I was impressed by my interaction with the staff upon renting the car trailer. When I returned the trailer, missing one ramp, the experience was completely different. The gentleman I had dealt with previously was cold as ice and seemed angry. I had purchased insurance and was later contacted by the store manager. She was very concerned about any damage to my vehicle and was very nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Have the customer service represent is not yet at the guest. Have the representative explain things clearer and make sure they know about the mileage? And about the return date. Make sure the customer is being given the correct date, time and type of vehicle that they requested so there will be no discrepancies at the end

Customer service was fine, employees were helpful. The actual vehicle was not clean and had only 18 miles left of gas in it at pick up. I didn't realize it was not clean until I tried to pull out the ramp, ramp had mud, nails and batteries all over it. Not sure why. There were several half empty water bottles behind the seats. I filled it up with 120$ of gas, got like a 50$ gas credit in the end. My mistake for filling it up all of the way and misunderstanding I suppose.

Superb service. The teamwork by all staff members is evident. I rented a truck three times in the past month and each visit was an excellent customer experience. Friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend this location.

An employee (she told me her name was jiselle when I asked for it) overcharged me of $400 all due to her putting incorrect return mileage and not confirming before or after me leaving. I had to actually turn back around and request to take a picture of mileage on cargo van and showed her the mistake she made

Only issue was when we drove car onto trailer we could not open the door and we did not have a jack. We had to climb in trailer and leave window open.

The lock was cut off our locker and it was marked for auction. We were enrolled in autopayment and we did not miss one bill. Attendant said they tried to contact us by leaving one voicemail (which neither my wife or I received), but they never followed up again. No thanks.

I originally set up a pick up truck rental at stockton location 840 W Fremont St, Stockton, CA 95203 for 11:30. I arrived at the specified time to find out that the vehicle i rented was not returned and the attendant was not helpful. I walked in and was told the truck would probably not be back and I inquired why wasn't I notified of this prior to my scheduled time to pick it up. The gentleman shrugged his shoulders and did not offer an answer. He attempted to call the uhaul help line and said it was busy and hung up further telling me he was not able to assist and told me to call. Very unprofessional and I will not be renting from this location again. I called the help line and was able to get a rental in lodi California.

This location and specifically Luis, was helpful and kind and made sure everything was safe. However my original reservation with supposedly guaranteed trailer was stockton on Wilson ave and while he had sent me a link to upload my drivers lic to help expedite, he FAILED to mention they didn’t have the size trailer I booked. I will not rent from here stockton Wilson ave again. Lodi on Cherokee I recommend.

The rental was supposed to be all on the app, but the app said there was error and it didn’t work. I was helped by the employee inside. He was very efficient, polite and helpful. The truck was ready and clean. The rental was without incident. The return to the employee inside was smooth and uneventful. The employee was polite helpful and quick. This was a pleasant experience.

Relocating to Lodi while waiting on our new construction to be complete is how we found Lodi Uhaul. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the jump. The facility was secure so peace of mind with our possessions was met at the Lodi facility. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience!!!

I was provided great service and a great indoor storage space. I always felt safe and the facility was clean. I had no issues with pests or damage to my belongings. There were rent increases annually though very low increase. I definitely recommend UHaul Storage!

Unit rent increases $10 per year, seems excessive compared to other facilities. When I was moving out I found significant evidence of rodents. I stored plastic totes and wooden furniture— everything was covered in a thick layer of dirt with rodent footprints all over the place. A blanket that was in a plastic bag was destroyed by rodent nesting. For $150/month to $200 dollars each month final price, I would expect to have my property protected against rodents at the very least. The door seals need replacement. This may prevent the dirt from entering the unit. Seal the units at the floor corners to prevent rodent travel. And no proration? I move out early and you keep the entire month payment? That’s awful greedy after I just set my account to auto pay the entire time and gave this place more than $12,000. I guess the joke is on me. No, I would not recommend using this facility for long term storage.

We paid a lot for monthly storage in climate-controlled unit and it was always over 85 degrees in the supposed climate controlled unit area. It was mostly easily at least 88 degrees and no matter what temp the thermometer showed it was just hot and miserable.

Originally I was keeping my things in storage for only a month while I moved out of state. It ended up being almost 3 months. I never worried about my things because I knew they were safe. The monthly billing was automatically charged and correspondence with the staff was always clear and timely. Everyone was helpful!! Thank you!

I had reserved an 10x20 and even offered to pay ahead. I was told to wait til I came back with loaded truck. When I returned there were no storage units available in that size. Everything else was great.

The times I was In the office they were VERY slow. So slow that I finally quit buying anything from there. They were never really friendly, about the same amount of friendly that you would get at the D.M.V. They did have a lot of product though, a lot of things that you could really use.

When I picked up my uhaul and paid for my storage the process was slow, but the staff was great. When I drove the uhaul it was the worst drive ever. The engine was shaking and jerking. It was very concerning. I thought I was going to have to call roadside assistance. I loaded the truck for a 4bd em house. When I returned that night to load the storage it took almost two hours. It was about 10:30 pm . As we tried to leave the storage area the gates would not open to let us OUT! Because it was after hours. So we were locked inside of the gates of the storage! Very very inconveniencing. I am not a satisfied customer.

This location never answers their phone and this line takes you to an automated system that directs you the the web site to take care of anything. Unfortunately, not everything you want to do with your account can be done on the website. Very frustrating. Have to make an in-person visit to take care of any business.

We couldn't get an entry card because the computer was down. We couldn't get into the storage unit because the latch wouldnt't budge. The workers oiled the latch and told us to come back in a few days to get our entry card (when the computers would be back up.

This is the cleanest storage facility I have ever used. I am VERY happy with how they keep up with their insect and rodent control. I have used other storage facilities where I had inadvertently brought home roaches that got into my boxes while being stored. I had ZERO problems with bugs while I was unpacking my belongings that were stored there for probably a good year. Very happy and surprised actually . Convenient office and gate hours. Staff is professional and helpful.

Denied current promotion (1 month free with truck rental). Trouble with the elevator in the beginning (Staff eventually corrected it). Staff rarely in the store (had to hunt them down or wait unreasonably long for someone to show up). No access to dumpsters (despite them "being available for customers" as well as on your rental agreement.

Not happy with the fact I had auto pay and moved out 2 days after payment was taken and didn’t receive any money back. Used other storage facilities and always received a refund for days not used. Would not recommend using this facility.

The move in process message mentioned a lock would be inside the unit when I arrived. I brought my own so it was not an issue. From Canyon Country CA Uhaul to Lodi CA Uhaul my experience was above and beyond excellent. We received assistance with our storage and as we came in late the Manager moved a vehicle and turned on the lights to make our late unload safer. Thank you U haul.
