This storage company has been amazing. I went through a very difficult time. They were able to work with me. I stored my things you can definitely trust their Security system. The staff there is easy to communicate with and they're very understanding. Thank you guys so much for being amazing!!! I definitely recommend keeping your belongings here!!

Jonathan M. | Overall ExperienceMy overall experience is okay. The ONLY staff I want to acknowledge is CHAD. It is the reason I chose the option that the staff is helpful & the reason I gave it 3 stars. Chad is an amazing hard worker & actually cares about the customers unlike others who work there including the manager. The management there is TERRIBLE!!!!!!! He seems very racist & he is the only reason I will NOT be returning to U-Haul or recommending them to anyone!!!! I hope this facility can do a better job in the future for the customers.

robin W. | Overall ExperienceI don't understand that you pay all of this money every month Rich go up on you without notice and then you move out almost a month early but they've already taken their payment there is no refunds available prorating that month that's robbery. Will never use U-Haul again there are other options out there. And when you ask employees about a refund they almost laugh at you.
