The location was fine and the employees were helpful. But I could tell that their software was really hurting their efficiency. It was slow and they had to sometimes start a process over because it crashed. Also, when returning, the u haul app wouldn't scan the location's barcode to verify my location. I had to call your support number, who had me use uhaul.com instead. Also, the trailer swayed badly above 55 mph, even when empty. That is dangerously slow on the freeway. I have hauled this trailer model several times and never had this problem.

I am a frequent customer, using U-Haul trailers several time per month. I have three locations within less than a mile from one another, and I choose this location every time. They are always eager to assist with my rental needs, and present and prove themselves very knowledgeable if a problem or issue arises. Very grateful for the team you have assembled here.

Had to drive 30 min south to get the truck. Almost had to drive 40 min NE to get the tow dolly but one showed up in Provo last minute. If I had accepted the 40 min extra drive (each way) it would have been terrible and would not have been reimbursed for the fuel doing that hour plus trip. Wasn't for the 30 min (each way) to get the truck either. People were good at this location but the overall uHaul system is pretty marginal as far as guaranteeing equipment availability where and when you reserve it.

I would recommend the location, but not the service. $0.99 per mile is outrageous and the truck was advertised as $19.99/day but then there was even an additional $39.90 "rental charge". Just charge what is advertised. that is ridiculous and I spent 2x what I could've spent somewhere else. Never EVER using it again.

The person who helped me was nice but half way through helping me he said “love you, good bye” and then set his phone down right side up. I could see that he was FaceTiming with someone. He then went and got my truck. When he exited, he was vaping. He left the car running and never told me to take pictures of the vehicle. He just told me I was good to go. By the time, I saw the text to submit the condition of the truck, the link had expired. The truck was great. The rental procedure was easy. Drop off was easy too.

The app had the wrong address so we showed up to the wrong location. When we got to the correct location the personnel were not very helpful or on top of things. I also never received a call before my reservation which may have helped a number of changes that were made to my reservation. Overall poor service and lots of miscommunication.

Clean the cabs. There was blood in the cab and didn’t see it till I was loading thing in. That’s disgusting. $115 to move my grandma around the corner and the facility i picked the truck up from was less than 5 miles away. Picking up the truck with the app wasn’t working so I went in and come to find out my truck wasn’t ready anyway and the guy that helped wasn’t all that friendly. returning it with the app took for ever because it keeps crashing on the step to take photos.

Called and told them I wouldn't be able to drop off until 6 p. m. and didn't want to have to pay for another 24 hours, was told I would be alright as long as I got it there by 6 and was charged anyway! I am @issed off because I might as well have kept it till the next day. Did not honor the agreement over phone. And I known that they were going to do that I would have found a way to get that truck back to them at 10:00 a.m. but when they told me not to worry about it just how back by 6:00 p.m. I didn't worry about it I had it back by 5:00 so I feel like I got ripped off and the gas was full when I dropped it off it was in the exact same condition as when I got it

Driving this truck felt like using a sod cutter. It lunged forward and back harshly especially around 60-65 mpg. It had a quarter tank of gas which should have allowed me to travel about 120 miles, but it was nearly empty after 45 miles and that was with the truck empty. After I put about 10k lbs of cargo in the back it continued to lunge and despite my cargo being reasonably secured it managed come loose and was partially damaged. I stopped shortly after picking up the load to add gas at a Sams Club. I personally think that putting low octane fuel in engines is one of the main reasons they die. Sams only has low and premium, so I put in premium. Shortly after that I noticed the lunging decreased dramatically, but was still present. This truck needs some servicing. The damage to my goods wasn't too bad, but it was frustrating and the driving experience was horrible. As for the app I think the concept is cool, but it is not intuitive and I would've liked to know ahead of time that someone would need to receive a call to verify my identity. At 7 in the morning most people I know are either asleep or rushing to get kids and themselves out the door. I ended up going inside and finishing in-person because I couldn't wait. When returning the truck it asks to scan the code by the door. It does, but then the app doesn't progress. I had the same issue when trying to scan the back of my drivers license. It allowed me to skip the step which allowed me to finish the process. I would suggest allowing the customer to do the verification etc prior to arrival. I wasn't able to leave for 20+ minutes which caused other timing issues for me later. I wanted to get the truck earlier in the morning and saw that it was possible in the app. I had many things happening at the time so I didn't get back to finishing it till late in the evening. Then the app would only allow me to choose 7 am at the earliest. Had I known I would've prioritized the rental to earlier in the day. Next time I need to use the app I'll know better what to expect, but as a first time user it was not a good experience. I did appreciate being able to drop off the truck after hours.

