This is the second time I have rented a truck from them this year. No complaints whatsoever. Easy to work with, good people, clean and nice truck and very nice location.

MARIO RI would just like to shoutout the lady that helped both at pickup and drop off. I wish I got her name, but she was incredibly helpful and professional during the whole experience. She even brought my phone out to the car after I forgot it there and had to come back. Again, I can’t remember her name, but she was working at 6pm on 8/19 and 8/20, and I hope she keeps knocking it out of the park!

Karissa ENot on the location, but the day before, early in the morning, my pickup location was changed. My storage was at the vandiver location so picking up at the other location was going to cause additional stress to my day. While I was able to resolve, it was stressful and I was not given any explanation as to why the change had been made. These type of changes should NOT be arbitrarily made without a phone call to the customer to discuss alternatives. Again excellent service by the vandiver manage and team, this is NOT a reflection of the service and care they provided my family and I.

Donny MWhen I made the reservation for our truck, I was told our cost would be $166. When I went to pick up the truck I was charged $240 even with insurance added, I'm not sure why I was charged more. Also, I was under the impression that the first 60 miles would be included. Otherwise I would have rented from the uhaul in Mexico, MO.
Samantha MThe signage for drop-off could be a bit clearer. There were signs that got me to the correct entrance, but once I entered the parking lot I had to park and look around for a minute before I noticed the tented drop-off area (to the left of the entrance). A nice clean facility though, and drop-off was otherwise hassle-free.

He should be a trainer of all your employees. His skills are something that should be shared with everyone, including management. Then he should be promoted to management. Thank you kind sir.

GAYLE SWhen I arrived signs directed me to a tent set up to recieve the equipment with directions on staying with the vehiche til staff comes out to check you in. I waited 10 minutes or so and no one came. When I went in I asked if they would check me in and was told that they would get to it befor they closed at 7pm. I was not impressed by the lack of service given there was only one other customer in the building.

john lLeft tire was showing cords. Right tire was new. This is totally unsafe. I didnt realize until it was way into my trip. Fortunately nothing happened like a blow out or anything. This is pretty much unacceptable and could have caused a serious situation.

Kathe LComputer was frozen took approximately an hour to get truck (not staff fault) maybe a location for people to sit while other customers are being registered. Many people were standing near desks waiting to get their vehicles

The staff told me that unit needed repairs and they were able to assign me a different unit to promptly resolve the issue. I appreciated the available mattress carts. Some flat bed carts would have also been useful. The units were clean and in good condition.

RA T | First ImpressionsEverything went really great on the front end. Clarence, who helped me, was very kind and literally walked me through the process, which was AMAZING!! I was very impressed by the security features, and everything was extremely clean and in good repair. I came back later that night to drop off some stuff, and the buzzers were unnecessarily loud. Especially since the one garage door kept jamming, and the alarm would go off about every 30 seconds. I also had trouble with my code working at the entry door into the facility.

John M | First ImpressionsThe staff was great but the policy of blocking units at the front is completely asinine and made me think about using another facility. You are punishing peope who choose to rent early by forcing them to fill units that are in the rear vs rewarding them for being early adopters. Additionally, the ADA units have smaller doors which make them easier to open and close but make them almost impossible for someone with disabilities to actually move things in and out of due to the narrow passage of the doorway. Imagine even an able bodied person trying to get a table or sofa through that door vs a standard. The staff at this facility is great and sets a standard for customer service!!

And I’ve used other storage facilities before and it was always about taking your money no professional staff whatsoever. This facility is by far the best in the business.
