Charles PThe U-Haul app does not work properly and to book a vehicle your forwarded to the app and it’s always glitched at some stage of the application. This time I wasn’t able to pay after filling out the entire application. After I received the vehicle, I was not able to take pictures of the damage of the vehicle that was different from the app. The worker at the location was very efficient and was able to help me. The vehicle was not as clean as it should be, and other items are left in it.

I ended my storage time with you on December 29, 2022 and there was a check request made instead of having the refund put on card. You texted Kim and I gave you my address in Dallas, TX ,but the amount of the refund was for $201.80 and not the $302.70 which was for the remainder of the prepayments made on the storage unit. I called the customer service number and informed them of the mix-up and the agent said that she sent Jeff an email. explaining the situation to him and said that he could redo the refund request and make sure that the correct amount reflects the three months that should have been refunded to me, and not the two months that the check was for. I was told that Jeff could have the check voided and redo the refund request. I am able to use a phone between the hours of 11am -2pm ET, I called today, but Jeff was not at the store. I can be reached by email. Let me know how you want to move forward to rectify this situation. Thanks, Fynalle

Most of the employees are nice and helpful but there is one lady (I think the manager) who is very rude and has a bad attitude 100% of the time. They also do not work with you on anything unlike the other locations around town. We regret getting a storage unit at this location and would not recommend to anyone.

There was even one time when I mistakenly left my locker wide open with my items exposed. One of the employees noticed this and locked it up for me and even put some electronic items in a locked area in the office until I came back to claim them. These items were irreplaceable and meant a lot to me so for that, I am extremely grateful. Nothing was missing From my locker and without their help, I stood to lose a lot.
