Ken LangeThere was a sign left in the window of the truck that I had to move in order to see out the window, and when trying to turn in the truck the self turn in was not working and it was past hours so I had to pray that they wouldn’t charge me for an extra day and trust I turned it in on time.
Mark lamberthI was charged for 75 miles more than what was shown on the odometer and had to spend 15 minutes on the phone to get a refund. And I only got a refund because I took pics of the odometer at the beginning and end. Plus, I got a storage unit and for the first hour after rental, the alarm went off every time I opened the door which was so annoying. Then that night when I got back with a load to drop off in the storage unit, my access code had been canceled. Again, super frustrating. The whole experience has me reconsidering my $2500 reservation for a 26ft truck and car carrier for a week to move to Florida.

billy hoggardI didn't (at first) get the damage insurance because I didn't think I needed it. I told the manager I was going to drop off my work truck and walk back to pick up the UHAL. My work is across the road from this location. I dropped off my work truck and started walking back, and changed my mind about the insurance. The manager had gone home so when I approached the register I informed the gentleman that I needed to add the insurance coverage. He called the manager and he told me that I could add it because I didn't get it originally. I was only gone for 15 minutes. After some conversation, the guy declined my original order and re-submitted the order with the insurance coverage. I was just so confused as to why UHAL didn't want to make more money by just simply adding the insurance coverage specifically after just 15 minutes. I understand if it was like an hour or more, but to be told " thats the policy" and thats it is not correct.

Blair HoudeEither the truck was not full of gas or it was getting 4 MPG - more than 7 gallons to go 31 miles. The headlights were very dim. The truck was pretty old. It was clean though I do appreciate that. I would not drive it out of town though. This facility is really 5 star all the way, friendly and clean.

Nicholas ButoiWe were assisted by Kevin at this location and we were very thankful for his helpful and kind demeanor. Kevin first took my phone call about an hour before closing and answered all of my questions. I rented equipment and my pickup time was 15 minutes before close. We all know that it can be inconvenient to start customer processes/check ins this close to closing but Kevin did not seem inconvenienced at all! He reassured me that it was no problem. Overall, will be recommending this location because of Kevin!

She clearly hates her job and makes customers feel like they are inconveniencing her just by showing up. I really like the facilities and this location offers the most rental options, but I would not come back.

It was caked on the trailer under the tire straps, and the ramps had rocks and mud all over them. 2. attempted top note this on the app, but it wouldn't allow me to do so. 3. I was charged another entire day's rental when I returned it 3 hours late.

I received an email that rates would go up 11/5, so I decided to move out since my boat was going in for repairs for a few months. I was not told the cancellation would not be pro-rated and refund. When I asked for the fob back to use the space to the 21st which I paid for, I was told the move out could not be "undone". Seems a bit crooked.

I had already reserved a space elsewhere with a different company, but when I went to unload my packed truck I was unable to access my unit due to a bad gate code. I remembered seeing the facility and called customer service immediately to see if there was a unit available. They were able to get me taken care of without even having to leave the truck and got me into the perfect unit. Thanks for having my back in a pinch!

I have never ever been to any other U-Haul where this man told me just to load it myself and go over and fetch it. The trucks are always brought it front. They’re clean they’re running they’re ready to go and these trucks these two trucks were not clean at all inside or out, so will not be coming back there. I hope that you’re able to improve your facility and your tracks from this. I’m sure you’re probably shorthanded like the rest of the businesses. Thank you.

Called several times to figure out move out process/requirements and every time I was transferred to the after hours employees;all calls being made during these said hours. Although these employees were helpful they were never able to relay that I was out of my unit. Last person I spoke with told me that I would receive prorated rent payment back. When I actually made it to the facility/office (while actually open) I was informed that “we don’t prorate”. When I inquired if I still had access then, since I had just paid for the month 2 days prior, I was met with “nope I just cancelled you”. Have never had issues with storage units until now. Very Disappointed

(Even of this gets deleted or not placed on their website I will be posting it to both yelp & Google review pages) My husband and I requested a truck for a 2 bedroom apartment moving from Ft Wayne to Noblesville. I got confirmation codes sent to my phone two days before moving. I even called BOTH locations to confirm our reservation. My husband and father in law show up the morning of moving to get our truck from the Fort Wayne office. THEY DIDNT HAVE IT. The stupid staff member said “oh we were suppose to call you yesterday about this. We don’t have it.” They refunded us but what were we suppose to do for a TWO HOUR TRIP down to central Indiana? So we call around to the other Uhaul sites closest to us (even 50 mins out) and we even called the Nobelsville office to beg for a truck. We thought about driving it all the way to Fort Wayne. We were that desperate. EVERY SINGLE office told us they were sold out of every truck, van, trailer, etc. ANYTHING. Thankfully the Nobelsville location gave us the month free of rental for storage, but I will NEVER AGAIN use this god awful company. And I will be telling everyone I can that both of these locations are incompetent & whoever was working on Aug 13th should be FIRED - specifically the Fort Wayne Clinton street one.

I would still use this company once more, perhaps for a different truck. The truck wouldnt start. Took 2 hours when uhaul tow got to us, brakes were not good. Doug Beck | First ImpressionsYou can offload your truck after 5pm because the staff will lock the main entrance and your card couldn’t have access to let you in, you have to walk through the side door which means you can take in heavy stuff like couch or anything that is wider than the side gate. This doesn’t make sense as it renders useless the access card. I don’t see the purpose of the access card if the main gate where truck can offload stuff will be shut at 5pm, it means you can’t offload after working hours.
