Wayne LHonestly, there should never be a 5 star review. That indicates that there isn't a single thing to improve upon. There is always room for improvement...by everyone and every business. Specifically here, I'd get rid of the racks between counter registers so waiting customers aren't out of view...but that's me.

Susan MOverall great experience. The app is a bit glitchy. In the middle of our trip I went to look up some information and our rental was not there. Also, it would be helpfull to let the customer know ahead of time that you need to go on the app before leaving the property to upload the pictures along with at the end of your trip. Luckily myself and two other renters saw the sign at the key drop to take pictures of the fuel, mileage and vehicle before dropping the keys in the slot.
