esmir r | Overall ExperienceHorrible Experience!!... The front counter staff is very rude and belligerent.. The storage Facility in the back is trash.... It's not climate controlled it doesn't have elevators and the unit I had the door was about to fall off the hinges when you open it. Not to mention that in the one month that I had a unit, I went there on two separate occasions within the operating hours to access the unit only to find out the key pad wasn't working properly and couldn't access my things (very inconvenient). On a third occasion I went to facility and the sliding door was ajar as if someone had forced it open leaving the storage area unsecured. At this point I decided to find another storage facility... I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
