DAVID WI always use this location for pick up and drop off in Toledo, Oh. Staff are polite and professional and I use for propane as well. I advised and showed the CSR the wiring harness at drop-off.
JAMES AMaybe make sure you inspect your trailer tires and train your employees better. The trailer we were hooked to had a faulty tire that was moments from blowing, would have been noticed had someone actually inspected the trailer before giving it to another customer. We were on the road and stopped at another U-Haul dealer, very nice and professional people, and we were told to call U-haul to let them know about the tire on the trailer. We hoped we could just swap out the trailer there since they had some available, but no. We had to wait almost 2.5 hours once all was said and done. We were late to our destination and getting back home. I told the service rep I was speaking with we would be late for our return time and he said that would be fine, but when we got back for rental drop off the app tried to charge me another $60, I had paid for the unit when I picked it up Friday night. Luckily, I was able to pick "I don't agree to the charges" and leave a note so we weren't charged anything extra. I don't know if it was just the location we picked up from who had crappy units and unhelpful employees, or all around, but I will never be renting any units from U-haul again.

JEFFERY KNo trailer available for pickup, had to go to another uhaul local location for pickup. Returned to location nearest to me and they charged my additional fees for dropping it off at another location. These to offices are very close in toledo.

Nicholas LI’ll say that the equipment was well maintained, but one of the wheels/tires was off balance or something similar as the trailer had a terrible shimmy above 40 MPH. I would have been worried about my cargo if I’d had valuables or fragile items in the trailer. I do believe it would be an easy fix to replace/rebalance the tire and wheel on the passenger side and that would fix the situation.

JOHN KThe cigarette smoke inside the van was quite overwhelming for me. To make my journey more comfortable, I opted to travel with the windows down, although this meant I couldn't use the heat due to the lingering odor.

All the young men were apologetic and ensured they would have the part for the installation appt today. The hitch installation took less time than anticipated. So far so good.

KIRK SUhaul changed my reservation to a location that was 25 minutes away from where I needed the rental. When I went to pick it up, the associates offered no assistance even when I was struggling to complete my pick up. I called and asked to be able to return the vehicle to a different location that was closer to me. I was told no, but that I should call after my return to file a dispute. It was a horrible experience from the beginning and I will never use uhaul again.

CHARLES MMake sure equipment is in good standing and well maintained. While relocating to another city, truck began to shack and stall, and go very slow. A warning sensor came on, something about tracktion sensor needed to be serviced.
DARLENE MFuel was filled to the same level that it was when I left but they charged me for 3 gallons of gas.

LINDA BLocation was supposed to open at 7 AM so when I was dropped off at 7:05 AM in the morning with windchill’s around 0° and was expecting the location to be open yet it was greeted with a nerve hold on a second while yelling at me from a cast The location while the door is still locked and I’m standing outside freezing cold treating me like it was my fault that they were incompetent and couldn’t open the store on time

JILL HDude tried to hustle me out of 50 bucks. Said someone saw someone besides me driving my truck. That didn't happen! I told him to pull up the camera and let's see because I was the only one driving. That never happened either. Not sure what kind of shit this dude was trying to pull. But it wasn't cool at all. JOSEPH HAlways friendly when I go there, no issues . Only complaint I would have is about the car hauler design in the front of them the lip is too high and always bends my lower bumper plastic or worse .breaks it when pulling on or more so off the equipment. Just FYi..

From my initial call to schedule the truck, to the help with finding movers on both ends, to picking up the trick and dropping it off. We were treated so respecfully and professionally. Thank you U-Haul! Please note the truck that we had does need a front end alignment because there was a lot of play in the steering wheel.

The staff was very helpful whenever it came to trying to help me with this situation but in all my clothes were ruined along with lots of my children’s clothes, shoes, and toys along with a few other household items and jackets, coats, hoodies ruined. So get insurance and be safe than sorry.
