Paul AThe service is unprofessional. I could not do self return when returning the truck before opening hours because the app was glitching. Had to call when they were open. The lady confirmed the app was having issues and then said she'd return my call to close out my bill. This was at 9:00am. I still had not gotten a call by 11:00 am, so I kept calling every hour and got no one. Just rang. Finally at 2:00pm I was transferred in the ivr to a remote agent that then had to transfer me to the central office just so I could pay my final bill. ALL the agents at the offices answer the phone like it's their personal phone and only say "hello". I was transferred around and put on hold for an hour the day prior just to extend my rental. Again the local agents were answering the phone just saying "hello". The rental truck itself was good but the agents are not trained and unprofessional.

Lance SThe drop off location was very helpful and rented a unit as well. The 800 number to help turn in the trailer overnight on a late Sunday evening was disappointing because they called back after 9:30 PM which was 3 hours later but the electronic communication stated the call back would be within 90 mins. We had already driven 11 hours and were headed to bed when the late callback occurred. However, overall my experience with local personnel at pick up and drop off was positive. I only wish the operators of the phone service location was more responsive.

Salvador RHad a code come on a few miles from Meridan WY and into the rest area. I am not super tech savvy but was not real customer friendly. Problem solved and on my way after about 40 minutes. 26 foot truck a little bit of a rough ride but drives nicely.

Karen BI did everything online when getting my storage unit hours before the office closed. I couldn’t make it to the unit until after hours due to work. But when paying for the unit a lock was included in the cost and would be placed in the unit so when I arrived I would be able to drop my things off and lock the unit up. When I arrived I was having trouble with my code then after calling customer service which Krystal was a tremendous help. Once in the unit I discovered no lock was in the unit like they said it would be. So I had to buy my own. Other then all that it is a nice clean building with plenty of space
GALVESTON S | Online Move InMy box hasn’t made it to the destination yet (at this point I don’t know if everything will arrive safely) but I wanted to call out Martin for doing a great job with pickup. I had to delay shipment a couple of times and he rolled with the punches. First class employee.

KOSHARA AWhen I emptied the U-Box, Tammy was extremely helpful in pulling it out of storage and loading it onto a trailer. She was on her own at the location and went above and beyond to help. Tammy deserves a raise for her great customer service and attitude. The location is badly understaffed on the weekend, with only one person to handle everything.
