JACK BHighly recommended, and is my favorite U-Haul location. The staff is very friendly and very organized. I've rented a car hauler and 5'x9' trailer with ramp from this location. The equipment is also kept in great condition. Will rent from them again. I understand a new location in Rossford managed by this same group this month (November 2025), so it will be even more convenient.
WILLIAM ROnline services/check in wasn’t very good. It took more than an hour to get checked, cleared and a response from anyone.
Darris SManage was nasty. She was smart in the mouth and shouldn't be allowed to work around customers with that attitude. Did allow her worker to perform their duties without cutting in. Tried to make me pay an extra fee for taking car off the tow, when I paid in Rockville, MD. I told her to call and speak with the manager there and she told me no, for me to call so I called corporate. Never using UHaul again. Spent almost $800.00 one way and this is what I get. One person can ruin it for everyone.

Alma TWhen we arrived to pick up the box van at 7am it was raining. We sat in the car until my phone indicated it was 7am a woman in the store turned on the lights so we walked to the front door where she indicated she would open the door in a few minutes. We stood there waiting for six minutes before she opened the door and let us in at 7:06 am. She was not very friendly and made our overall experience unpleasant. I would recommend U-Haul try to find pleasant employees!!!!

CHRISTOPHER BI absolutely hated the van. I am not one for a vehicle where the dashboard is low as hell and the windshield makes you feel unsafe. The cage separation thing is more of a block to see. Customer service was great cuz that fan sucked I never want to drive one of those again if I get chosen one of those I will immediately turn it down

DUANDEE DI will drive out of the way and pay the extra mileage just to be able to use this location. Staff is always helpful and I never have to worry about there not being a truck or being overcharged.

VALERIE WOne of the ramp fasteners was not aligned making it hard to open and close. Otherwise, the trailer was excellent.
CHRISTOPHER SMileage was incorrect on odometer. A 4,000 mile discrepancy existed between paperwork and actual mileage on odometer.
TIMOTHY FThe staff was outstanding. However, the computers were so out of date that they kept glitching making my time in the store unnecessarily long. Also, the terminals for credit cards are outdated. They do not allow for the most current form of transactions.

ROBERT BClean and efficient operation. Had us in and out quickly. Truck was clean, windshield washers worked, no unbalanced wheels, despite having good mileage on it. Just what we needed to make help a friend move on short notice. Really appreciate the low key hustle of this place, would definitely use them again.
FREDERICK AUpon arrival the latch was not connected to the door. After entering storage unit I found that all my furniture was wet and moldy. When I moved from unit 37 ( because 37 was rusted out and needed repair work) I said to the assistant manager is unit 29 safe and has it been repaired , because last fall I could not enter 37 because from 27-37 there was a major flood of water. He said everything had been repaired. I moved that furniture from 37 to 29 at the end of May. We had several down pours of rain in June and July. Unit 29 has leaks and caused over $2000 of brand new furniture to be destroyed. You manager Jessica said it was nothing that she can do about it and was not sympathetic nor caring about my lost. I demand to talk to someone about this situation. Not happy Diana

The staff was very helpful whenever it came to trying to help me with this situation but in all my clothes were ruined along with lots of my children’s clothes, shoes, and toys along with a few other household items and jackets, coats, hoodies ruined. So get insurance and be safe than sorry.
