Make sure that when you say on the paper work that a truck has 1/8 of a tank of gas that it not empty I trust you to be correct it not my job I'm renting from you

When I came in on Monday to return my and get the storage that I had reserved. The lady who I spoke with first. Was rude and told me she never seen me in the system. She cau#d this a bad review

Every single person at the location was rude and fought me on everything. I had express check in/out for my rentals, a process that should have been a drop and go, turned into a 30 minute ordeal, which included dissconnecting our trailer while we were loading it, so they could have another truck park and unload in the spot they told us we should use.

The entire staff behind the counter were completely unprofessional. They were talking badly about customers on the phone in front of people in the store, and I had a horrible experience with them on the phone to which I filed a formal complaint. It was unbelievable how rude, unhelpful, and argumentative the staff was. I will NEVER use this service again and will definitely be telling my friends and family about this experience. Uhaul needs to do a better job at customer service and hiring.

My mobile pick up service did not work so I had to wait for the location to open at 9am, which set us behind 30 minutes. The reps were even having trouble with the system and had to keep reentering information.

I had a very bad experience and I only got refunded 56.00 in which the the young lady at that location shouldn’t have told me thing and then the next day I was charge but it’s okay never again will I rent with them and I’ll make sure I get the person name next time

When picking up the truck the attendant had a nasty attitude but I let it go on the assumption that maybe he was just having a bad day. However, when I returned the next day to return the truck he had the same nasty attitude. Then tried to say I had a Dollie and while I paid for it I never received it. I didn’t even use the truck for the move it was intended for and was still charged the $7.00 for the Dollie I never received and full price for only going 4 miles. I’ll definitely seek a more friendly and business like U-Haul in the future.

After driving nearly 700 miles to execute a move which was time sensitive, I nearly had the plan derailed by a u-haul policy which I had never encountered in my years of using the company's trucks for moves. I had a reservation, but was told when I arrived to checkout that i needed 2 active phone numbers of other people they could call, or I could not rent a truck. I was not aware of this requirement and I believe it is ridiculous and although I surrendered a couple of numbers because I had had to make the move, and it was too late to obtain another truck, this severely flawed policy toward your customers has caused you to lose one. I'm done with you, and I really feel sorry for the person who was in line in front of me with a reservation who left the store angry without his reserved truck.

Having to buy the correct amount of gas before return the truck at the penalty of and exorbitant charge for y'all refueling ends an otherwise happy rental experience with a downer.

Customer service was horrible at this location. Was not notified that the appliance dolly was a daily rate, I could’ve brought it back early. Had to keep the truck for 21 days because no storage unit big enough for my belongings so I was offered three split units at regular price. As a Uhaul employee, I am very disappointed. More training please?? Ricardo the manager had to let the employees know that this is not party time. Sad

Charged me for insurance when i declined and said the insurance was mandatory on pick ups and vans. .800 customer advised that the insurance is completely optional. Manager would not refund and said it wasn't possible to do but 800 customer service did it with no problem. Beware of all charges @ this location

Refused business to the man in front of us simply because they didn’t like him; another person in his party had to put the van in his name because they refused to speak with the man who actually needed the van. Issues with the reimbursement promised for putting in additional gas; the deal was 1/4 tank, and we filled to about 3/4. Charged the card not once but 3x and did not work diligently to resolve the problem. Staff was rude and unhelpful. We had reserved the truck model (10’ van), and when we went to pick it up, the keys were not in the box. We got the insurance. We were charged. When we called service we were referred to the closest location, where the model we needed required repairs and had “check engine light” on. The next option was the ‘15. We asked if we could have the larger truck for the rate we were promised with the Reservation we made Staff asked half of our party to walk away to corner the myself into a bad deal.
