This location was fast, friendly and accommodating. I chose another location in Missouri Highway 67 and they canceled out on me the day of my move, so this man was so accommodating and so professional and I was just so happy with this service.

Natalie LUnder the Manager TJ, ALL of my items of value were stolen. My storage unit was broken into. They said the people cut the fence and came in the back door and that they weren’t on camera. I will never again put my things in storage or use U-Haul again. I also moved out of my storage unit in 7/23 and it wasn’t recorded. Now they’re saying I moved out 1/24. I wanted it on record.
MAREY C | Overall ExperienceI returned the truck and trailer near closing time. It was dark and cold. Tried to use the app to check in, but it did not allow a sign on. But this is not a review of the app. Eventually an employee came out, took some data, and told me the truck was returned. Then, I received a call from u-haul 2 days later asking when I would return the trailer. Do not recommend.

Terrance PChloe and Samantha were great! They checked me out and checked me in with a friendly, positive, professional, courteous customer service mentality that's almost extinct these days. My only constructive feedback is that the sign that says "CUSTOMER PARKING" with an arrow pointing toward the chain link gate to the back yard area needs to have the arrow removed. It's very confusing, as it makes you think you have to go through the gate. I drove up to the keypad, pushed the button 3 times, and figured it was broken. So I had to go inside in below-freezing weather and ask Chloe where to park, and she told me it was those spots by the sign. The arrow needs to be painted over as it's very misleading.

Letorre SDoug and the rest of the staff were GREAT! Very knowledgeable, helpful and made the rental process very quick and easy. The only issue I had was the fact that when we went to pick-up our 1 way rental and auto transport, the original quoted price changed due to us having to pick-up at a different location than what was originally booked. Doug made sure that we received the original quoted price and I greatly appreciate that, however, this should not have been something that he had to do. Because our rental location changed due to no fault of our own, U-Haul should have made sure that everything from equipment that was being rented down to the original quoted price (that was booked and confirmed 2 - 3 weeks prior) transferred over. I have ALWAYS used U-Haul for ALL of my moving and storage needs and honestly, this was the only time that I had what could be considered a minor issue with my experience. Moving forward, U-Haul should make sure that when they choose to move a customer to a different pick-up location (due to equipment availability, etc) that the price quoted moves as well. Moving, especially one way moves can be quite expensive and considering the planning, budgeting, time, etc that goes into it, one does not have time for prices to change due to no fault of their own. Please consider this moving forward, thank you.

The only reason I knew it because I called my credit card seen how much they took out & then I called & asked U-Haul for a receipt. After comparing the my account to the receipt I seen additional charges added that weren't to be. I am very upset & been using you all for quite some time. I will never use you all again. And I will never recommend you all to anyone. You all take from the less fortunate just because you think they aren't paying attention. That is a sad case out here stealing money that isn't yours.

Jaimee Sthey cost me an extra $200+ dollars because the after hours rental process didn’t work (it just kept making us redo steps and when it finally went through, we never received the code to release the keys, we waited 2hrs outside in the cold) and then when we asked to be compensated for our time and having to come out of pocket for a hotel room just to wait until the next morning when they opened before we could actually get the van that we’d reserved for a midnight pickup. We were told that we would need to reach out to customer service although it wasn’t customer service who messed up.

RICHARD L | Overall ExperienceI started paying around $72 on my unit then immediately after two years of the pandemic my rates went up to $99. The funny thing with this is that I carry mail in this area and have come acquainted with four other customers who use your facility. 3 of them had storage space bigger than mine and paid an average of $35. I would give names but I'm saving that information for court because this situation needs to be addressed in court. Even after my rates were changed none of the others I'm referring to went through the change and still don't. Yall might want to say it's because they pay on time but I have proof that that's not true because one of them is deceased and I was offered to put my things in that unit. Yes I was regularly late but made arrangements with the MOD the date I started renting from this location because my payday didn't correspond to my due date but I always have paid. Please note that this isn't the only location I have used with Uhaul. The first time a lock was put on my unit the attended that let me in noticed and mentioned that it must have flooded here and I said yea I see. He said I'll let them know and then two months later my fees were raised and my access code was deleted because I was given a managers code to enter where every time I visit my unit I kept finding a lock on my unit even after payment. I'm even considering contacting the NAACP to obtain a civil attorney since those other 5 customers were Caucasian leading me to believe that race played a big part in this situation as well. This will be my last communication with you on these issues and I'll see yall in both courts. Thank you. Kenneth Hall.

GM had a medical emergency and didn't leave instructions with a responsible adult. I basically am one of many people who found it a waste of time working in a hostile work environment at that location. I'm the only one that is brave enough to let you know. I moved out after I was jumped on by the group led by Eerica. Instigated by Anthony. That's been months ago. If Eerica Mann (the gold tooth lady with the cigar hanging out her mouth who walks on the back of her shoes), Anthony Chiello or anyone from that location calls me or anyone that I've removed from ALL list there, an attorney will contact uhaul to represent me further. You can have that cabinet in my old unit. I've had enough of Anthony, Eerica, Cameron and that guy that shows up stoned every other day & the CC's. Oh and Dan with the disrespectful mouth.

Went to my storage and it was still locked. I called and they fixed it immediately. My main concern was the roaches that came later in the year. It was the lack of cleaning the area that I didn’t like. I was in a storage inside of a building. Really thought it would be secured from all things. Most definitely thought me purchasing insurance would benefit in a way and it didn’t. Insurance is a complete waste. The greatest thing I did was get my belongings out. Although I trashed most of it due to roaches. I moved out on my payment date which was 12/28/21 not 1/2/2022. Glad to be gone!!!

I was not pleased with that part of my experience. Then I noticed the several changes in the staff that included the facility's General Managers. They were always kind and helpful even during their very busy moments. Nonetheless, that turnover created some concerns. Otherwise and overall I'm grateful for the time and safe keeping of my belongings.
