I thought I had through May 10 to cancel my contract but I was billed on May 9/10 at midnight. Very poor customer service. Waste of money, will not ever use again. Will not recommend to anyone.

Maybe the worst customer service ever. I’m not usually one to say much but dang it would’ve been nice to get a smile or even a look in the eye as I dropped it off. Worker was glued to his phone and barely acknowledged me without giving any guidance. I definitely tried to give him some grace when I picked up the vehicle but he was even worse at drop off. Sorry to be such a downer.

The place didn't feel welcoming at all. I dropped off the truck around 5:48 and took pictures to have proof. The only person there seemed unhappy to be there. I got out of the truck, and he asked me for the key. I went to the office, and he waited there. When I didn't hear anyone, I stepped outside to ask the guy who received my keys where the others were. He sounded upset and told me that he was the only one there. I asked how I could check in the truck to avoid being late. He told me that giving him the keys meant the truck was checked in. Something didn't sit right, so I took more pictures just in case. You need more staff in your office.

The only thing I'd suggest is making the key locker easier to open. I put in the code, moved the alignment to match the code, but it took several tries before it opened. I can see it's an effective security methodology, as I used the mobile app to access the truck and the key. Maybe put some WD-40 on the combination lock mechanism?

I have had issues each time I have done the after-hours drop off. The app doesn't work or doesn't accept information I put in it. This last time I was told I would be contacted by someone shortly, which made me worry that I had done something wrong. There's got to be a batter way - either fix the app or extend the store hours. Thanks!

Drove my truck 18 miles. Put in 3.4 gallons of gas to take the gas level higher than when I started. I got charged for 4 gallons of gas and a $30 fill charge. 18 miles/3.4 gallons =5.3 miles/gallon. Your site says your trucks get 10-12 mpg. You know that your trucks get better than 5.3 mpg under any and all conditions. That's over $50 in bogus charges on a $85 deal. If this is not rectified I'll take it up with my credit card company to dispute this.

They charged me an additional day when I payed for an extension and then charged me again and when I came to the location the general manager Lisa Moore was zero help and there was a child running around playing hide and seek with her and an adult male also hiding from the manager and she was so rude to me because I was interrupting her game. She wouldn't let me speak or explain my situation and continued speaking over me while glaring at me. She did not offer any kind help or explanation, didn't care to understand why I am upset. I asked to speak to someone else and she said " I'm it , you're looking at the main person here " I asked for corporate and she said ' look up the number on Google " while walking out she was talking about me and laughing with her coworker who is a tall bald man and he is heavy set. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never do business with uhaul ever again.

Reserved a 15’ moving van an hour or so before picking it up. Man at the desk was helpful when I picked up & dropping off after hours was straight forward & easy. Truck was clean & easy to drive. Got the move done seamlessly!

People there were more interested in talking on their cell phones than helping. I had to wait on the guy to hook the trailer up. When he did arrive he talked on his cell phone the whole time dropping it 3 times as he worked. The trailer itself has something wrong with it. It bounced so bad even after loading it that I had to park it and borrow a neighbor's trailer. I told the people this when I returned the trailer and the essentially ignored me. The shaking/bouncing was so bad I ended up not using the trailer which was a waste of money. I have rented from that location multiple times before and did not have any issue. I won't rent from there again.

It was incredibly maddening that my drop off location kept being moved further away from me. I needed it as close to highland as possible and it kept being moved further from highland until I had to drive 30 minutes just to return it.

Aquí pasó todo lo contrario, y esta vez el problema no fue la tienda ni el equipo rentado (camión), principalmente se que tengo culpa por haber llegado 9 minutos tarde, mi llegado a su locación fue 07:09 pm aproximadamente, y estaba un chico de su personal, haciendo su labor de limpieza de un camión, espere que terminara y que estacionara su camión, y le pregunté que si trabaja con ustedes me dijo que si, y le respondí que si me podía ayudar con la recepción del camión, y a su vez el me contestó de muy mala manera diciéndome que estaba cerrado y que llegué muy tarde, yo igual me quedé ahí tratando de buscar un número para resolver mi situación, hasta que vi que podía hacerlo en línea, y así fue que lo hice y todo salió bien gracias a Dios. En el futuro preparen mejor a su personal en cuanto a empatía y solución de problemas, ya que ni si quiera se tomó la molestia de preguntar el motivo de la tardanza así no sea de su interés, pero es interesante de la empresa primero porque es su equipo el que se está utilizando y segundo por ser cliente con ustedes, ya que si revisan su sistema verá mi nombre varias veces. En el retiro del camión todo fue muy bien, pero en la entrega fue fatal, por lo cual en futuras rentas no serán mi primera opción.

