I wasn't told that I'd be charged daily for insurance with the truck being parked at a hotel because, awaiting to get into a new house to purchase or rent. I have an outstanding balance of 312.00. I returned the truck with only minimal mileage across state lines from Lafayette Louisiana. Please call me to discuss this if possible 626 252-7983.

To to long to pick ip trailer even after doing everything on line. Why bother to have me fill everything out and then have to redo it once at the counter. Waste of time.

We were originally sent to the 16503 Clay Rd Ste E2, Houston, TX 77084 location to pick up a 5 x 8 trailer. The attendant was not helpful at all, we had to drive to another location to pick up the electrical connector cable because he didn't have one. The trailer tongue would not fit on our standard ball. He and the Katy Frwy location worked it out so we could rent a 6 x 12 trailer at no additional charge which I considered to be a very good solution. The right turn signal and brake light did not operate and the techs at the Katy Frwy location helped us trouble shoot the problem. It turned out U-Hauls equipment was ok and the problem was with our truck. We left. Because of the Clay Rd location it took us more than twice as long to pick up the trailer. The final outcome was very satisfactory. I believe U-Haul should make a visit to the Clay Rd location for an inspection and audit.

The employee who hooked the trailer up failed to lock down the hitch and the trailer came off the ball. I called the store and complained and warned them they need to train their people better and I got transferred to customer service instead of the manager. Not good!

This U-Haul store is amazing! It has everything possibly needed for a move. The employees are courteous, professional, know their products, and are time efficient. There are often lines but they get people in and out in a reasonable amount of time. This is our "go to" U-Haul location even though it is not the closest to our home.

I was greeted outside when I pulled up in the truck for an easy check out. It was quick and I did not even have to walk inside the building to get my receipt, it was brought to me. The personnel was very professional

I will not rent from this location again! They did not have my trailer even though I reserved it and received a confirmation. Then the price was much higher at the second location that they sent me to. I'm not happy at all with this service.

The truck was clean but I had a problem with the rear door. Once I got it opened I could not close it again. Something jammed. This made driving the vehicle very stressful because I was worried the items might fall out while driving.

Your location was helpful however the call center got my reservation wrong and that caused me to have to travel an additional 10 miles to get the 6 X 12 enclosed trailer I needed and reserved.

I made a reservation for a 17 foot truck. When I got there I was advise dmy order had been eroniously cancelled by Uhaul and that eitehr way they had not trucks available. They also mentioned another 5 customers were left without trucks. Finally a 15 foot and 26 foor truck showed up, but they said I had to take the 15 foot, as the 26 was rented out. I was forced to take a smaller truck for the same price. I needed the 17 foot truck in order to move all of my furniture in 1 trip. I was forced to make a 2nd trip for just one large piece of furniture. Uhaul then sent me an email advising i owed 19.00 for the additonal miles. I disputed the charge on 11/2 online. The dispute had not been addressed, and yesterday your company made an unauthorized charge to my account for 59.00. You have charged me for the amount being disputed and late fees; however I have not received a response regarding my dispute. Also, the email sen by uhaul on 11/2 advised I was to call and pay or pay online or that I may be sent to collection if I did not pay. Nowhere did it say your company would take my card information and process a payment. This was unauthorized. I have reached out to your customer service, I was transferred more than 3 times. I was told that the location that I rented from had to deal with this matter and that a manager would call me before closing, yesterday. I had not received a call, so I called the store. I was advised again that one of the three managers would call me before 7pm. I have still yet to receive a call. I sent emails to your collections department and to the email provided by the store and have not received responses. I demand that the money charged without my authorization be returned to my card, as it was being disputed and your company failed to meet my original reservation. I have contacted the local media and will seek legal counsel if I do not hear back from your company. The local media is interested my story and one of an older woman who was to move out of state on that day and was not able to because you did not have her truck either. If you return the money to my card, I will disist from follwing through with this story. Regards, Lissette Kam

Yesterday, when I returned the trailer, the UHaul rep signalled me to move the trailer to its parking spot - then he helped me back it in and unhooked it. When I asked him if I needed to check in at the office he told me I was already checked in and there was no need to check in at the office. Today I received a call from the company, stating that my trailer was overdue for return. Your employee made a bad mistake and caused trouble for me. He does not know what he is doing.

Did not have the trailer I booked days before and had confirmation number. Employee skate boarding around. They threw the dolly into the trailer when I was right there. Way to the back! No respect for management there. Maybe it's earned. Kid that unhooked the trailer dropped it about 2ft high to get a good jump out of me. Trash equipment. Just a bunch of thug want to be's with U Haul shirts. What a joke both picking up and dropping off. Should fire everyone and start over. Just being honest.
