Sean R | First ImpressionsJennifer was very helpful Matt, the general manager made racist comments to the ppl I had helping move my things Got into an argument with the movers about where to park the truck Threatened me with getting in trouble for allowing the movers to back the truck up Then Matt got in my truck and moved it himself to where he wanted it to be parked Not what was convenient for me the customer, or the movers that I was paying almost $500 to but where HE SAID BC HE IS THE MANAGER For over 10 mins in the hot heat I witnessed a GM berate & belittle & have a complete testosterone fueled pissing test with my movers Then once Matt had moved my truck himself - there in declaring himself the winner of aforementioned test, he walked off and called my PAID movers “Fuckn Mexicans”

Mariam D | First ImpressionsCondensation from piping dripped down on to antique couch, ruining the fabric. Pictures were taken by staff but no other communication was received about the damage. Since it was not something that was repairable we just moved the furniture out and cut our losses. Please check unit 3311 before renting it to someone else. Otherwise we always found the staff, especially the owner, very helpful and kind. Facility feels safe and I was never nervous there even though it's right off the freeway.
