It’s a very familial atmosphere and they treat people (in my opinion) better maybe than they sometimes deserve. But I don’t get the feeling like they think that at all. The place is immaculate and I’m very pleased to be renting a storage unit there.

Only negative was our monthly rent consistently INCREASED, like clockwork, seemingly 1 or 2 times EVERY YEAR. Began at something like $139 per month and ended at around $175 per month. Not as if we were changing the size of our storage. Not as if there was any new services rendered. Just pure Corporate Greed and Profit for Uhaul jacking up prices regularly.
