The gentleman (I believe he was the manager) that helped me get set up when I went to the facility to finalize was absolutely fantastic! He was kind when it was obvious I'm having a bad time in life right now. That's the kind of kindness that not a only stays with you, but is also contagious. Truly made my day just a little better.

Tandy HThe experience started at a different location that did not have the truck we reserved. He called home office to try to get it resolved which sent us to the 623 Files rd location. Once there, the manger helped make everything work out and turned our stressful day into a positive experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the equipment was in good shape and I would recommend everyone to this location!
