NATALIE GI think the manager at this location is not trustworthy. I have logged a complaint and will be following up. I was charged for damage I did not make and never notified as such just charged my credit card. He has subsequently been unprofessional in handling my inquiry into the matter.

I’ve been going there for years and he’s a great guy and he’s a great asset at your company, but he did introduce me to Anton who is the new manager and he’s another great asset to your company very personable. Talked to him for about 10-15 minutes and I’ll continue to use your facilities from my towing and storage needs! Also Rob as always, pleasant and professional

Javonne SBetter (lower) pricing would be great! Also, providing a padlock for the trailers would be nice. We had to stop at a hardware store to buy one. Although there is a sign saying the trailer is not "waterproof", it would be nice if something was done to prevent water from leaking into the trailers. One of our pieces of wood furniture was damaged from water dripping into the trailer since there was a bit of rain during our moving trip.

ANNA SMarked the equipment as well maintained, in general. However, to note, I found out the tire pressures were low, after I left. I had to return to the store to get one tire replaced and the other topped off with air.
HOBART JWe rented a 26' truck one way with auto transporter we had several date changes and needed to make several modifications to our rental EVERYONE we spoke with over the phone or came in contact with at on-site locations gave exceptional customer service and the equipment was top-notch. We had a flat tire and received roadside assistance within an hour. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for streefree one way rental.

We had a van to help us move what little the movers left to our new home. She explained the policy requirements to us, drove the van up and told us we could leave our car there at their location till we completed our task. We returned it, placed keys in lock box. We received our receipt on our email. Wa lah🙌🏻💕 The easiest transition ever. I would recommend everyone to go to that location if you are looking for less hassle and confusion. Mr and Mrs Brown

PAUL M1. Unsafe Vehicle Condition – The first truck I was given had a massive hole in the tire, not just a puncture, but an actual hole the size of a fist. I had to go through the process of replacing the truck, which wasted my time. 2. Missing Equipment – Neither the first nor the replacement truck had the moving blankets I had reserved, which added more inconvenience. 3. Poor Customer Service – Despite arriving early, I was rushed through the process because another customer was already waiting for the truck. The staff did not allow me to properly complete the rental return process through the app, which felt unprofessional. 4. Unfair Fuel Charge – I returned the truck with almost the same fuel level as when I picked it up, yet I was unfairly charged $44 for fuel. Even though I disputed the charge, the money was still deducted. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I expect U-Haul to take customer service more seriously. I demand a refund for the wrongful charges and better treatment for future customers.
Timur TI rent trucks from U-Haul very often and for the first time I felt totally uncomfortable with the service when returning the equipment, first because the employee was extremely rude and said inappropriate words, I asked to speak to the manager and he was also not friendly and did not resolve the problem, I rented some blankets and when I returned them the employees wanted to charge me an absurd fee saying that I should fold the blankets and put them back in the packaging! I paid for the rental of the truck and the blankets and the dolly but even so they wanted me to fold and put them back in the packaging!

JORGE CRegarding the suspension of this vehicle used was atrocious. Just in the sense that it was so tight I could not read the dashboard for speed or other needs, as sell as speak. As if I were shaken violently the whole time, a can of paint being mixed at the hardware store. Absolutely NOT a "smooth" ride. The jerking and bouncing was very uncomfortable especially in the area of the seatbelt across my waist.

Once the purchase was complete & I tried accessing the storage unit I purchased & the access card did not work & another customer had to let me in. I had a truck full of items with nowhere to store them. Once I was inside, I opened the storage unit & the was no lock & it was after hours. I was on the phone with customer service for an extended period of time to resolve the issues & was I formed there was nothing they could do. I was then informed to contact the general manager. I called him 4 times before he answered, only to inform me there was nothing he could do & I would have to wait until 7am the next morning. So I had to extended the uhaul until the next day, take off from work, cancel my storage with uhaul & find another storage facility. I would not recommend services from this location!

She told us she transferred phone calls to the general number because they were busy. Not something a customer wants to hear as that is not good customer service. It is the reason I chose the option that the staff is helpful & the reason I gave it 3 stars. Chad is an amazing hard worker & actually cares about the customers unlike others who work there including the manager. The management there is TERRIBLE!!!!!!! He seems very racist & he is the only reason I will NOT be returning to U-Haul or recommending them to anyone!!!! I hope this facility can do a better job in the future for the customers.

