1. It's absolute fucking horse-shit that you demand that I hand over the name and phone number of some other person (who has no involvement in this transaction) in order to rent a truck. That this happens at the counter when I've already made arrangements and am stuck with you is embarrassingly transparent and manipulative. 2. Your employees are doing business on their phones now? As part of the checkin process the girl behind the counter with dreadlocks and a nose ring took a photo of my driver's license (front and back) then did "something" behind the counter with my credit card. Then after asking for my, and some other random person I know (what the fuck?) calls up my phone and the other person's phone (thanks for waking up my fucking wife ass-shit) and wanted proof that my phone was ringing. Are you fucking kidding me? Treating your customers like liars and criminals is a great way to ensure I never go back. 3. Reserved a truck a week in advance and ended up waiting in line for 45 minutes to be treated like that and walk out the door. I had purchased a handful of supplies to go with the truck online ahead of time and got a hand wave "get it yourself. truck's out front." Whatever the changes in procedure have been... they're worse. I've rented hundreds of trucks for 4-hour deliveries over the last few years and I have always been happy with this location until the last two rentals. I can honestly say that unless something changes... I'm never coming back. Ever.

Upon return, the clerk was not courteous at all. He took the keys, left me for about 15 minutes. Fortunately, the other guy, seems new, managed to assist me in a conscientious way. I think the guys, just went to the back side, took a break and ignored what he had to take care first.

When arrived at reservation time, they were obviously overwhelmed and understaffed. Another person having to run to a different location for a harness didn't help. When dropped off, actually saw a guy with a what looked like a wood baton beating tires of a small moving van. Seriously? Couldn't spare an extra minute to grab a pressure gauge and spin off stem caps (if present) to check pressure? Can't help but wonder what other corners were cut regarding maintenance and safety checks. Dash can probably caught the action, will have to look for it. Then post on Facebook and upload to corporate.

Poor customer service. Called me asking why i havent returned the car dolly yet. Even though i returned the dolly that day. Charged me for 2 days. Uhaul needs to find adequate management.

This is the third time I have rented from this location. Always freindly and fast service. Unfortunately there was only one gentleman loading trailers this morning, and after waiting for two other customers, I was finally hooked up 45 minutes later. Also, the reason I stated why the equipment was not clean, is because they never are. Keep in mind that I am renting trailers with several moving parts. So I expect them to be dusty and greasy. If they were always shiny clean that would be a whole next level.

Everything was fine until I returned the vehicle. When I saw the charges I questioned the attendant who was checking me out about the charges I asked why didn't the receipt have an itemized statement. Because I felt I was being charged to much he said I had to go inside to dispute the charges turns out he charged me an extra day then the lady told me I would have to wait a few days for the credit. It did take a few days for my account to be charged.

Bittersweet visit. After numerous times renting from this location, I found out from Rhonda she is getting promoted within the company. Very excited for her and truly deserved. Rhonda has always been professional and had great communications when charges were not correct. However, I was introduced to Nicki, the new GM and hopeful she will be a great replacement.

Overall, the van was clean but inside, it smells like an animal. I carried one mattress and it smells like an animal, too.