The facility is well kept and the staff is very nice. The main downside is the limited parking for storage drop off and pick up. A trailer was taking up all the spots and staff often had trucks parked in the way making everything very inconvenient

Highly recommend this store to everyone! I really love visiting this U-haul store on Columbia Ln. In Provo. They are all the most helpful, friendly and the most knowledgeable people at any U-haul I’ve been to. I’ld give them a 6 Star rating if I could.

The unit was infested with rodents. Some of our items were ruined from feces and rodent urine, which then began to grow fungus/mold.

This unit was near the back of the building and was a little damp and musty. Our other unit in the middle of the building doesn’t have this issue. The biggest problem by far is lack of parking at this location. The abundance of moving trucks and trailers make it difficult to find a place to park anywhere, especially near the storage facility entrance. The storage unit customers are not the priority here.

Facility was clean and secure. Would be nice to have more carts to aid in moving, as the two that are provided are hard to grab at busy times. Also, exit ramp could be smoother, as the door threshold and bottom of ramp have a big crevice that will catch a wheel and dump all your stuff off the cart. Staff was friendly.

When inquiring about rental units on the phone, the person on the phone was not clear that a second floor unit was up some stairs and it is double stacked on top of another unit. All other UHaul properties I have ever seen, were literally a floor of units that you can roll items into from an elevator I had no idea to to ask any other questions I have rented other kind of units This type should have been explained

We were pleased with the storage facility. We didn't need it any longer because we had a shed built on our property. As for areas for improvement, we felt the facility as a whole was well lit and well organized. But we had to supply our own light for the storage unit itself since there's no lighting inside the units. Also, as the price of our unit increased over the years, we felt it had become too expensive for us to continue.

I thought the facility was nice and it was mostly convenient. My only issue is my unit had to be accessed by stairs and I did not know that when I reserved it online. It was still nice it just meant I needed a second person to help me move my belongings which was less convenient.

My ONKY complaint is the parking. The lot is so crowded with trucks and trailers that it is very difficult to access the storage units, and the few parking spaces that are by the door to the storage were blocked by empty trailers every time we were there! Plus, all of the trucks parked so close to the driveway made it impossible to see the traffic when pulling out of the parking lot. Other than that one thing, great experience! I was very impressed by how clean the storage units are.

I wish I had known that I was getting a storage unit that I had to use stairs to get to, and that there was no kind of elevator access. That was not made clear to me and the resources I had were not super obviously available either- there was a lock conveniently in my storage unit, but I had to go to the front desk to find that out, for instance.

Feels like scammed. They didn’t let us know the storage units are ceiling Who the people use storage for only light stuff on sealing? In general, it’s common sense that using storage means putting heavy stuff unless you guys are stupid elementary school kids. By the way, the staffs are horrible too. The young man and the girl who is working there, don’t know what are they doing. They are just chatting and joking. Even not at all helpful for us. I have used several storage services, but this experience is the worst. They said they will refund it, but still, it’s not done yet. I HAVE TO SPEND MORE EXTRA MONEY TO RENT A TRUCK AND ANOTHER STORAGE SERVICE. THEY JUST WASTE MY MONEY AND TIME. PERIOD.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my much-stressful move. Not only were they conveniently located close to where I was moving, allowing more access to my storage units, but any additional items I needed to buy were just simply charged to my card on file rather than having to wait in line to ring them up and purchase separately. The prices were a bargain, especially for the time that I needed to move in. I had just enough space to hold all my belongings, which was amazing. I'd definitely give these guys more of my business!!!

U-Haul on Bulldog is an easy-to-access facility. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rates were extremely reasonable, especially coming from a larger urban area! The parking lot was easy to navigate for a U-Haul facility (none of them are super easy).
