Great service. I was treated kindly, they were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. This facility has given me the best service and treated me with care, not just a name and number. I could have went to another nearby facility, but I have been treated so nice here, I came back here. I would rent from here before anywhere else. Here, the customer matters.

Gina AI would like to clarify that the truck overall was very clean, including inside the cab. But the windshield was very dirty INSIDE and was hard to see through if the sun was in front of me. Very friendly and helpful people.
Randall RCheck to make sure dollies are available. I reserved 2 (appliance and utility) only to not receive. It made my move twice as difficult and extra stressful. Chase , Brandon and Keaton were super nice with good customer service in locating a 15' truck yet fell short on the dollies.

JULIE DVery nice people. Didn't take but a minute to get things done. When you've been moving all day. The last thing you want to do is to return the truck and it take very long. If I ever have to rent or return a U haul again I would definitely go back to them.

For a multi-billion dollar company all of it is shameful. The store staff couldn’t have been more professional and helpful.

Once I was informed where to pickup the trailer, I replied that I would prefer a more convenient & closer pickup location. From that point I received no further information. Some sort of reply was expected, but it never came.

He was kind when it was obvious I'm having a bad time in life right now. That's the kind of kindness that not a only stays with you, but is also contagious. Truly made my day just a little better.

Tandy HThe experience started at a different location that did not have the truck we reserved. He called home office to try to get it resolved which sent us to the 623 Files rd location. Once there, the manger helped make everything work out and turned our stressful day into a positive experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the equipment was in good shape and I would recommend everyone to this location!
