I don't like the fact this location is not in your system I was NOT able to pick-up my rental at the scheduled pick up time at 8am 1 hr before the facility open I had to wait until the rental facility to open were I lost a hr of my rental time iam glad that I always put extra time because you will pay for your truck to sit in the lot until the facility opens up

elizabeth beckMy credit card information was stolen at this location. I’ve never shown my credit card to anyone. Within hours of handing over my credit card at this location it was used illegally 4 times. I advise everyone to NOT use this location. I was without a credit card for the rest of my trip. Now I have to spend hours updating vendors with whom I’ve used this card for years with no problems. Philadelphia has become a crime riddled ghetto. All decent people should leave and U-Haul needs to do a better job at protecting their customers information. It would be appreciated if U-Haul would do something to make this up to me.
Timothy SerbinYour prices were not what I was quoted and I will never use U-Haul again. I will spread the word to family and friends not to use you. You say 19.99 then you 1.59 a mile. I had to drive 75 miles up and 75 back it cost me almost 500 dollars. Enjoy
Eduardo NUNEZDropped of the uhaul in an area with other hauls went in to go tell them it was there and to finish up just making sure no loose ends. He said we parked it wrong spot so we moved it to under the green tent. Than went back in and he told us there was nothing for us to do we were all good I showed my receipts and we left. Now I’m getting charges for something that is already done with. I am not paying more after I spent 200 dollars on this uhaul 189 and than gas. If I was fine than why am I not fine now. Crazy

FLORIAN PAJAThis was a disappointing experience. I was lied to by Francine the worker there. The vehicle was not in good shape including broken windshield wipers that made for an extremely dangerous drive, and slipping transmission and engine belts, which made for a loud and jerky drive.

Every time I rent a trailer I ALWAYS pick it up at 645 with 0 issues. But tonight must have been different nit sure why. I got there at 630 as DEMANDED by the female employee. I got there at 630 and by the time I was waited on it was 645 and my trailer wasn't hooked uo until 655. So I'm not sure why the rude lady had to call me to tell me to come before 630 if I want getting my trailer until 645 regardless... next time don't call me to tell me when I HAVE to come in. I don't like people telling me what I have to do ESPICALLY when it is something I do all the time due to my working schedule... Thanks.

He threatened me that if I didn't pay it he would report me to the creditors. I had to call the corporate office. But overall the other staff are wonderful. When I was trying to ask him why would I have to pay it was empty he walked away. . . I asked him for the corporate company phone number and he gave me the wrong number. .

And because the place i was renting from my storage and u-haul truck. I lost my time slot to move in to my new place and had to pay extra to move in after hrs. Lost my deposit on a moving company because i wasnt able to get there in time. And still have to hire hands to move after hrs. And to put the icing on the cake. I wasn't able to move in to my new place till the 5th was told that i had to pay my $218 for the whole month for storage on the 2nd and will not see any of that money back even though i was moving out on the 5th just 3 days later. I've been a repeating customer for year. And rented from you guy for the past 2 almost 3 years. If this how you treat long and Loyal pay customers that pay everything on time. Then i will never be using you guys again.

If he didn't discard my photo he took that day and if I see it anywhere he will bear a serious legal consequences. The company is good but your branch manager is an evil monster and a very much barbaric idiot that's why I moved out of your storage.
