Steer clear of anything to do with UHAUL (TRUCKS, STORAGE, MOVING) Their customer service is HORRIBLE. We had an issue with this facility and as a result the movers that we hired through UHAUL had to wait for over an hour for the UHAUL storage staff to cut off a lock from the unit because my key would no longer work. I was also supposed to have a free month of storage because we needed a place to store our household items because our house sold before we could move into our new house. It is advertised on the UHAUL site yet I was charge almost $300.00 for a monthly rent for a 10x20 storage unit. I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH UHAUL FOR ANYTHING AGAIN (Moving Help, Storage, truck rental, etc...) IT was ONE problem after another the entire process.

She went through the contract in detail with us, making sure to remind us of the 1 year price lock, so we didn't worry about price switching. She then personally walked us through the facilities, showing us the amenities on the way to our storage unit. Joy pointed out that they have complementary water bottles and otter pops to keep us cool while moving...a nice touch. We were given a number to reach either Joy or her assistant manager Chris should we have further questions. Joy made renting a unit here quick and painless. It was a very positive overall experience and I will be using them for all my storage needs going forward.
