Last minute location changes for pickup and drop off can make planning a challenge. But the drop off location was convenient. Very good experience there. Large and centrally located, and the gentleman who checked me in did so quickly. Was able to answer any questions I had. Seamless experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Marcia PI would to start off by saying, that I love the facility. It’s very convenient, and fits the location nicely. The equipment was very clean and the online process was really easy. However, the sales representative that took care my transaction was very unfriendly.Actually, rude would be a better statement. I setup my reservation online, attached my photo and card and did all the necessary things. I walked in and I was greeted with “What are you here for?”. When I replied “to pick up”, he then asked “Pick up what”. It was horrible customer service. I was then given a truck with just below a quarter tank. When I went back in to ask if there was another truck available, seeing as I had to go 110 miles, I didn’t want to refuel when I left the parking lot and then again on the way back, He responded with sarcasm, asking me “how would like me to rectify this, with a discount?” Then proceeded to argue with me about how it’s the luck of the draw, he doesn’t pick the trucks. When I asked if that’s how he treats all of his customers, he proceeded to argue again. Very poor customer service!

ken CTyler, the manager, is excellent. And so is employee Sebastian. So, I don’t want to say anything disparaging against them at all. My experience outside of the two of them was not very positive. From the moment I arrived and was not greeted at all by any of the employees until I made my presence known after three minutes two the employee who was less than accommodating when I tried to explain the fuel that I replaced in the vehicle in how it was exactly the same as when I rented the vehicle. He was less than accommodating and insisted on talking over me and he seemed exceptionally impatient. Again, the two employees I mentioned at the beginning were excellent. The other two? Not so great. I’m going to say that I would not recommend it to others because of the poor experience with the older lady in the morning behind the counter, as well as as the employee at the end of the day. The windshield wiper fluid was empty, and the passenger visor was completely broken. These should’ve been addressed by the maintenance crew. Hence, why I did not say the vehicle was well maintained.
James CI had a need for a quick temporary storage solution and the TF Green U-Haul was perfect. Clean, easy to get in and out of, late access hours, and very affordable. If I ever need a more long term storage facility, that is where I'll go.

Rene CPick up and drop off were easy. Rented a storage unit and it was clean ready to go with a lock included. I dropped a glass on accident and within literally 1 minute a woman appeared with a dust pan and broom. I highly recommend for truck or storage. A+

Timothy QI was not informed that the furniture pads needed to be returned. Fortunately, I called to confirm. During that call, at the Port Charlotte location was rude and unprofessional in their response, which I did not appreciate. Clear communication should have been provided upfront, and I expect a higher level of professionalism when addressing customers.

Charles BBilling was a disaster. I have 3 different pending charges from uhaul. The amount when I checked in was paid for including 15 miles. Which was roughly $56. Ok great! I went 5 miles over the 15 miles invluded in that amount. I should have only been charged the 5 miles at the rate for every mile. Somehow I was charged 3 times 2 times in the $50 and once $70 something. What happened? How many times does these extra charges get looked over by customers.

JOHNETH SThe truck I rented for a local move was an older gas model that was loud and produced noticeable exhaust emissions. It would be great to see newer or electric trucks available for local rentals to provide a cleaner, quieter experience.
ZACHARY HThe lady that drop the box was pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with one of the boxes. It was damaged and faulty. I could not lock it, I suffered a lot of pain trying to lock it during the snow storm a week ago, help was sent to lock, he tried so hard too. He had to use different tools to lock it, I borrowed the tools as well , unfortunately that didn’t work. I had to call again, for help yesterday. I did not enjoy using the box at all. The other box was good.

We did notice that our interior light on the passenger side remained on throughout our usage. Once it became darker we waited for the light to shut off. Please Advise. The facility is clean, secure and well lit. The hand trucks and furniture dollies they provide made moving in, and out, super easy. I found them to have the best price for storage in the area.
