They don't keep record of the mileage. I disputed it at checkout, and got charged 90 extra dollars because the odometer reading was incorrect.

The guy who I returned the truck too said that he gave me a discount and lowered my price and told me all I had to do was give him a tip. So I did and he still charged me normal price. Also made me feel bad that I wasn’t going to tip him.

I checked in the day prior to pickup and paid in full. I received a call the next day that they cancelled my reservation... I called back and asked how they could cancel if I already paid. She corrected that, then when I showed up to pickup they tried to charge me again, then had to "figure out" why the system still wanted me to pay even though it showed I already had. I checked in early so that I would not be delayed in picking up the equipment but I think it ended up slowing things down.

The truck rented didnt have very much power, the transmission gears wasnt changing properly. The truck ran very sluggish. I had to jump the battery twice.

Dropped my truck off 2 days earlier than I had to drop it off, and then I get a blankity invoice for $21 for dropping off at night so your blankity company can rent it out again early. You have some nads for sure. I have asked my bank to dispute the charge. It was not explicitly authorized, therefore it was theft. No mention of this fee was ever brought to my attention. Please remove any reference to my debit card from any and all files both electronically, or other form.

I rented a Uhaul from 8am - 8pm for our move to give us flexibility. We also used the 3rd party moving helpers function. The helpers were awesome and would definitely recommend! Our closing time was originally earlier but pushed back to 11am. When I showed up to Uhaul at 12, I was told that my truck was no longer available and they had no trucks available either. I was never warned through phone, text, email, anything that my truck was being canceled. Luckily after some deliberation they had a smaller truck available (after telling me I was completely out of luck). It was a very unpleasant experience, I was obviously stressed and panicked. We will probably go through Home Depot next time or a more flexible company since moving is so unpredictable with timing contingent upon moving parts.

Poor customer service the absolute worse company you could ever rent from especially this location of all my car was damaged on this property and everything even after the call center person told me that my car would be safe. Anybody that’s somebody please don’t use u-haul PERIOD

The A/c was intermittent through my trip. The Fan would stop for a few minutes then cut on for while. Then stop blowing for a few minutes. This was common through out the trip.

The check engine light was on the whole drive. Nothing was mentioned about it.

The attendant at the lot said that everything was ok to take the trailer. Later that night I discovered the trailer had no running lights. Had to drive 6 hours in the dark with no lights. When I returned the trailer it was found that the light problem was in the trailer & not the vehicle that was pulling the trailer.
