LEANDRA CThis location supervisor is a poor communicator. She first processed my rental contract and withheld $185.00 then informed me that I had until 7pm to return the truck . My checkout was at 1pm . I did not receive a 24hr usage of a truck due to Myra stating the trucks were in high demand. That is not my problem and had she informed me this issue could have been prevented. Myra needs to be retrained or replaced to better serve the customers need. Had I known of this short usage of the truck I would have not rented at all!
INFINITI BThe manager was very rude to me I was just renting a dolly and they were making a federal offense out of every little thing. I don't think that it was nice for him to catch attitude with me like that just because I was asking questions. he might go through a lot of customers in one day but not a lot of customers come there to rent everyday so yes we have a lot of questions the lady was nice but the man was not nice and she answered my questions and she was he was telling her not to answer that she didn't have to answer my questions I don't think that was very good customer service if the customer has a question and it's a legitimate question how is how was the co-worker going to tell another co-worker that she doesn't have to answer how are we supposed to understand what's going on if we don't ask questions.

JONATHAN RKevin and Hector were awesome! So friendly and so helpful! My wife and I had a great experience renting a car hauler to haul my VW Beetle all the way to Prescott Valley in AZ. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location to anyone needing moving help.
JOHN DThe location itself is OK. The customer service sucks. The only reason I give it an average instead of poor is because of the black guy. He is excellent and very helpful. The Hispanic guy there was just very slow and out of touch and when I picked up my rental they didn’t even have the dolly that I needed inside so I had to wait in line again because it’s very busy. They look like they’re shortstaffed, but I really appreciate the black guys help.
Roland CNo customer service was provided. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come to this location if you’re pressed for time because the person in office didn’t help anyone so we were forced to figure everything out with a bot on the app. Hire people who want to work.

YESICA OTrucks are all dirty, most of the trucks either have check engine light on or they have tire sensor bad, some of them have muffler problems. Trucks smell like cigarette

ELIAS LMake sure the Gas is where it’s supposed to be, and make sure the AC is working. It’s really unfair u think that this is what you payed for and it doesn’t work, that’s just not good. Because you was depending on that Air because it was so hot outside.

Alexis SThe experience was not a pleasant experience. The truck that was given to me was a road hazard and shouldn’t be rented out to anyone. The driver door was hanging on for dear life and was literally hanging on by two bolts. The door cannot be closed properly. The handbrake latch was about to fall off. The workers did not warn me of this and when I dropped it off, I warned them about the door and they shrugged it off, “ oh, it’s wear and tear, don’t worry about it.”
Jasper DWhen we came back one of the employees that was at the cashier asked for cleaning fee and we pay for everything and he also tried to take our hitch and everything that we bought from you guys he was a bad employee and I think he asked customers for a cleanup fee. We are not the first one so you guys need to look into that thank you

FERNANDO Aeverything was beautiful! however; I'm not comfortable with the fact, you can only obtain 8" pickup trucks, limited only to two locations, which is out of my comfort zone. I was forced to rent a larger truck , for a mere few items that I had to move?

It appears your company double dips....they charge me for first 2 weeks of September while renting it out to someone else. That is very dirty business. I will never use Uhaul again based on this experience.

SYLDER C | Overall ExperienceWe can't access the facility when they had told us that we could 24/7 go in our storage. We had asked beforehand and so we left to load the uhaul 10" truck. To our surprise it was closed, every single time that I input the code it would says access denied so we decided to call the GM number on the board. And it was no use. When she finally answered she referred me to customer service. Waiting for 40 minutes, Tony from customer service tried to help as much as he can on his end, when on the line with him he told us to contact the GM again. And so I did, she kept hanging up on my calls a and then after another few more calls she finally turned of the phone. And so we had no choice but to leave the truck and take off because next day I had to work and 4 am. I can't keep on waiting for her to keep on ignoring the situation. It was a mess, we got there at 7pm and left around 9 it was cold and we were freezing. A very bad experience and to finish it off we where not the only ones waiting there other customers all concerned and confused on why was it all closed. The extra charges on the rental and everything needs to be fixed too. Just unbelievable the first time getting the storage in that area and will be the last time. I don't know if I want to again go to one of uhaul locations and get a self storage after this. So disappointing.

That meant I had to put everything back into the truck, buy a lock, and park the truck overnight resulting in a late fee for truck return. Absolutely will never rent a storage from uhaul ever again.
