Large new facility. Younger girl working the counter was great. She got the paperwork done quickly and connected the utility trailer I rented. In and out quickly. When I returned the trailer she met me outside and the drop off was quick. Good value for what I needed,

Exactly what I've come to expect from U-Haul — and that's a compliment. Clean, reliable truck that got the job done without a single hiccup. Check the truck return before charging client

Business said closes at 5 pm. No door or phone answers when attempts made around 2:45 pm. I could not submit photos of the trailer online or on the app so I took and saved my own photos. The business did not look like anything other than an outside storage rental with a closed office. Not clean or inviting out front

Clean your trailers out! I had a ton of stuff get stained and destroyed from the trailer. Staff were alright.

The box of the truck had a bunch of scrap wood and debris on the back. As well as a couple of plastic bundle wraps.

There was only one employee on duty at the time of my rental. She was great and running her ass off, but customers were still faced with longer wait times. A location this large should always have at least two employees on duty at all times, to alleviate the stress this employee was having to deal with and also for employee safety.

I can't remember her name, but your attendant on the day I rented the trailer was fantastic. Super friendly and hooked up the trailer very fast. Would definitely recommend this location.

New facility - still clean - still being built out. Comes with new staff that are still learning; some struggle with the computer. The women I've worked with on a couple different rentals know the computer system well.

A friend highly recommended this location. I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and informative. It was quick and easy to acquire a unit. I highly recommend this location as well. It seems very safe and secure there. Lots of equipment to help you move items to and from your vehicle.

When discussing my options for rentals, I was explaining to the lady what my need was and I was advised that a flat rate on a moving truck would be the best option with unlimited mileage. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. I had to pay extra and when I requested a refund, the same lady called me to deny it and stated she never said that, but I had someone with me that also confirmed she said it many times. I had also rented a trailer the same lady stated HAD to be returned at the same facility I rented it from. I also found out after returning that was also NOT TRUE, and I had driven over 200 extra miles to take it back. I would not recommend this facility as Brittany is not knowledgeable, nor is the young man that she left in charge when she was rushing out for the day. Britney also hung up on me when she vaccine frustrated during our call.

This is less a complaint about this specification and more about Uhaul in general. I rented a truck 19.95 for a day. I drove it 140 miles, had it back clean and early. Was charged 172 dollars!!! Like what? I asked the guy about 100 miles included as the agreement says then .49 every mile after and he acted like it didn't exist. They went ahead and charged me for every mile, plus the base rate, plus the 15 dollars I agreed to for "insurance" So the 19.95 is an absolute joke. You are better off renting a pickup truck from a normal car rental place like Enterprise or Avis. All said and done with refilling what gas was used I was out over 200 dollars for a few hours of truck use. Never again.

I've used U-Haul a dozens times in my life and I've never had a single issue. The mobile check in is great and the drop off process never takes more than a few seconds.

Reservation process is invasive and unnecessary. Asking for contact info of employer and/or a friend is invasive and reeks of data mining. It is absolutely offensive and creates a hostile experience. As a customer of U-Haul for 38 yrs I will try to source moving equipment from anyone else before U-Haul.

So impressed by the efficiency and friendly helpfulness of everyone we spoke to on the phone to arrange the trailer drop off and storage rental; especially the person who checked us in at the Jackrabbit facility. I believe her name was Brittany, and I think she is general manager. What an asset to your company!
