I was charged for a dolly that I never received. Only received a appliance dolly. Order a furniture dolly and a regular dolly.

Savannah SThe experience with U-Haul started when my location of choice (Napa Seymour) was changed before pickup. I choose the location originally, because it is a business and there are humans working that you can discuss issues with if needed. The location that U-Haul assigned is a business, but no one was onsite. So, after getting the keys electronically, and discovering there was no moving accessories there was no one to walk u to and ask for them. The rented moving accessories were not provided, and I had to borrow items from a neighbor to use during our loading. When we arrived in the destination city, I went to the local U-Haul store to pick up the items. The young man loaned me the only utility dolly in stock. He did not have a furniture dolly. So, when I returned the truck and explained it to the young lady she says no problem. Then I receive a bill for a furniture dolly that was not provided and the lack of made our move more difficult. So, I should be billing U-Haul for not providing the equipment in the contract. It made me borrow items which cost use time. It made me go to the dealer to borrow one which cost time and fuel. So please just refund the money for your mistakes. I contacted the pickup location, via phone after receiving a bill for not returning an item. He says he did not provide any accessories because his information did not so anything other than a truck.
Robert HWe were charged for two extra days by this branch, the truck was turned in, in half the time it was rented for. We have a dispute already started, but I can't believe you they would over charge us this much. The keys were correctly dropped in the box and we used the link text to us to return. I will not use this branch again. This was a lot of money you've overcharged us.

JERRY SI registered on line when making the reservation. Everythng was ready when I arrived. Was greeted immediately as they looked up my reservation. The check in process took less than five minutes before we headed out to the equipment. The manager hooked up my trailer and off I went to do what I needed to do. Thanks again. Could not have been better.

douglas pI reserved my equipment via the app but still had to wait an hour to complete my transaction at the store. I modified my rental agreement on the app after making a reservation over the phone with Candy because she said the equipment I wanted wasn’t available, however the app said otherwise. Candy was the only person working when I picked up my trailer. She admitted to not being familiar enough with the U-Haul programs and processes and wasn’t getting strong feedback from other unhappy customers. After booking up to the trailer we discovered a fault in the turn signal wiring, but I accepted it as there weren’t any others available that size.

REBECCA LRented a 5' x 8' trailer. Tires were good. Some bumps and bruises on the trailer from previous use. These were marked before rental. The return was quick. Pulled it in, showed condition of the trailer, and out in about 2 minutes. Overall ... great experience.

Cassidy DHire more staff. Only 1 person was there for both my visits. The wait time is excessive for anyone on a schedule. I waited 25 minutes but was in no hurry. I could tell the guy behind me wanting a propane fill was peeved
Avon WMy wife does floristry for weddings. For bigger weddings she needs to rent a van to bring all of the flowers to the venue. We’ve used vans from this location time and time again because it is reliable with really good customer service. Will keep renting from here and recommend it to anyone in need of Uhaul services.
