We had a very good experience with our long distance move. The initial pod delivery was about 4 hours beyond the window time, but understandalbe due to summer traffic on Cape Cod. A phone call to let us know of the delay would have been helpful. Other than that all other communication was great from the time the pod was delivered to the final pick up at our destination.
Susan SOur UBOXes had broken/tampered locks. The people we worked with to get it resolved were great, but we still had to have the tampered locks cut off and we had to purchase new locks.
