If a customer indicates during the reservation that a dolly and pads are not needed or wanted take them off the truck. Although we don't have to use them and the zip ties are to prevent that in case a customer pays; these items are in the way.

U-Haul thinks about everything. They make sure we the renters don't screw up, like placing a barrier between the cabin of a van and the back. Also the blind spot mirrors were very helpful. Overall, the experience was great! In and out in no time and reasonable rates.

staff is very rude and don't care about customers . when I walked in they all were on cellphones checking Facebook and on face time with their girl friends. could not help me to solve my problem. they over charged me but didn't know what happened. they told me they don't know what's going on. None of the employees had name badges. I would not recommend any one to go there.

The truck I was given was very old. It felt unsafe to drive. There was also a big spider crawling in and out of the passenger side mirror. I don't see why I should pay the same rate for this old truck which didn't even have UHaul decals on it.

We were told for 2nd time using this location that they did not have the covered trailer we had reserved. The employee said we had to go to another location to pick it up. I asked him to call and make sure they had one and that other location did not pick up the phone. Fortunately Rhonda Holliday came in and took over when she saw we were not happy. Turned out they had 3 trailers our size in the lot. She also worked on getting a light kit set up for us. They did not have any regular ones. She was awesome and worked very hard. Kudos to her but boos to the associate who said they had none.

A female service rep phoned me on one of my paid rental days asking if I could drop off early. Adding to that, she called yet again, relaying a customer in need asked if I could return the truck asap. I did not appreciate the lack of professionalism the representative displayed on behalf of U-Haul. Perhaps a different approach can be coached to prevent a poor rating of your location/services.

Told me tank was full and to make sure returned van full. As stated on my receipt, I drove 27 miles and put over 5 gallons of gas in the van before returning it. I find it hard to believe that this new van only gets 5 miles per gallon. When I asked the salesman about it he just told me "well better that returning it lower, it would have cost more." Not an acceptable answer to me. This is a dishonest practice and it may only be $5 extra on my part but it is enough to not use this place again.

I reserved a truck to move a couch for my mother. I drove almost two hours to get to this location because they had a truck "available". Once I got to the front of the line I was told they didn't have anything to rent. After informing the representative I made a reservation online and that I even checked in online, AND I spoke with one of the staff members less than an hour ago and was never informed the truck was not there. As movers were waiting for me, I asked the man what was I expected to do since the U-Haul guarantee states: my reservation is guaranteed. He hassles me for about ten minutes again wasting my time. At this point someone pulls in with a van and I insisted he allow me to have it unless he planned to reimburse me for my drive and moving expenses. Prior to getting the van I inquire about the U-Haul guarantee credit of $50 if what I reserved was not available. At this point he writes on my contract and places a note in the computer that im owed $50. I complete my move, but upon returning I inquire as to how the credit works. The young boy helping me calls someone on his cell phone only to tell me this guy on the other end of the line says he will not give me the credit. So basically the U-Haul guarantee is false and I have yet to receive my credit. I will never use the fraud company again.

As soon as I drove up to return my U-Haul trailer a nice young man opened my door for me and welcomed me. He immediately began checking in the trailer and within minutes I was driving to the back to park the trailer. Two other nice young men waved me in as I backed the trailer into its parking spot. They quickly unhooked the trailer and wished me a good day. I was at the U-Haul facility for 15 minutes at the most. Everyone was friendly and treated my time and needs with a sense of urgency, which was very appreciated. Great job!
