I had made a reservation to get a trailer in Westfield Ma. The evening before my scheduled pickup I received a call from U-Haul in Chicopee Ma. The woman whom I spoke with said the type of trailer I reserved was unavailable in Westfield so I needed to go to Chicopee to get the trailer. I wasn't thrilled to hear that. It was inconvenient as I was much closer to Westfield then Chicopee and I had other things to take care of in Westfield. Needless to say I went to Chicopee as asked and my experience turned out great. I was taken care of by Francisco R. I mentioned that it was inconvenient for me to pickup at this store and If it was possible to get a bit of a discount for my troubles. He understood and then proceeded o do just that! I was very happy! He then had me pull my truck over to a trailer and proceeded to hook everything up for me. Francisco was a true pro at his job. Easy to talk with ( we had a few laughs ) and very informative. I left a happy customer! The trailer was perfect! High quality equipment. Every business should have a Francisco on their payroll.

I'm not happy with the overcharging! I drove only 20 miles and was charged for 7 gallons of gas!! How is this possible? The gas level shown on the document was not accurate, I took a picture of it when I took the vehicle and will be going back for a refund.

The only issue was a broken driver's sun visor which fell down while driving. It fell down several times creating a safety hazard.I mentioned it to the check-in employee and he apologized and made note of the problem. The real reason for me submitting this survey was to make you aware of what a pleasure it was dealing with Francisco this morning. He is an extremely professional and friendly man who really went above and beyond to make our experience great. He definitely deserves recognition for being a great asset to your company. That being said, I do also want to express slight dissatisfaction with the price. For the final cost of our 6 hours and 50 miles, I would have expected a much more well-maintained vehicle. Thank you

Unfortunately, the truck that we had both the sunvisors kept on falling down in front of us, and it was not fully cleaned out before we took possession of it other than that it drove fine. The service was provided to me by the individuals working. There were very nice cordial and curious.

The young man who helped is was exceptionally nice. Even during a rain storm, he took his time to properly hook up our trailer and explain everything we needed to know.

I had a good prior experience with this location/equipment, but this time the equipment was a let down. The truck's upper, passenger side windshield weatherstrip was hanging down onto the windshield so the attendants tried to reattach it with some glue and HD packaging tape. As I anticipated, it didn't work and the weatherstrip tap-danced on the roof for 100 miles. Also, the interior looked and smelled like it had been hosed down with Armor All - so overpowering I had to drive with the windows partially open or wind up with a migraine! Additionally, when I moved my phone from the driver side cup holder to insert my drive-thru McCoffee, I noticed there was about an 1/8th inch of water in it! Fortunately, nothing happened to my phone but what's up with that? Finally, the odometer showed 122K mi and the steering wheel looked like it had been handled by 122K drivers. This was not a great experience.

I rented a trailer from Thursday to Sunday I went in on a Wednesday just to make sure they will have one they did it was about 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. a guy told me that I could take it if I wanted now because no one was renting it so we did the contract I drove off with the trailer when I started to review the contract I noticed it was no where near what they gave me the previous week based on what it will cost come to find out they charged me for that Wednesday the guy never told me that will be an added day and not even the young lady that did up the contract said nothing to me so I spoke with another gentleman he didn't take care of the problem so when I brought the trailer back spoke with another guy he can't do anything I asked for a manager no manager on weekends but then on top of it all they had my car is a 4-cylinder not a 6 cylinder and I was pulling a double axle trailer for some motorcycles there is no way I could have pulled that trailer with three motorcycles weighing 1800 lb plus the weight of the trailer with a 4-cylinder car when I had a 6 cylinder car so that just goes to show that absolutely nobody knows what they're doing or just doesn't care never again I'll go to a different evolve

Your employee asked me how many miles at I was going at rental time, I gave him my estimate. He told me if I put in $10 of fuel I should be all set. A different employee at check out charged me an additional $9 for two gallons of fuel! This is not right.

I ordered and confirmed a truck in Northampton location and it was changed to a further location the next day, so I had to pay more on mileage and gas. I don’t understand why the truck was confirmed at my preferred location if there were no trucks available in the first place.

Truck was great, people helping in Chicopee were fantastic, the system tried to change the price and bumped it up 1000 dollars but the gentlemen behind the counter figured it out for me. A reservation price should never be changed when it’s been booked 3 months in advance. Then I received three different drop off locations leaving me to figure out which one was correct. U- haul has great employees but the company as a whole has been nothing but an added stressor to an already stressful move and I will not be returning as a customer.

rented a 6x12 cargo Trailer wiring on trailer was in bad shape loaded up then traveled to South Carolina only to break down at deeham Express in new york with no taillights called u haul road side assistant and they sent mechanic only to find out trailer is not repairable needs to go in shop so i had tox truck follow me to the bronx as u haul paid a room for the night at 3am. later that morning went to u haul service center and they said trailer should have never left lot with such bad wiring it shorted my trucks smart junction box. casted me $706.00 to repair and chicopee u haul said they would pay the $300 parts but manager is avoiding my calls past week. Been a nightmare

My wife and I drove Bradenton FL to Ware MA 1350 miles with no issues with the U-Haul equipment. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Truck and trailer had no issues. Would highly recommend U-Haul to anyone moving themselves.

The enclosed trailer was very helpful and the customer service from all staff was amazing. RECOMENDED 100%
