There have been a number of personnel changes at the store. There is some room for improvement with customer service and learning how to diffuse tense situations such as what happened with me when I lost the rental van keys, which I have apologized for profusely.

Passenger door was very hard to open. The right mirror kept moving had to us tape to keep the mirror from moving. The transmission was not shifting right.very poor gas mileage

This location worked out well. I had to drive this far 55 miles to pick up a 6x12 trailer since the ones in Forrest City AR and Marion AR did not have them or was closed.

The ladies were nice-nothing above beyond. The female African American light complexion that checked us in with long braids in a crisscross design was polite but not customer focused. She spoke matter of fact as if I understood what she meant. She was not engaging ...just monotone saying...you will get a link blah blah blah type interaction. The af am female super short hair cut talked about a party and finding shorts to wear. It was not a bad experience ...but nothing memorable to write home about. Telephone etiquette needs work. No issues with the truck. I will use uhaul again. Just improve the customer experience

I was charged for not filling the tank on a truck that was towed to this location. Person at location was not helpful and not knowledgeable. On her cell phone the whole time.

I rent from this location twice a month on average. Everyone there is very helpful however, I returned a van on 3/14 after hours and when I received my invoice I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I believe I left a drink cup in the holder but that was it. I’ve opened a dispute through uhaul.

The trailer we received was nasty oil and gas every on the floor we had to take it to the car wash and clean and dry it out my furniture smells like gas it was ridiculous I will NEVER come there again They place was not personal the young lady that waited on us stop and talked on the phone to friend she also stopped in the middle of handling us and went outside and had a whole conversation with her friend she was on the phone with This place has truly went down since it has changed management

I was quoted a price of $143 I got there it was 2:13 that's a big jump from taxes and whatever at other charges I didn't get any extra notepad or nothing else now I get billed for over $270 no that's pretty bad

They charged me over 200 and couldn’t fix the issue or find out why when my total after pick up and drop off was only 60 something even there toll free number could not help only told me to wait in hope it would drop off if not I was told to contact my bank.

They provide me a card to access the facilities but that card only worked to check in if I use the machine which is inside the office. It never worked in the system which is outside. So I could only access my storage only within the UHaul office hours.

One of the young ladies was nice. However, her attire was unprofessional. They had a bottle of hot sauce on the counter. Then another employee came in and went behind the counter with a bonnet on her head. On the day of my return. I over slept. I was awakened to what seemed like a phone call from the manager, yelling and telling me that I needed to hurry and return the truck because someone was waiting on it. I do realize that I was wrong, but bill me if you have to, don't call me yelling.

Thanks for the smiling face and welcoming professional personality that greeted us. She was a helpful blessing in that moment she may never know how much she ment to us. On Saturday we delt with a family tragedy. Then had to assist my granddaughter move on Sunday. We needed the positive customer Service the young lady provided. Please thank her again for us.

Very Unprofessional when dropping off u haul didn’t receive a email or print out of my receipt but other customers did. my mother was talked to in a very horrible manner cursed at actually would not recommend ANYONE to go to this location. One young lady attitude was very nasty and dismissive. Was on her phone the whole time assisting me and More Every wasn’t rude but wouldn’t go back if needed

The person that checked me out was rude. I stood right in front of her for 10 minutes, while she dealt with some venmo payment for a friend and was texting (she didn't even acknowledge I was there). When she checked me out she didn't give me the dolly I rented.

The workers were very slow. After 15-30 minutes, we finally got our keys. When we went out to get the vehicle, it was blocked in by another vehicle. We returned inside, where we had to wait another 5 minutes while the staff argued with another customer (who was supposed to be renting the vehicle that was blocking ours). It was a waste of my time.

Tish & her staff delivered yet another fabulous day of service. Being disabled in the world is hard enough. Parkinson’s & bad back made this one of the worst moves for us. I’m useless, Tish jumped in and asked what she could do to help. Even had a staff member come check on me later on in the day. Your company has a diamond in her. Bathroom was clean & areas for things were well sorted & organized. As a former manager I cannot say enough good things about this U-Haul site. Thanks again! Elizabeth & Dan

The young lady Chara who works at the Union Avenue facility took an automatic deduction from my bank account which was not authorized by me. I reported this incident to your corporate headquarters, complaints department. I hope something was done about this because by doing this to me, tells me she can go in anyone's account and continue this type of theft. My name is Ms Mitchell (901) 425-6564.

The only thing that was inconvenient for me was the hours that I could access my unit. I just wished it was 24 hours. This didn't affect my decision to stop using storage, I finally found a place to call home. I absolutely loved the staff at this location. The manager should get a raise, she's just the best. Once, I forgot to lock my unit and left the door open. She put a lock on it for me until I came back again. I felt like she was always willing to work with me if I was late, maybe it was the policy but she made me feel like she was looking out for me. I will miss chatting with her. Thanks for letting me use the storage. Also, I frequently rent your trucks and I'll say It's always hassle free and effortless, except the hauling furniture part. Thanks Again!

They changed me for 2 storage when I want to other u haul and they told me that they will give me one price once but a storage if I need more room. They give me 2 small storage when I had a 3 bedroom house and living room and den it wasn't a offer move and I move out on the march 1 and they still charge me to move out I will never came back to U-Haul to order me a storage never again if you only have something small you should give a person one price on a storage I'm only going to order a truck from our

Wen i made it to my drop off location the managers insisted I could not the discount offered to me. After 30 minutes I received the discount. Next, I was told at my drop off location I had until 7 pm to finish unloading to turn in my rental equipment. i was done near 6 and the office was still open. As I was standing behind a customer I pulled out of line and told I was not to expect a refund in cash although I paid in cash.i was asked for a receipt but had not checked the Renta equipment in yet. I received the run around. After I stated how I really wanted my money I left the office when I tried to come back in I was treated in a hostile manner while being stopped at the door. The Uhaul company on Union Avenue. The GM Crystal called was very unresponsive.I was stereotyped.i was told I couldn't enter the store due to me being upset with the service.i asked to return the key to my truckand was told I couldn't receive a invoice a piece of paper that shows at least I did return the equipment. I couldn't get any respect unless I was the white man in front of me who's received sympathy for his car being stolen although I had just traveled over 300 miles with two little kids and little no help unloading or loading my home. This is false advertising by uhaul and complete discrimination by the assistant manager who the GM Mom when she called to get authorization to go forward with my first month of free storage. I will never recommend uhaul of Memphis on Union Avenue.they so wish washy and so clicked up you can't get your money back if a deposit was made at least I can't.

The most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever e8. I have never been to an establishment where employees were so out of line. It stinks that these people seem to not like their jobs, but don't take it out on the customer...honestly this location need a makeover with employees or to be completely shut down. I have don't business with Uhaul many times. This experience takes the cake and Iwill be considering other options in the future for my moving and storage needs.

For the price that it cost me to store my items in the storage it wasn't really well kept. I had over $500 in damaged items. There was nice that got into the unit and ate threw my brand new mattresses and urinated on them. They ate kids clothes toys electronics and even toiletries like powder and soaps. I didn't think that having everything packaged in plastics and boxed down would still cause so much damage. I had this unit from July 2019 to Jun 2021 and the price went up and the maintenance went down. This was an awful experience and u-haul must do better. I still have went through everything as of yet but I know there may be more damaged items bsce some boxes are covered in rat feces and urine. Thanks one of your valued customers
