Where I ended picking up my truck from was great. Yet, this was the second location I had to visit to get my moving truck. The first location did not have the truck and the location was closed. I had to wait 30 minutes on the phone to speak someone to find another truck. Thankfully, they found one. No one thought it would be relevant to let us know our truck was still being rented by someone else...

Employ enough staff to provide customer assistance. There were only 2 people getting vehicles and trailers for customers. They were multitasking, resulting in them not attaching a trailer and safety chains to my vehicle correctly. The trailer dislodged from the hitch a 1/2 mile from the place. Luckily I was able to bring the vehicle and trailer under control before it Completely came loose from the truck and caused injury or serious bodily harm to someone. When I went back to report the incident and discuss damages to my vehicle they were trying to assist me and four other customers with their rentals vehicles and storage rooms at the same time. They were Clearly under staff and making dangerous errors.

This location was 35 minutes away from my preferred pickup location which was walking distance from my apartment. I reserved the truck a month ahead of time so it seems arrangements could have been made to have a truck there.

Motorcycle trailer lights did not work. That is legal, but not a sign of good maintenance. The worker that hooked up my trailer also attached the chains to my car incorrectly, making them difficult to remove.

The truck they gave me would not go anymore the 25 on the highway making the truck a death trap! Im so mad i did not get to Finnish moving because of it! It was really a waste of time and money

Plz give all details and charges. Explain more clear on everything you've been charging a person. 105.79 I spent. Like wow and why. 14.00 insurance really not needed. 20 charge for overnight. 5 charge for more insurance.. environmental charge for what. Smh. Mad.

This location clearly has a scheme going on with its “mandatory” insurance that you have to purchase with rentals. In fact, it’s so mandatory that the associates have to debate about it with each other. You’d think everyone working this location would already know about it. NEVER AGAIN.

I am almost 50 years old so I’ve used UHaul more than a few times in my life lol. Honestly this staff has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. First time EVERYONE smiled & had good attitudes even though it was busy and the systems kept going down they made it seamless. Oh and I was in & out in both on pickup & drive off faster than at a normal car rental place

I was rented a Vehicle with low tire pressure light on, i had to make several stops during my trips. Customer service were not welcoming, I was overcharged for 2 days coverage rather than one day. I had the van for 3 hours. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service.
