The facility would have received a solid 5 stars but our access code and card never worked which meant that we were only able to enter the building through the car entrance and every time we opened our unit, an alarm would go off that was piercingly loud. The team was very pleasant and helped us with workarounds but whatever technology/system issue was causing the problem persisted and was not addressed.

But when paying for the unit a lock was included in the cost and would be placed in the unit so when I arrived I would be able to drop my things off and lock the unit up. When I arrived I was having trouble with my code then after calling customer service which Krystal was a tremendous help. Once in the unit I discovered no lock was in the unit like they said it would be. So I had to buy my own. Other then all that it is a nice clean building with plenty of space
