However, that was not the case when I arrived at destination, I was sent to two different places bc the first place was closed and I had to spend more money filling up the gas tank and tired form the long trip and move.

Connor N.I returned tow equipments (Dolly & Truck), but I received only one receipt for one equipment (the dolly), and the Truck was not included in the receipt. The next day, I got an email saying that I didn't return the Truck, so I had to call this location to solve the problem. Finally, I got my second receipt the next day of return date. This mistake is really bad because the problem could have been worse if I had not called. Personnel must be trained very well for checking out the returned equipments.

rosana U.I rented a van one week before I needed it and that I would pick up before the location was opened therefore I had to use the app, then I was called by U-Haul the night before and told that I had to go to another location because the original pick up location didn't have the van available. I had no choice to accept because I had business commitment and needed the van, when I got to the other location at 8 am so that I could fulfill my timeframe the van with the keys in it was blocked by another truck. I call U-Haul about my situation and had to wait till 9 am till the location opened. Horrible, the only good outcome was that the customer service rep. gave me a $50 discount for all my troubles on the rental but I still was late with the delivery and set up of my contract with the customer and hope I don't get a bad review on timeliness due to the rental mishaps. I think if I rent a vehicle one week in advance there should not be a delay or change of location on pick up point.
Roberto D.From start to finish, this place delivered beyond my expectations. I recently bought a VW Taos, and I bought an after market hitch for it. I spent the day Monday getting jerked around by the VW dealership when I called them to see about getting the hitch attached. So, completely deflated and frustrated, I then called my body shop to see if by chance they could do it. They of course could not 😆 but they directed me to U-Haul. I thought that was really weird as I do not think of U-Haul as being a place that works on cars. But I was at my wits end so I googled locations. This one was not the closest but it was one I had seen while out and about so I knew the area. I called and spoke to Amanda, an extremely pleasant and helpful CSR. She gave me the info I asked for, was very knowledgeable and helpful, and did I mention pleasant? She was great. I got a quote from her and then made a quick call to my fiancé. (Maybe we would install it ourselves.) but with the quote I had been given, my fiancé said definitely let the professionals handle it! And so I called right back, and this time spoke to Jose, another just as pleasant individual! I can't tell you how wonderful it was to speak to a nice person! We scheduled my appointment for first thing in the morning, and I eagerly waited for the time to get my new accessory attached. The day came and I arrived early. They opened on time and I was all set with dropping off my vehicle within 10 minutes of walking thru the door. They maintained excellent communication throughout the process and followed through with the promised timeframe for completion. I cannot speak highly enough for this location and the staff members I encountered. It's getting harder and harder to find nice people in the retail world, so I am incredibly appreciative of the teammates I worked with here. I will absolutely be recommending this location to anyone I know that needs a u-haul for any reason. And my hitch attachment looks amazing! Thank you so much for a job well done!

The check in agent had said “there are guys outside” but we couldn’t find any. We eventually asked another customer for help. When we raised the locker door, alarms went off even though we followed all the procedures. No one came even then to check on things. We were able to lock up out things, though a second trip from the car to bring things up resulted in alarms going off again.

This business is top notch in my estimate and I will be a long time customer.

Rini V. | Online Move InI pay for a truck on Sunday May 8 2021 to take out my things from two storages that I had and two guys got stuck on the elevator been there for an hour without any help until we realize nobody was helping them and went to call a worker and he said that he was going to call another coworker to come but the guys were in desperte need of air and water since the emergency bottom was not working becouse no one but one went to see them since we were there taking our stuff from the first floor so they call the fire rescue who were the only ones to come and Open the elevator. No one of the staff did anything to try to help the guys on the elevator or fix the elevator after it was open. Because of that we could not take our stuff from the 4th floor when we already had the truck paid. I need someone to tell me how to proceed on this since it’s not fair that I have to pay other truck to take my things from the 4th floor. When I ask the lady at the front desk if uhual could provide me with at least a van so I could take my stuff another day when the elevator it’s fixed her answer was I could use the stairs which I find nonsensical. How she can pretend I will go 4 floors up and down with furniture and stuff ?.
