The hours of operation at times made it very hard to get things out. Also very disappointed when I went to move out they informed be I would not be getting back a refund of the amount I paid for and never used. It appears your company double dips....they charge me for first 2 weeks of September while renting it out to someone else. That is very dirty business. When i arrived i got the online move in my unit was some how inuse wich sucked because i really had no place to put my stuff had to take it home and leave it in my truck outside because my land owner doesnt have space for me but then i had to go back and they ended up changing my unit because someone decided to move in mine they were trying so hard to make me upgrade my storage which i didnt really needLuis V. | Online Move In

We can't access the facility when they had told us that we could 24/7 go in our storage. We had asked beforehand and so we left to load the uhaul 10" truck. To our surprise it was closed, every single time that I input the code it would says access denied so we decided to call the GM number on the board. And it was no use. When she finally answered she referred me to customer service. Waiting for 40 minutes, Tony from customer service tried to help as much as he can on his end, when on the line with him he told us to contact the GM again. And so I did, she kept hanging up on my calls a and then after another few more calls she finally turned of the phone. And so we had no choice but to leave the truck and take off because next day I had to work and 4 am. I can't keep on waiting for her to keep on ignoring the situation. It was a mess, we got there at 7pm and left around 9 it was cold and we were freezing. A very bad experience and to finish it off we where not the only ones waiting there other customers all concerned and confused on why was it all closed. The extra charges on the rental and everything needs to be fixed too. Just unbelievable the first time getting the storage in that area and will be the last time. I don't know if I want to again go to one of uhaul locations and get a self storage after this. So disappointing.ISAAC P. | First Impressions

Need an elevator. All the Big storages are upstairs on the second level didn't find that out until after I paid for the storage & lock & the worker was looking downstairs for the unit So now I was charged an extra day for the U-Haul truck & found a different location with a unitsonja h. | Overall Experience
