Betty M | First ImpressionsI was concise about what my needs were to the representative. Once the purchase was complete & I tried accessing the storage unit I purchased & the access card did not work & another customer had to let me in. I had a truck full of items with nowhere to store them. Once I was inside, I opened the storage unit & the was no lock & it was after hours. I was on the phone with customer service for an extended period of time to resolve the issues & was I formed there was nothing they could do. I was then informed to contact the general manager. I called him 4 times before he answered, only to inform me there was nothing he could do & I would have to wait until 7am the next morning. So I had to extended the uhaul until the next day, take off from work, cancel my storage with uhaul & find another storage facility. I would not recommend services from this location!

Julia S | Overall ExperienceWhen we arrived we commented to Lindsay that we’d been trying to reach this location by phone for a week and were always transferred to the general number. She told us she transferred phone calls to the general number because they were busy. Not something a customer wants to hear as that is not good customer service. Maybe one person can answer the calls! We were transferred to four different people by the general number and no one could help us.
