Decent experience until the drop off. I dropped the vehicle off early, but was called by one of the employees stating I didn't return the vehicle the next day. I called them, and they managed to find the keys and the vehicle. Somebody didn't do their jobs right or were too lazy to investigate the situation.

Despite there being 6 clean vans that were available, I was given a van that was never cleaned out. It had items from the previous renter still in it. There were shards of glass throughout the van as well. I discovered this before I loaded it but after I left the Feasterville location, Therefore, I returned to Feasterville, in order for them to clean it out. And of course I was charged for those extra miles to return to the Feasterville location in order for them to do the job, they didn't do the first time. My advice to other consumers is to check over your rental, before you leave the lot. Don't accept anything they say.

I received a phone call fifteen minutes prior to my reservation time of 10am telling me the van broke down and they did not have one for me. The next available was at a place that was further away from original pickup and i could get it in the evening. I demanded to speak to a manager. I was then told if i wanted a van i could get it at an even further pickup location. to be able to move on time i had to send my son to a place that was over 45 minutes away with tolls. I was told I would have a fifty dollar reservation guarantee refunded to me. i asked for additional mileage. i was told no just the fifty dollars. the manager that i spoke to basiclly didn't care and that was the best he could do. After trying to call the corporate office another person called me from the Roxborough location, which was my original place,and told me the truth that they overbooked. when i had no choice but to go to festerville for pickup, i asked to be able to drop off in the original place of roxborough. she first said i had to call corporate to ask that. I asked her if she could please do this for me. she then put me on hold and said we could bring it back to roxborough because it was theirs anyway. This was unacceptable customer service and added an additional hour and a half to my day that was already stressfull and put the people helpingme behind as well. I was also charged for furniture pad i never ordered and never reimbursed the fifty dollars for the reservtion guarantee promise. I would like the sixty dollars refunded to the credit card charged. I will be speaking with corporate. i have to move again in a few weeks and get my stuff from storage. i will not be using uhaul and i would never recomend. this whole experience could had been avoied had someone gone and gotten the van and had it where it was supposed to be. i would like a call back with the refund amound and when that will be added to my card.

On Saturday and Sunday mornings, you should expect a crowd...yet there was only 1 person working the entire location. Please plan ahead better and schedule more than 1 person to operate on a busy weekend day.

The employee to whom I returned the truck to was excellent. I was exhausted after a long day of moving, and he was extremely polite, kind, and professional. He made the return process simple and stress-free. I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service and would like to thank him for his help.

The customer service at the store was extremely poor. The staff just handed me the paper contract without verbally explaining the unique fuel policy. I only drove a short distance of 26 miles in total. When I went to the gas station, I stepped away to the restroom for a moment. Upon returning, I was shocked to see the pump had already charged over $40 because the truck's fuel capacity and estimator were never clearly explained to me. When I raised this issue at return, the staff showed zero empathy and refused any refund. This experience was deeply frustrating. I request a partial refund or credit on my mileage fees for this massive overcharge.

Staff was rude and gave me a bunch of crap for putting the trailer I rented back in the area with the giant sign that says "return your equipment here". The lady acted all mad and made a big deal about it saying I should have backed it into a parking space. If you want them backed into a parking space you should have a sign that says that, instead a giant sign that clearly says "return your equipment here".

Get new employees that know what they are doing , this was absolutely the worst experience I ever had, the only person that knew what they were doing was the girl I manassas on dumfries rd. The feasterville location had every detail of my reservation wrong from start to finish. I actually don’t believe this location is still in business!

The mobile pick up at the Feasterville- Trevose Street Rd location needs to be improved. over the past month, my mobile pick-up was not completed at the store therefore, creating muliple layers of issues. 1- need mobile support to assist- time consuming 2-adjust client/ staff on-site time commitments 3-client relations on adjusting start time 4-staff overtime not estimated

I rented a truck and trailer with their own guaranteed reservation, call me 3 hours before saying we have your truck, not the trailer. They said it hadn’t been returned yet and was due back already 2 days prior so plenty of time to find me a back up

Mobile pick up at 6am. Changed to counter pick up. Store opens at 7. Created late arrival for a client commitment at 7am. Manager Steven lacked empathy and problem solving when presented with the situation. Feasterville- TREVOSE location. Seeing managerial turnover that is not amounting to successful client experiences

I’d like to cite Andrea at the U-Haul rental and storage facility located a 333 W. Street Road, Feasterville, PA 19053 as providing me and my family exceptional customer service. We had just completed a near 3000 miles move from San Diego and were fairly exhausted. Andrea was very professional, patient, very knowledgeable, helpful, and clear in her communication. It was very clear to me from the start that she was working to solve any problems we had and to make our experience the best it could be. She went above and beyond!! Her performance reflects great credit on herself, the Feasterville store, and U-Haul as an organization. Thanks Andrea!!

it said my unit should be split but the unit i opened is not a split level .. i called uhaul and they said specifically there shoukd be upper and lower level storage bin a split level unit and there arent 2 levels so idk why its advertised as having a split with upper and lower it should have had above head storage or shelving or lofted type type combined storage but upon inspection its a regular medium/ smallish square u with no split

I was a long time renter. A few years ago when new acess cards were given, I was told facilities were 24/7. Not true now. Timed light was to quick. I had to bring lantern to work on unit.

when booking my storage unit online I was told that I would have the 1st month rent on my unit for free. When I checked in to claim my unit on 1/8/23 I was told that they are no longer offering the first month for free but a later month would be given to me for free. It seems like false advertising and if the offer is no longer valid it should be removed from the website. I want to make sure this "later month for free" offer would be applied to my account.'p

Other than 2 weeks before leaving no issues. There were 2 bikes of mine taken from a temp unit. These were removed abd taken tp a private garage by Luigi the maintenance guy and had foul play all over it. The manager was excellent, and bikes retrieved bsck to me. The "luigi" individual was to be fired and hope he was, certainly not trustworthy.

I tried to get the one month free because I rented a trailer one-way from Florida I wanted a small room which they gave me however it was on the second floor with no way other than steps to get the materials upstairs and being handicapped I couldn’t do it they had a room on the first floor but refused to give it to me saying it was reserved so no I would not recommend I had to go elsewhere

My stuff was in a storage unit since 2017 (2 1/2 years). During this time I lived in another state I finally was able to retrieve m my stuff on 7/11/2020. For the length of time my stuff was kept in the unit everything was in good condition. No bugs or any other undesirables were discovered in my boxes. I guess it was the climate control and cleanliness. I am grateful during this time their weren’t any fires or natural disasters. I would recommend to others.
