The ladies at the counter were so friendly an helpful. The computers were slow as could be yet we laughed an it felt like we we all good friends . Give them all a raise . We need more competent an friendly people like these ladies in the world

EDWIN RI reserved equipment; dollies, hand truck. They were not provided. This is the 2nd time Uhaul has done this to me. It is not the fault of the 300 Windsor location. My reservation was at another location that the truck I was supposed to get did not return. Even at that location they did not have the equipment I reserved.
ALBERT LI have had problems checking in with the U Haul App on several occasions, possibly because the cell service isn't good there. the phone call customer service was very helpful but It took me about 45 minutes to get the key because I had an 8am pickup and the employees didnt' start work till 9. One arrived around 8: 25 but wouldn't help me because it was before her start time. Maybe if there was a Wifi network near the lock boxes at this location, that customers could have access to, the mobile check in would work better.

Joseph MRemember every customer (especially the older generation) are not good with technology nor own smart phones. Do not automatically assume a customer can submit pictures, mileage, gas etc. by using cell phone.

JULIE BEverything was clean, check in was easy, very happy with the overall experience. One suggestion would be to have a broom in the truck. If debris or something was left on the floor on the truck it could be swept clean before renter brings the truck back. Other than that, we were very pleased.

MELODY TTow dolly that was reserved for towing a car was not actually legal for towing (missing mandatory per NY Highway Patrol brake lights, running lights, and turn signals at the back of the towed vehicle). U-Haul was not able to provide what we needed to legally and safely tow the car, and we spent hours getting the run-around from the truck rental site, the dolly pickup site, and now the supposed return site. Since we couldn't tow the car, we returned the truck to its starting point, but that office hasn't marked it as returned a day later, so we are having to lock our credit card and contact BBB to get things resolved, and the car we need to tow still is not moved.
Joel SSuper easy process to rent and return during a very busy move weekend. Truck was practically brand new. Thanks to Michka (sorry about mangled spelling!) for making it all go so smoothly!

ADAM RNot much. Wish I asked the woman’s name that was working when I picked up. I made a few mistakes on my reservation and she was able to set me up with a vehicle that would work for my needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.
PAUL BTo make the reservation, I called instead of going online. Cambria picked up the local line, which was a nice surprise. I wasn't sure what size vehicle I needed for an in-town move, but Cambria talked me through it and gave pros ov each type of vehicle. I picked it up the next day, Sunday, Aug 31st. Unfortunately, the store is understaffed, and it took an hour to get the vehicle. Cambria was being pulled in every direction, and she handled it with clarity and grace. Everybody in line was in awe at how well she handled a jerk who would not move his vehicle because he was holding up the process. She deserves a raise. She remained calm and very kind through all that was going on there, multitasking like a pro. The staff who received the returned vehicle were also quick and very nice. That store seems to be a gold mine of employees. My only complaint is that the store should be better staffed on the weekend, especially at the end of the month.

DARYL Wtruck gets horrible gas millage. 2) check out process on cell phone didn't work 3) even with giving id at branch had to re-do process. 4) had problems several times with app and had to get assistance online and over the phone. Worst experience ever.

STEVE AYesterday, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Cambria Jeffrey, who is fairly new to your team. I must say, she impressed me with her excellent customer service skills and went above and beyond to help me secure the van of my choice. As a monthly renter who only averages 7 miles a month and primarily uses the vehicle for mobile storage, I greatly appreciated her extending my rental for an extra day as a gesture of goodwill. However, I must express my disappointment with the lack of flexibility and understanding displayed by the general manager, Micha, when I requested an additional day. As a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars with your company, I believe that more flexibility should be extended to me, especially considering my regular rental history. A few days before my contract was due to end, I visited your location to try and change to a van with fewer windows in the back - a better fit for my storage needs. Despite my willingness to pay any additional fees and secure the van in advance, I was denied by the worker, Melanie. I requested to speak with Micha in hopes of finding a solution, but unfortunately, my request was still denied. I believe there should have been more consideration given my loyalty and regular rental history. I hope that in the future, there can be more understanding and flexibility granted to long-time customers like myself. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

He also was polite and ask me how was my trip and if I had any problems with the U-Haul when I returned the U-Haul as well. Just continue the good work and courtesy that you are providing your customers that I receive on July 13th you should be fine in my opinion .
C DThe truck I was given was UNSAFE to be on the road. The transmission sounded as though it would explode. The A/C shut off when going up hill. The truck died at a stop light and it required numerous attempts and almost 5 minutes to restart. It did not want to start after I gassed it up. The people were all friendly and helpful. If this truck is indicative of the U-Haul fleet then there is a serious problem. I have rented from U-Haul before and have never had a vehicle in such poor condition.
