The customer service at this place was the worst customer service that I ever experienced.
CHRISHON BThe manager was very difficult to do business with, rude, and dismissive. It ruined my day, how difficult it was to rent the truck.
CHRISTIAN SWe did have a small issue with our truck once it was fully loaded. The Check engine light came on shortly after we departed. We called service and they didn't seem worried about it and we successfully completed our one way trip north.

MARK WPeople give this location a lot of gripe but I haven't had a bad experience. Although my truck wasn't available when my reservation time came, the person that helped me (assuming the manager) was great. Ill definitely get another truck from here.

KARINA NI reserved a hand truck but they didn’t have one. When you’re planning to moveyou know what equipment you need, and casually just not having the need and reserved equipment can totally ruin a day’s plan. It’s especially insulting after the slew of pages you have to scroll through trying to force add on purchases during the reservation.
Domenic SOn first contact, there was no vehicle but the night manager made sure we had the right number to call and fix a vehicle in the next town. When I updated my existing web reservation from one (1) day to two (2) day rental, your software released the reservation of the vehicle in my home town location. Hence the pickup out of town and the One Way. This is just an administrative step, not a cancellation and re-booking? Might wanna change dat. U-Haul is still top of the list - thanks.

ROMEO AThe lady who runs this office is one of the most sour employees I've ever met. I tried, tried, and tried to make her smile, or to act anything other than brusque and irritated, but it's just not her style. She was antagonistic from the time I said good morning. Eventually she warmed up a bit. She was very efficient and got things done in time, but she needs to know that not every customer is her enemy or is there to get on her nerves. Thank you! SMILE!. Also, the truck was an old raddletrap that burned 17 gallons of gasoline in 32 miles. Yikes. Get some new trucks or I'll go to Ryder.
MARK CWe had a reservation for 8am. The heavy set black woman who worked customer service that day, was rude and short with us. Upon trying to enter the building she held up her hand and told us to wait and didn't open the doors until 5 after. The truck we had reserved was not even close to ready. She had to clean and inspect it first (which should have been already done) Anyway before she even started doing that she moved 4 or five trucks around the lot first for some reason. One of wich she parked near the exit making it difficult for a casual non proffesional driver to exit without help, later she gave me more attitude when I needed her help maneuvering a truck I had never driven before. When first stepped onto to lot to tell her we were on a tight schedule she yelled back at us to go back inside. We finally got out of there with the truck at 8:45 am where I had to drive a 26 ft truck in traffic. All of this sounds crazy because she is. This woman was toxic, lazy, incompetent and almost feels like she sets customers up for failure for some reason and I would recommend going anywhere else as long as she is working there.

GILSON RThe customer service was terrible. All employees were extremely rude. I arrived 5 mins prior to my scheduled time and I was not allowed in the building at all, was given limited assistance only when I literally begged, and I was fleeced to stand in 30 degree weather with wind chill for 35-40 mins. I will NEVER use this location again and I have already told my friends to never go there. Several other people were there and also standing outside in the cold in need of assistance. This was all during business hours. The employees forced me to stand outside in the cold and then literally walked past me to get in their cars and leave after I’d been out in the cold for 35 mins, freezing, trying to get an internet connection on my phone to complete the pick up process although I requested help from customer service, they clocked out and drove off as I stood in the lot, not finished with my pick up. This place is terrible. Just cruel and rude. Awful.

WADE HWas not told that the furniture pads are rentals. I was then told if I didn’t bring them back, I could buy them. I agreed. I was then charged the rental fee AND the purchase fee. I feel they should have scrapped the rental fee and just charged the purchase fee instead of charging me twice in the same day for the same product.

DARRICK LThe uhaul rep was beyond fabulous ! She was pretty overwhelmed and could use some help. The 15ft trucks need running boards to get in. I is too hard to get in it.
CYNTHIA WIt has been 3 days since I rented so I have gotten over any anger about the absolutely terrible customer service that I received at this location. Notice I say this location. I have used U-Haul in the past without a problem. I should have turned around after the first interaction with the staff here and prevented myself from enduring THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. From the surly "What do you want" when I first approached the person cleaning out the back of the truck to being totally ignored after that. The sign on the door stated that their system was down and all rentals would have to been done through the app. Not a problem, done that at other businesses. Since the system was down and it was a Sunday afternoon the staff should have been available to help or answer questions. No assistance was offered, the staff actually retreated to behind locked doors so that they wouldn't be bothered. Even if the system is down, unlock the door so that customers can come in from the cold, wet rain. Nope , not gonna happen. I watched the staff run off 2 other customers that needed help and honestly I would have walked away but it was an emergency and I needed the truck to transport supplies for my business. When I did get completed on the app, the staff sat in the office while I searched out which of the 4 available 15 foot trucks was mine. A very poor experience is the polite thing to say. As Granny taught me I shouldn't say anything but you asked.

