The guy that took the truck when I dropped it off was so nice. I like Central Cali already. Uhaul is still my favorite truck rental place even though... I wasn't told that there weren't any Uhaul storage units available in my area.I did get the option for a free month, but the nearest location was 88 miles away.

Cameron GThe truck was on empty when we picked it up. The manager stated the gas had been siphoned out. He advised that if we returned the truck with a quarter of a tank we would received a $50-$60 gas credit. When we received our online receipt it showed the truck had three quarters of a tank of gas. Luckily I had the manager email me confirmation after we picked up the truck that it was empty. Will I be receiving my gas credit?

PHETSAPHONE SIf each customer is treated the way I was, just keep up the good work. The only problem was the time allowed to travel 1,400 miles. I was called within an hour of getting home wanting the trailer for another customer! Needless to say they did not get it right then.

Joel JThe truck had a broken fuel line that was not caught by the associates when they were assisting with the check out. The fuel tank was open with fuel spilling out as the thiefs had siphoned gas from the fuel tank which means no truck in that facility is safe from this. Not to mention hazards of operating a truck with active fuel leak, Lost 15 gallons of fuel.
Amin SDear U-Haul - I experienced the BEST customer service from your fantastic employee Stevie M. at a Fresno location. Stevie was quick to realize an issue with an evap cap before I drove away and immediately addressed the issue. Upon my return of the equipment one week later I was literally excited to see Stevie again. Having remembered me and the evap cap issue which delayed my rental a little, Stevie made sure I was not charged for an additional day’s rental fee due to the timing of the equipment’s return. Stevie’s great example should be a part of U-Haul’s training videos for other employees. If you check back on any security video you can see for yourself what an attentive job was performed. If only Stevie could be cloned…Truly, Juli.
Juli WAs stated previously, also terrible service. Wanted to talk to an employee about the bad service I had been experiencing, so I went to return the truck I had during store hours (8:30am) and nobody was there, store was locked up. I did see employees sitting in their cars however. As soon as I left, they got out to go open the store I’m assuming. It seemed like they didn’t want to deal with me at all? That’s the impression I got.