When we first arrived to pick up the truck we reserved. We were told the person before us extended their time so there was no trucks available for us…. The news sucked but the lady was so helpful to find us other trucks near by and arrange a different pick up. As we waited someone came by and dropped off their truck. By a miracle that was the exact size we reserved initially. The 5 stars is for this location, everyone was so helpful and I would have still given 5 stars even if we had to go somewhere else just because she and everyone else was so helpful.

The facility is well kept and the staff is very nice. The main downside is the limited parking for storage drop off and pick up. A trailer was taking up all the spots and staff often had trucks parked in the way making everything very inconvenient

Highly recommend this store to everyone! I really love visiting this U-haul store on Columbia Ln. In Provo. They are all the most helpful, friendly and the most knowledgeable people at any U-haul I’ve been to. I’ld give them a 6 Star rating if I could.

The unit was infested with rodents. Some of our items were ruined from feces and rodent urine, which then began to grow fungus/mold.

This unit was near the back of the building and was a little damp and musty. Our other unit in the middle of the building doesn’t have this issue. The biggest problem by far is lack of parking at this location. The abundance of moving trucks and trailers make it difficult to find a place to park anywhere, especially near the storage facility entrance. The storage unit customers are not the priority here.

Facility was clean and secure. Would be nice to have more carts to aid in moving, as the two that are provided are hard to grab at busy times. Also, exit ramp could be smoother, as the door threshold and bottom of ramp have a big crevice that will catch a wheel and dump all your stuff off the cart. Staff was friendly.

When inquiring about rental units on the phone, the person on the phone was not clear that a second floor unit was up some stairs and it is double stacked on top of another unit. All other UHaul properties I have ever seen, were literally a floor of units that you can roll items into from an elevator I had no idea to to ask any other questions I have rented other kind of units This type should have been explained

We were pleased with the storage facility. We didn't need it any longer because we had a shed built on our property. As for areas for improvement, we felt the facility as a whole was well lit and well organized. But we had to supply our own light for the storage unit itself since there's no lighting inside the units. Also, as the price of our unit increased over the years, we felt it had become too expensive for us to continue.

I thought the facility was nice and it was mostly convenient. My only issue is my unit had to be accessed by stairs and I did not know that when I reserved it online. It was still nice it just meant I needed a second person to help me move my belongings which was less convenient.

My ONKY complaint is the parking. The lot is so crowded with trucks and trailers that it is very difficult to access the storage units, and the few parking spaces that are by the door to the storage were blocked by empty trailers every time we were there! Plus, all of the trucks parked so close to the driveway made it impossible to see the traffic when pulling out of the parking lot. Other than that one thing, great experience! I was very impressed by how clean the storage units are.

I wish I had known that I was getting a storage unit that I had to use stairs to get to, and that there was no kind of elevator access. That was not made clear to me and the resources I had were not super obviously available either- there was a lock conveniently in my storage unit, but I had to go to the front desk to find that out, for instance.

Feels like scammed. They didn’t let us know the storage units are ceiling Who the people use storage for only light stuff on sealing? In general, it’s common sense that using storage means putting heavy stuff unless you guys are stupid elementary school kids. By the way, the staffs are horrible too. The young man and the girl who is working there, don’t know what are they doing. They are just chatting and joking. Even not at all helpful for us. I have used several storage services, but this experience is the worst. They said they will refund it, but still, it’s not done yet. I HAVE TO SPEND MORE EXTRA MONEY TO RENT A TRUCK AND ANOTHER STORAGE SERVICE. THEY JUST WASTE MY MONEY AND TIME. PERIOD.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my much-stressful move. Not only were they conveniently located close to where I was moving, allowing more access to my storage units, but any additional items I needed to buy were just simply charged to my card on file rather than having to wait in line to ring them up and purchase separately. The prices were a bargain, especially for the time that I needed to move in. I had just enough space to hold all my belongings, which was amazing. I'd definitely give these guys more of my business!!!

U-Haul on Bulldog is an easy-to-access facility. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rates were extremely reasonable, especially coming from a larger urban area! The parking lot was easy to navigate for a U-Haul facility (none of them are super easy).