LISBETH FI returned my equipment Wednesday night, and Thursday (Thanksgiving) morning an employee called me accusing me of stealing a dolly. Without reviewing any of the photos from my mobile return. Then she argued with me about where I parked the truck when I returned it. Then proceeded to tell me well a manager will call you tomorrow or the day after. None of the actions taken were professional and she should not be making phone calls accusing people especially if she can’t even review tapes. I hope her manager does call me soon!
Danisha TThe ladies there are rude and do not put the customers first. They will make you wait until they are ready to wait on you. I all three attendants outside cleaning vehicles, and not one would stop what they were doing to wait on customers. The manager included, all act as if it’s a burden to see customers there.

The office was locked. When I asked to use the restroom I was told " someone should help me shortly' . That someone was the person I asked initially but they made me feel extremely uncomfortable for asking and made me wait until they were finished filling a tire. I had to look for people to answer simple questions. They were not friendly or accommodating at all. I felt I was in the way and bothering them. The online process was certainly convenient but there was no customer service from the staff. I was repeatedly told to " go online". If you are seeking to remove people completely from any service interactions, then I suppose this was fine? I didn't understand why there was no one in the office? And when there was , we and the other customers seemed to be imposing on the staff. A nice facility, but there is no elevator in the storage facility??? The staff were not very friendly at all. It was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

I've been using this storage facility for several years. My only complaint is the continually rising rental fee: I feel I should be grandfathered in and locked down at my current rate which is already almost $40 more than when I signed up for this rental space. PLEASE DON'T RAISE RATES any further for longtime customers, Corporate Headquarters; you are creating hardship. My rate should be locked in. Thank you.

I am more embarrassed by the behavior of my neighbors, which your staff always handled with tact and aplomb. Not only would I recommend your facility to others, I recently did. A local neighborhood association needs a small storage space for materials needed only once a month, but was told none were available. I related that I was vacating my unit, but the space is too large for their needs and budget. If something does come available, please reach out to me so that I can connect the involved parties.

David P | First ImpressionsI’m tired of being treated as if my presence in a business is somehow an inconvenience to the frontline employees. I mean, I get it; you’re not making $100K to work the desk at UHaul. Nevertheless, when I just starting v out in the employment world, I took pride in my job and tried to exceed every customer’s expectations. I spent about $25 renting a van for a couple hours and I’ll spend $270ish for a couple months storage. I understand that shouldn’t come with a neck rub but a little feigned courtesy might be nice. There’s no such thing as “too big to fail.” Just ask Blockbuster. I’ll shop elsewhere next time.

William F | First ImpressionsBad attitudes. Hard to access parking close to storage entrance because it’s always blocked with uhaul trucks. It’s very inconvenient when you’re trying to get items from storage because the sliding doors are not unlocked at the time the facility opens. They lock the sliding doors sooner than the time of closing. When there’s only one staff on site, it’s a long wait time to have a truck moved to get to the storage entrance. I moved to a new cleaner storage with better access, friendlier staff.

Wide door access ( which my tools require) was limited to 7pm instead of the agreed 10pm. This limited my revenue also. The area was clean. The teck card swipe access was not maintained. Phone calls to the main company were not effective. I was told by corporate that the onsite manager had to fix this. The on site management said I had to speak to corporate amd only c9roorate could fox this . Communication was dysfunctional. I left and went to competitors for better service at a cheaper price. The on site people were fine.

I signed up on line and had the customer representative help me with the rest. Took about 30-45 minutes from start to finish. She then walked me over to the entrance, explained how to get in and then pointed to a STAIRCASE and told me there was no elevator. Get the heck out of here!!!! I wanted to scream. I had to walk away to compose myself. Had to cancel the entire transaction. Complete waste of my time. I hope I never go back for a truck rental or anything. Customer service reps NEEDS to explain this ASAP. Makes NO SENSE to have a second floor and no elevator. DUMB!!!!!!!

Kevin F | Overall ExperienceMy storage was not secured I have items missing and they allowed someone that was family in my storage and took items out of my storage my storage was in my niece name Monica Ramsey before I took her off and put it in my name because I figured out what they was doing to secure my storage and on top of that they tried to block me from paying my storage rental I had somewhere else . When things you put into a storage unit is not secured and employees allow other people to go in there when I was paying my storage myself is not COOL on all levels . My niece had the keys and key card before I got to New Orleans so she was able to do whatever before she gave me the keys to the lock and access card to get in. This is really not cool at all
