Pickup was okay. Rude employees behind the counter. They weren’t rude to me but they were rude to the lady before me and I couldn’t seem to figure out why
Samantha WPoor instructions were given picking up the trailer. Trailer tongue does not have a kickstand to crank above the ball hitch. Without being told that I spent a lot of unnecessary time waiting on hold with the after hours call center. The online chat didn't even respond to my questions and just left me hanging indefinitely. Nice. After about a half hour I finally found a call center rep and was told to just lift this heavy trailer off the ball joint and just lay it on the ground. So weird. Could have avoided that whole ordeal if I was just told that at the time I picked it up. Parking lot is cratered with huge pot holes and hard to maneuver in a small space. Price is reasonable.

BRUCE Sfriendly and helpful personnel. the truck was returned under mileage and early. I received too many emails and text messages. the worst one was asking when the truck would be returned soon after picking up the truck. The truck worked well but loud. Bluetooth in the radio would have been nice. All the labels up front were helpful to run the truck the way it wants to be run.

ANDREA HI at most was a gallon shy. They charged me for 6 gallons and a 30 dollar additional fee. I feel robbed. Am additional charge of 20 dollars after hours service fee on top of charging me an extra day?! Highway robbery

Filbien ATruck windshield covered with snow and ice along with 6" of snow to get the the truck to clean off windshield. Gas tank had only 19 miles left in the truck. Store was supposed to open at 7am, employee didn't arrive till 7:10. Windshield was cracked.
