This location supervisor is a poor communicator. She first processed my rental contract and withheld $185.00 then informed me that I had until 7pm to return the truck . My checkout was at 1pm . I did not receive a 24hr usage of a truck due to Myra stating the trucks were in high demand. That is not my problem and had she informed me this issue could have been prevented. Myra needs to be retrained or replaced to better serve the customers need. Had I known of this short usage of the truck I would have not rented at all!

The manager was very rude to me I was just renting a dolly and they were making a federal offense out of every little thing. I don't think that it was nice for him to catch attitude with me like that just because I was asking questions. he might go through a lot of customers in one day but not a lot of customers come there to rent everyday so yes we have a lot of questions the lady was nice but the man was not nice and she answered my questions and she was he was telling her not to answer that she didn't have to answer my questions I don't think that was very good customer service if the customer has a question and it's a legitimate question how is how was the co-worker going to tell another co-worker that she doesn't have to answer how are we supposed to understand what's going on if we don't ask questions.

Ergonomics of the location make it hard to return equipment without getting stuck. U-Haul trucks are too large for the equipment return section and block the exit for those returning trailers.

Kevin and Hector were awesome! So friendly and so helpful! My wife and I had a great experience renting a car hauler to haul my VW Beetle all the way to Prescott Valley in AZ. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location to anyone needing moving help.

The location itself is OK. The customer service sucks. The only reason I give it an average instead of poor is because of the black guy. He is excellent and very helpful. The Hispanic guy there was just very slow and out of touch and when I picked up my rental they didn’t even have the dolly that I needed inside so I had to wait in line again because it’s very busy. They look like they’re shortstaffed, but I really appreciate the black guys help.

Trucks are all dirty, most of the trucks either have check engine light on or they have tire sensor bad, some of them have muffler problems. Trucks smell like cigarette

Make sure the Gas is where it’s supposed to be, and make sure the AC is working. It’s really unfair u think that this is what you payed for and it doesn’t work, that’s just not good. Because you was depending on that Air because it was so hot outside.

The experience was not a pleasant experience. The truck that was given to me was a road hazard and shouldn’t be rented out to anyone. The driver door was hanging on for dear life and was literally hanging on by two bolts. The door cannot be closed properly. The handbrake latch was about to fall off. The workers did not warn me of this and when I dropped it off, I warned them about the door and they shrugged it off, “ oh, it’s wear and tear, don’t worry about it.”

When we came back one of the employees that was at the cashier asked for cleaning fee and we pay for everything and he also tried to take our hitch and everything that we bought from you guys he was a bad employee and I think he asked customers for a cleanup fee. We are not the first one so you guys need to look into that thank you

At the Lynwood location I want to acknowledge gaston for the excellent customer service it was only him and some other guy holding down the whole store with atleast 10 customers waiting and did a excellent job under pressure never once let the pressure of customers waiting in line get to him he is what made this experience with u haul 10/10

The ladies that work mornings are amazing and very helpful. The manager sucks. My issue is that I left a message and communicated with one person and someone else would call me about the same thing. I felt like we were going in circles and it frustrated me completely. The staff worked with me when I couldn't make my payment and I was out of town. I just felt that the manager was not a helpful person and was out of touch with what was going on in her store.

After all the issues i has with uhaul pick up in San Bernardino!!! So stressful entire process pick up and no trucks available at 4 am as I needed !!! It was nice that I’m my city the people there was nice and understanding ans I’m not sure if the young woman that helped me but she was very nice and professional especially becuz I heard and entire upset customer and she handled that very well !!!

The hours of operation at times made it very hard to get things out. Also very disappointed when I went to move out they informed be I would not be getting back a refund of the amount I paid for and never used. It appears your company double dips....they charge me for first 2 weeks of September while renting it out to someone else. That is very dirty business. I will never use Uhaul again based on this experience.

When i arrived i got the online move in my unit was some how inuse wich sucked because i really had no place to put my stuff had to take it home and leave it in my truck outside because my land owner doesnt have space for me but then i had to go back and they ended up changing my unit because someone decided to move in mine they were trying so hard to make me upgrade my storage which i didnt really need

Uhaul facility was cleaned…Reservations I shared my belongings and why I needed storage…upon arrival, they gave me a top storage for a washer & dryer; there seems to be a disconnect between reservation & the store, communication is key to any business and it’s not happening

We can't access the facility when they had told us that we could 24/7 go in our storage. We had asked beforehand and so we left to load the uhaul 10" truck. To our surprise it was closed, every single time that I input the code it would says access denied so we decided to call the GM number on the board. And it was no use. When she finally answered she referred me to customer service. Waiting for 40 minutes, Tony from customer service tried to help as much as he can on his end, when on the line with him he told us to contact the GM again. And so I did, she kept hanging up on my calls a and then after another few more calls she finally turned of the phone. And so we had no choice but to leave the truck and take off because next day I had to work and 4 am. I can't keep on waiting for her to keep on ignoring the situation. It was a mess, we got there at 7pm and left around 9 it was cold and we were freezing. A very bad experience and to finish it off we where not the only ones waiting there other customers all concerned and confused on why was it all closed. The extra charges on the rental and everything needs to be fixed too. Just unbelievable the first time getting the storage in that area and will be the last time. I don't know if I want to again go to one of uhaul locations and get a self storage after this. So disappointing.

If you reserve online be sure it’s not after business hours if you plan on moving right away, due to Covid the locks are placed in your unit. However the office was closed so you won’t be able to get your lock or have it placed inside.

Spent hours, mileage, and had partially unloaded the truck only to find out the reserved storage unit was not available. That meant I had to put everything back into the truck, buy a lock, and park the truck overnight resulting in a late fee for truck return. Absolutely will never rent a storage from uhaul ever again.

The storage units are small and not sized as advertised. Small doors to access unit and hard to get to. How dumb to have the larger units up a set of 10 stairs!? Cannot store large furniture in this facility easily. My units has a rat trap and cockroaches. Very uncomfortable leaving anything nice here.

The storage unit was moved out of in April. Unfortunately I was sent a pre lien notice etc. a lot of unnecessary stress that could of been avoided with proper communication. I will maybe add covid 19 to maybe some reasons why.

Lynwood is the premiere UHAul store. Difficult to contact by phone yet that appears to be a flaw from the call center where most of the calls get routed. Ernie Morales Jr is expreemely professional .
