I am very unsatisfied with U-Haul. My storage was broken in from someone using the other side of my storage connections, took screws out, climbed over and stole my merchandise. That’s how unsatisfied I am for my merchandise to be there only one week.

Jennifer NI was standing in line with another person while no one was in the store for 5 minutes or more the the clerk comes in with someone following him, and he tells the guy that came in last and behind the clerk that this other guy was first, the clerk waits on the other gentlman that was waiting first, so the last man steps back and the man that I was waiting behind goes to the counter does his business then the clerk calls the last man that came in to the counter and dismisses me like wasn't standing, there, to this I got pissed threw the keys back behind the counter and began cussing him out. I'm veteran and a double amputee from war, and this man dismissed me like i wasn't standing there. shame on your company for not following the next in line./ I will never use uhaul again and I will never refer anyone to uhaul and I will never ever come back as a customer. I was going to rent a truck again on Wednesday but that won't happen now. I'm one pissed customer.

KURT BThis was not the original store i booked! I made my reservation online and was for the Pawnee and Oliver location. I don’t know who or when but my reservation was changed and set to a different uhaul as well as the storage i reserved was cancelled without my knowledge. No one informed me of this occurring prior to pick up and my reservation was booked 2 days before pickup date. The run around between locations and communication trying to get a storage was a huge inconvenience with the move. I wish i would’ve been contacted

Kimberly NChecking in before hours was impossible. The truck was not up front as it was supposed to be. I was on a time crunch-and this cost me valuable time. I had people waiting to move me, while I tried to check in. Ended up having to wait for the store to open, after calling the number provided took forever-and still didn’t get me access. Also there was no dolly in the truck!

I'm trying to figure out if you can even charge for those days, it's an obvious courtesy and incentives me to early return, so you can rent the equipment out again. This is especially bad since the days is the minimum allowed.

I have physical limitations at times that limits my mobility but Raschelle was very caring about my comfortability throughout the entire process. The amount of loading equipment and massive elevator made unloading my truck a breeze for all of my helpers. U-haul will be my go to location for all of my ongoing storage needs. No stairs anywhere...eventually we realized we needed to take the freight elevator just to find the unit. Silly and excessive, stairs would be fast and efficient. The first representative I talked to said there would be a lock in the storage locker. The next day second representative said there would be no lock. So of course I had to pick up a lock. Finding a lot to three trips to different stores. Eventually I found one and of course there was a lock in the locker. Not sure why they were the mixed signals. Two days ago I called about the free first day for college students promotion based on the COVID-19 move out. I was told I would receive a phone call in return. I’m still waiting
