From helping us with our storage needs, to getting specialty packing materials, to making arrangements for rental of trailers for transporting some goods, and then coordinating the delivery of the U-Boxes in AZ and WA. The drivers (Christina and Eloise) of the semis that haul the UBoxes in WA were very careful and accommodating of our requests for placement of the seven (7!) U-Boxes on our driveway and then for careful pickup to make sure the neighbors' trees were not damaged. Many thanks to everyone we worked with at U-Haul.

Kelli WI had to hire a truck from a different location but I came to this U-Haul for moving supplies. Christopher was so disgusted with how dirty my newly rented U-Haul truck was, that he gathered team members to thoroughly clean it for me (in the cab and the storage area) in 110f even though another U-Haul place was getting paid for it. Above and beyond - I always try this location first because of their customer service.

The facility is great and I had no issues with that or the unit, but I just tried to avoid interacting with the office because I would leave more confused than when I asked them a question.

When moving things in my outside storage unit Joy brought me ice cold water several times and checked on me to make sure I was okay. Christopher helped me with finding a large box for my TV and found a cart for me to use to transport numerous items and is always willing to make things easier as well. Mario is very cordial and helpful and even offered to make me a coffee in the morning. This facility feels more like family than a business. You can always count on them to do the right thing, they are kind, generous and helpful.

Only negative was our monthly rent consistently INCREASED, like clockwork, seemingly 1 or 2 times EVERY YEAR. Began at something like $139 per month and ended at around $175 per month. Not as if we were changing the size of our storage. Not as if there was any new services rendered. Just pure Corporate Greed and Profit for Uhaul jacking up prices regularly.

They went above and beyond, not only to maintain a secure and clean facility, but EVERY staff member at this location is also just a great HUMAN. They are friendly, caring, communicative, and very helpful. I remember one particularly hot AZ summer day, I was sweltering in the heat as I looked through boxes in my unit. A gentlemen (CJ?) came by and offered me a bottle of water. I was stunned. It's so tough to find that human touch nowadays, and so it's worth mentioning.

isabel k | First ImpressionsI am angry at the callous way I was treated and the disrespect shown to my family items that have been in my family for years. I am disabled and can no longer work. My disability through social security has not been approved. I told this to those that called me everytime we spoke. I had been told numerous times I could not send partial payments, so you wouldn't even accept the payment I could provide. I then was told earlier this year that you WOULD accept partials. I let the person who I spoke with I could send $50.00, and would work on sending more payments. When I called to say I had sent the payment, I was spoken to very rudely, and asked when I was going to send the full payment as they weren't supposed to take partials. So, I received two different stories and was treated rudely. I then received notice the items would be auctioned off. You wouldn't work with me, so I had no other choice but to let things belonged to my grandmother's go. Two sides of the family, items handed down gone. Then I get a letter saying you had sold these items for $125.00. ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS! My daughter would have sent a payment for that amount to you. You wouldn't take a partial from me, knowing I was trying to get my disability approved, knowing I was going through radiation and chemo for the cancer I had been diagnosed with, knowing I was willing to send partials till I got my approval and then could pay the balance and ship the items to me. I understand I was behind, I understand that's my responsibility. But due to circumstances beyond my control, losing my job because I can't work, my long term disability through my former employer was stopped, COVID put my daughter out of work all last year, her being diagnosed with MS, finding out the AZ social security office screwed up my disability paperwork with incorrect information, having to start the process all over, then being diagnosed with cancer. I wasn't trying to skip out on paying, I had legitimate financial issues to deal with. And I explained all this every time I spoke with someone. I have cried over this since the auction. I deal with anxiety and depression due to my autoimmune illness and CRPS nerve disorder which leaves me in constant extreme pain. This situation has upset my condition and I have been going through very bad depression since the loss of these precious items. I am heartbroken. I know there's nothing I can do about this now, but I would hope in the future you would work with your customers that are going through hard times and try a little understanding. The fact you sold my things for such a paltry amount is criminal.

Huge thank you to them for their quick action. Right now, it's the only positive I can think of. They alsoo cleaned windows which were quite dirty. 2 days later, still waiting to hear from someone on the truck issues. Increased mover expense incurred, inconvenience on truck preparednace and slow response.looking forward to hearing from someone.

Mentioned that to the office just to be on record in the event it comes down to the last 10 boxes (or whatever) and they won;t fit, maybe they could work with me on a temporary 5' x 5' to offset the wrong dimensions at the initial rental, or some other arrangement. Other than that....so far, so good. Staff very helpful.
