Complaint has been filed with Customer service and I am waiting for a response and resolution from the General manager of this branch or an escalation team.
DEEANN SI dropped the cargo van ahead of the drop off time. I received an email stating that I dropped off the van at six fifty three am . I have photos of the van when I dropped it off . The phot have the time stamp on the pictures

Rudolph BLocation had a slight line of people when I arrived. A second check in lady came in and went to work, even politely asked the guy behind me to wait (and not cut the line) after he tried to ask a question. This lady (sorry, I didn't get anyone's name) worked me thru the check in quickly and got me out to the trailer I had reserved. She even went right to the my trailer and started hooking it up. We had a little trouble with the safety chains (always do with the old style hooks) The yard tech guy (who had been helping another customer) was right there helping when he noticed we were having troubles. He suggested and grabbed another trailer with a new style ball hitch and safety chains. All hitched up and on my way in minutes, after he had to update the trailer info with a text to my phone. Great group of people, my Thanks to them. Scott

OMAR AReceived no help while trying to locate the vehicle on the lot the woman in the office told me several times to go ask someone who’s outside that person told me to go back in the office and ask. The lady was extremely unprofessional and rude and did not want to help me I wondered around the lot for more than 30 minutes while the other employee who’s a male argued with another customer. The staff need serious training or replacement. It’s bad for business.

CARLTON EThe truck was full of snow when we rented it and it had a small dent in the front driver side bumper. Also it wasn't cleaned at the back of the truck I had to clean it myself. As for the transporter the person who waited on me told me that there wasn't one available, and it was there all the time waiting for me Poorly staffed with lots of people waiting to be seen. Needs some improvement on your end.

Not even a good morning when I said good morning twice. I would not recommend no one to that location and for the reason I will not be using back u- haul.
