Everyone involved (call center to make reservation, associated who processed reservation at the store and the GM who helped me at return) were friendly, personable and professional!

Keith and his crew are fabulous, I've been a regular customer (check my account), but I will never do business with uhaul again. The ridiculous self check-in fee is the final insult. I have NEVER returned a vehicle damaged or dirty/ I can take my business else where.

Luke M. on

My complaint is not with the local branch, but with the corporate polices. I think Uhaul is nickle and diming, and it makes me not want to use your services. Why charge a $20 fee for someone to return a trailer without going through a checking process? You have to examine the trailer anyways when it returns. Also, to rent the trailer, took me through many pages of add ons that took way too much time to get through. Last, the computer system used for checking in is very slow.

Can't think of anything.

Keith and Woody were so helpful!

It started out not great, ok in between renting period and ended not great! The owner/manager of the store needs to know how to treat customers renting from him. Hear them out and not talk to them like they are crap. It was miscommunication and he was not trying to listen. Instead telling me he sent me to collections. I will make my payment with customer service and stay clear of that location if ever I need uhaul!

Keith was the best UHaul person ever - he was very helpful in showing us how the equipment worked, what to watch out for, and was encouraging and made it a positive experience in every way.

I rent from this location REGULARLY (look at my account) Keith and his staff are fantastic. But if you continue to charge me for not checking in my rental (self check in) you are going to lose my business.

I rented a 15' truck, hoping to maximize the full use of the truck space and the pathway into and out of the truck. There were a dolly and moving blankets in the truck, which I did not order, and which I asked the store manager at the time of rental to please remove. He would not. It was a shameless attempt to tack on another add-on to my bill. If I were to break the seal to move them out of our way, I would have paid for it. Then, upon returning the truck, the store manager was rude when I at first didn't understand his question, calling me "boss" and asking whether the truck was still road worthy. Of course it was-- I drove the truck across town for a couple hours, he was just being rude to me in front of his other employees.

The truck was all over the road and it was dirty when it was givin to myself

Clean the outside of the vehicle better, put on working windshield wipers, test equipment better, make sure gas doesn't leak when filling the vehicle.
