Unable to get trailer I wanted, unable to make reservation on line. Took an hour to reserve a trailer. Had to wait in line at Uhaul business. Took another hour to get trailer. Trailer left turn and left brake light did not work. When I returned trailer early, lines at front desk and for returns. The next day I got a call asking if I had returned the trailer. I guess the trailer had not been turned in on the Uhaul computer system properly. I hope they fixed the lights on the trailer before renting it again. Need better, more efficient, reservation, office rental/trailer hook up and return system.

The customer service lady was unbearable. Ignored us when we walked in. No, hello, no I’ll be right with you. Completely ignored and then walked away. We had to follow her outside to ask if we could just drop off keys. We called to see if it was done and were on hold 20 minutes with multiple people picking up the phone again asking what we wanted. Finally someone came back and said “it is done when you get a text” I told them my car was there at 8am, they went and checked and they said “yes your car is done.”
Ormond GOur first reserved a pickup truck and trailer from another location I received a call to confirm pickup, was redirect to this location to pick up the truck which ended up being a 15 ft box truck instead of 8 ft pickup truck then they did not have the truck at all had to go to another location to pick up the truck and come back to get the trailer, very disappointed

Danielle GSmall staff creates long wait times. Computer systems are consistently slow. On this Saturday morning, one service member was available for check-in. Average transaction time per client was 15 minutes. The line behind me was five deep. Therefore, the person at the back of the line was going to wait an hour before getting service.

PABLO AIt always takes some time to get a trailer even when I check in online. Some of the staff was new this time and not well versed in the process. What should have taken 5 minutes took 20. The trailer was fine. I wouldn’t call it well maintained per se but fine. Overall the staff are friendly and the location always has the trailers I need. I just wish they were more efficient with processing customers in line, and honoring online check in info.
Dennis SKeep your appointment commitments. I had a re-wiring of an old 7 pin and a 4 pin plug. The workmanship was sub par. Exposed wire connections. What was covered was just electrical taped together. Makes me wonder how the splices were actually made up. Cost verses workmanship does match up.

ALLAN PThe staff were very nice and as helpful as they could be (the trainee who served me was really friendly and helpful but of course some information had to be acquired from the manager - The truck was noted on forms to have 3/4 of a tank but was almost completely empty of gas due to having been siphoned by local homeless people. The staff remained unaware of this (why wouldnt this be checked before rental?) but of course I took my photos before leaving and had to return inside to have my paperwork changed. Which was when the manager came into the picture. The manager gave me an extra day in case I had to avoid a snowstorm in the Sierra and she also promised that I would be reimbursed up to 1/4 tank of gas (important because of possible route changes due to the storm) so I filled up completely on that promise. However, once I got my return receipt no refund for gas. And a Uhaul chat person denies that this is something Uhaul does. BUT, I was unequivocally promised it WAS something Uhaul does by that branch manager, so as I left the truck with almost 1/2 a tank more than I received it, I expect to be reimbursed for the 1/4 tank as I was promised! Uhaul charged me for additional miles quite readily, and its not MY fault if I was given inaccurate info on renting. It WAS assuredly information I was given and it WAS by the branch manager and I therefore DO expect to be reimbursed for 1/4 tank of gas for the truck returned with much more than that in San Bruno California.
FIONA MI love this location and the staff. However the staffing needs to be abundant when an excessive amount of reservations are made. Further. If you have guests that are frequent renters, there should be some type of quick online pickup. Moving your team to a digital platform would be highly beneficial. Thank you.

Unfortunately, he was a one man show as other employees had not shown up for work and he had to manage multiple assists with other clients delaying both my pickup and delivery of my rental. My compliments to Samuel for his efforts but the location needs to shore up its staffing.

The only lady working inside told the line of people to use their phones/apps to pick up their truck if they wanted the fastest option. Proceeded to be forced to make a uhaul account and downloaded the app to be able to check in. It asked a bunch of questions and was super glitchy. Made me do my own check out inspection. Then just let me drop off the truck and take a photo without doing an inspection with a representative. You should pay me for having to do a representatives work for you! Hire more people to run Uhaul, its not fair to the one office person and one yard person! I'll never rent through uhaul again. Terrible greedy company.

The gas guage in the uhaul didn't make it apparent that the meter was on 7/8 full the meter was pointed right at F....and I didn't wanna over fill it. There's no mention of how many gallons you needed to put in it from 7/8 full.... so I thought the tank was full; the meter was pointed at F. What was I supposed to do Call the office and ask them or keeping putting in gas.
