We were able to pick up the trailer with minimal delays and the helper hooked the trailer up quickly and correctly. He cleaned the trailer with an air hose and damp mop and answered all questions.

The truck had a check engine light on (which means we waste more gas, bad emissions) the truck was filthy we asked for a broom my husband went and found one at the site before we left it's seems whoever used it transported livestock. This inside of the truck hadn't been cleaned either. The quality is disappointing. This.isnt the first time.

I have rented several times in the past few months at a couple of your locations and the staff at the Hemet location in professional behavior. The staff that I was in contact with at this last visit were beyond professional they were KIND, which you don't often see anymore. During the return of the auto tow dolly we were immediately greeted and assisted by Jeremy. He took great care with the unloading of our vehicle and had us out in less than 30 minutes. The UHaul facility here in Hemet, CA is our goto for our rental needs.

The employees were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Sadly the truck we were given ended up having mechanical issues and we had to wait over 3 hours to get a technician out to see what was wrong with it. Then we ended up getting charged for not returning it on time in addition to a service call fee… so much for roadside assistance being included with your rental. None of this was the fault of the pick up location which is why I didn’t lower their rating. The truck was clean, but it wasn’t well maintained because service lights (hill assist, no traction control, and then it lost horse power and was basically in limp mode). It was deemed unsafe to drive by the tech, yet we were charged for a late return even though we called and reported the mechanical issue well before our scheduled return time.

I was disappointed that they called the day before and said no 15 ft trucks which I originally reserved. Purposely got truck w/ramp and appliance dolly for moving appliances, and then had to downsize to 10 ft with no ramp and did not use dolly! Customer service was great. My grandson picked up truck and said the gentleman was very friendly and accommodating .

There are some confusion about two storage boxes that I was renting on special over the phone, but when I got down to the facility, they weren’t ready. Then the day I went in to get the truck and the units they have been picked up, which is a little bit disappointing. But the young lady bend over backwards to make sure I got a storage unit of the appropriate size. Would’ve been nice to get a discount on it though because of the confusion. Overall it wasn’t the worst experience I ever had at U-Haul actually it was relatively pleasant despite the mess up

The lady over the phone for U-Haul was very helpful. Got me a storage unit but once I went to the facility took almost 40 minutes to convince them that we had a storage there when he was rude and kept on saying the storage place was full. tried sending us 50 miles away From the storage unit I paid for it she finally realized that I purchased one and then we were able to get inside only 30 minutes later after they had to move a bunch of stuff out of the way in order to get to the storage. One of the gentleman couldn’t even run the forklift to move stuff out of the way. It was absolutely ridiculous.

They advertise access to the storage units were til 10pm it hat is not true. They will only allow you there until 7 pm. The main reason I got a unit there was because the hours were til ten. With them closing at 7 I was unable to ever go there by the time I got off work it was always closed

When I first received the storage I was given an access card that did not work. Several times, I had to go to front desk because access card did not work. I came one time and this HUGE pod was blocking the hallway. I could not bring anything into nor remove anything from my storage, not even a cart, because the hallway was blocked with this HUGE pod. There is a huge ladder that sat in front of my storage, again, that blocked my access most times. I don't feel I should have to move ANYTHING to get into my storage. There were too many unnecessary access issues with this facility. IN addition, one time I came to put stuff in my storage right before closing time and the treatment and comments me and my family received from the staff was totally unprofessional. Although we were in and out before closing time, the fact that we showed up minutes before closing, staff comments, looks, treatment, etc was unnecessary. It was like they prepped to close down way before closing and we were intruding on their "It's time for me to clock out" time. No bueno....No bueno...

The only thing I did not like was, there is no top/ ceiling on my storage- in the beginning- I would come by to check on my things and there would be bird droppings and dust on my belongings - I had to cover my things with blanks and sheets to keep them from getting to damaged - now - there is a tarp to cover the storage unit which made it a little better.

I loved my storage box and believe me I hated to leave but I’m moving back to Needles and I no longer needed a storage in the area. If I ever go back to San Jacinto I will definitely return to Uhaul for another storage box. The staff and facility were excellent and the prices were reasonable as well!

Highly recommend Spencer and this location. We have used it a couple of times: renting a storage unit and had to rent a box truck for a one way traveling over a thousand miles and then recently rented a smaller towable unit for a one-way traveling over a thousand miles. He is super trustworthy, helpful and have had to witness him work with some "in a hurry" type of folks that had to be turned down politely for whatever reasons. Thank you Spencer.
