! I had a certificate but the internet was bad do to rainy weather and I could not access on my phone. She found it and and made it all happen she was a gem!!! KEEP HER!! FYI... you need more return intake people only one person for 10 trucks to long to wait!!!

The inside counter associate was kind of rude. I'm standing in line and the associate takes people that have come in behind me. I think that the 19.95 for trucks is a "Baiting" promotion. One rents a truck for $19.95 and ends up spending $58 and change not including the $12 and change to replace the gas that was used. How do you charge a person for "MILEAGE" and then charge for "GAS" replacement. That seems like double dipping. If it was not for mere convenience with having to make only one trip and not several small trips I would not have rented the truck. The venture was far more expensive than expected.

give customers equipments that is properly maintained and upheld.. not falling apart on the road also don’t make customers wait 4 days and come to your store 4 times and be late 3 days off schedule . Also the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.. along with the second location not having space or being cooperative . I honestly believe i deserve a full refund and some future promise of a service . We could have died on the road due to the neglegance of your employees and unprofessional of office management .

If you are renting from one location, please don't make the customer go to a different location to pick up the truck. We were never told we would have to go from Dunwoody Ga. to downtown Atl as ntac to pick up a uhaul we thought was a mile away from the storage place. If there is to be a pick up, the owner or employee should make sure the truck is where if should be in the location where the customer rented it over the phone.

The truck we rented smelled like cigarette smoke. The employees working behind the counter were rude and the line to get my truck was long. When I got up to the counter I said “hi how are you” TI the woman behind the desk and she rolled her eyes at me. I rented a hand truck online with my truck which the location was not able to provide. I spent over an hour at this location trying to get my reserved truck that I had completed online checkin for. I would not recommend this location nor do I plan to return.

You always have to wait along time at this location and the customer service sucks. They lied on the paperwork saying the gas was on 1/4 so I called back up there to tell the young lady and she hung up the phone on me so I brought the truck back the same I received it and they charged me $30 for the gas I will never in my life go to this location again and I will tell all my friends and family to not use this location. I recorded the gas and the miles because I knew they was gonna try some slick mess.