Twana B | Online Move InI’ve used this facility for various storage and shipping needs for years and I’ve simply just agreed to not give them anymore of my time, money, nor energy but I’ve been sent two messages requesting a review of my experience and now a text message so here’s MY REVIEW: My storage unit experience comes after making multiple attempts to reach and discuss matters with the general manager Mike in order to keep my storage unit and personal items in my possession while going through extreme hardship inclusive of but not limited to death in my family, homelessness, and COVID … many other encounters I’ve have at the facility with staff have been pleasant and my issues at the facility prior to were always addressed with friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff; until my encounter with the facility manager, Anthony who was rude, unprofessional, and downright ugly. I explained I wanted to bring my account current as it was past due, I had the funds but I needed gas to door dash and try to get me a room versus sleeping in my car that night. He expressed that he didn’t want to waive any late fees and it was his discretion to do so. While I understand this is a business, the lack of care and human compassion for a fellow human and customer who had consistently used their equipment and services but paid any late fees consistent when I have been late was beyond me. I didn’t want to sleep on the street so I kept my payment and requested to speak with his supervisor which never happened, I paid on the unit with late fees later but then it continued to get behind when eventually my car was inoperative and my means to secure income unavailable . Ultimately leading to my unit accumulating $1400 balance to which I had 1,000 to pay towards when it finally reached auction status. The general manager, Mike Capps still hadn’t returned any calls nor answered my emails until the day my unit was scheduled to go to auction. The facility manager, Anthony read a monthly general email that I received and replied to in which I addressed to the general manager and expressed my distaste and experience with the facility manager and complained about not receiving a call from the general manager in the multiple attempts to keep and pay on my storage unit account to no avail up until this point I had merely requested a call regarding my unit. To my shock and dismay, the facility manager, Anthony placed a call to me and inform me he read my complaint about him and was I going to pay my unit or just complain. I didn’t see any point on being called and harassed at this point so I sent another email and received a request to call Mike’s mobile, I questioned if this was Mike the general manger I had been emailing and I wasn’t sure if the person really was Mike since I hadn’t ever received a reply nor spoken to him all this time and on the cusp of Anthony making me aware he reads the emails. He responded, abruptly yes this is me, I gave you my cell phone so now tell me what’s the issue? I responded with excuse me, clearly this goes across the board (referring to the rudeness and unprofessionalism). To which, he rephrases, how can I help you? I informed him of the incidents and he attempted to state that Anthony referencing waiving fees was at his discretion was not true and defended the behavior and handling of me with the comment that this is a business, rather than argue with two people who were being purposefully obtuse and rude; I simply asked for Mike’s supervisor’s name and contact information. It was a moot point and in the end it can be a coaching moment or just another undocumented unseen infraction against Katy Fry Rd’s Uhaul customers. I won’t ever give them my business again and I will never send another person to this facility as a result of Mike and Anthony’s behavior and unprofessionalism.

Spoke to very rude and unprofessional gm Mike ( I can’t believe this is UHauls rep for a GM). Supervisor Sabrina was VERY helpful and customer service oriented in the process. I missed my event out of town because I couldn’t drop drop my belongings in the storage unit as a result. Things happen, however, rudeness from management should be zero tolerance policy. He was so rude and nonchalant that my fiancé grabbed the phone. This can’t be an isolated issue with his behavior and the company will lose profit by accepting and tolerating his behavior.

The second unit we were assigned had a spill that needed to be cleaned up before we moved our stuff in. This was disappointing considering the unit was supposedly inspected. The cleaning lady also had a bit of an attitude when we requested the spill be cleaned which furthered our frustration. Other than that, the facility overall and customer service was great.

I thought I'd need more space, so I also rented one. I didn't use either (as it turns out). So, yesterday I tried to cancel both for July. Whoever I talked to couldn't locate my records. So, now I don't know what's going on. IF YOU CAN FIND MY RECORDS, please cancel the 2 storage units for July. I'm not sure what more I can do.

Unfortunately, when I arrived that was not the case. The first-floor unit I reserved was no longer available even though that is the one I reserved. I made the selection on 6/10 and selected the earliest move in date 6/23. Almost 2 weeks later. Because I already waited almost 2 weeks, I was not able to wait until a unit on the first floor was available again. While speaking with one of your employees I asked how to get a first-floor unit and he told me I can either call back occasionally, or go through the reservation system again, well that didn’t work the first time around why would I do that again so I will be calling to get the unit I originally reserved the first time. Then having to take time and finding people to help move the items again. Being in the customer service industry I know not to promise something that I can not deliver.

Unfortunately we had to find out that the Security is a joke as my storage was broken in to and thousands of dollars of work equipment was stolen. U-Haul corporate and this location not willing to help us at all. What good is monitoring every storage unit and having cameras if you're not willing to help the people who get ripped off? Based on the way our stuff was stolen it would appear to be an inside job.

They gave me $12 discount saying that I needed to bring it back with a quarter of a tank know it takes at least $45 to get that truck to a quarter of a tank. Then say they wouldn’t charge me for an extra day because I had one of my movers get sick on me and couldn’t unload the truck until the next day so was 2 hrs late getting the truck back. But then say they have to charge me. The female worker I spoke to was beyond rude. Never again will I use U-Hal. Mind you in the last 2 months I rented 3 U-Hal trucks.

Unfortunately, I noticed that employees tend to park at the loading area, making it very difficult to pull your car or trailer up to unload/load. I would visit my unit several times a year, and always saw the same two cars parked there. One evening I noticed it was two employees getting into the cars.

I was there for 5 hours, and most of the time on the short side of the dock there was an unused u-haul truck and two employee vehicles, leaving only one available for your customers. Sometime during my last hour at the facility all 3 were moved.

KEITH B | Overall ExperienceI’ve rented trucks for uhaul for years and just recently decided to rent a storage unit as well. I have had my unit for around 2 months and was offered my first month free since I also rented a truck. Now, 2 months later, the one month free was never honored and I was charged over $100 each month. The most concerning problem is that I was 1 day late on my second month payment and I went to my storage unit over a week later and they had locked me out of my unit for a missed payment although I paid it a day after it was due and because they closed early, there was no one to unlock it. I asked why I was locked out and they told me they did not know why there was still a lock on my unit because “they update their system daily” and should have taken the lock off a week ago when I paid. This was a huge inconvenience and due to the poor management and awful customer service skills of all of the employees, except for one young man who I did not get the name of, (and Mike the manager is AWFUL) I will absolutely never use uhaul for any reason ever again. It may just be this location but I’m not willing to risk it again with any location.

At times, I couldn’t park to load or unload because they were taking up most of the spots. I’ve seen them eating in their vehicles while parked in the loading spots. I’ve mentioned this to the management several times, still happens. Into the day I moved out.

They once tried to blame me and told me my card must have been erased by my phone, but even the new card didn't work. Also, the cost of the storage unit is ridiculous compared to the area storage units. I moved to a new one, same size unit at $50 a month, dumpster, 24 hour access and pin number access all included for every storage unit. No extra fees needed.
