GAYLE SWhen I arrived signs directed me to a tent set up to recieve the equipment with directions on staying with the vehiche til staff comes out to check you in. I waited 10 minutes or so and no one came. When I went in I asked if they would check me in and was told that they would get to it befor they closed at 7pm. I was not impressed by the lack of service given there was only one other customer in the building.

john lLeft tire was showing cords. Right tire was new. This is totally unsafe. I didnt realize until it was way into my trip. Fortunately nothing happened like a blow out or anything. This is pretty much unacceptable and could have caused a serious situation.

Kathe LComputer was frozen took approximately an hour to get truck (not staff fault) maybe a location for people to sit while other customers are being registered. Many people were standing near desks waiting to get their vehicles

Ralph CEveryone did a good job with scheduling and they were pleasant to deal with. Jacob, the delivery and pick up driver was excellent. He placed the containers well and had good advice. Overall this was one of our best moving experiences and we are letting our friends know.

Kathe L | Online Move InContact me I was charged for 9 gallons of fuel for twenty miles of usage. Vehicle gets less than one half mile per gallon??? That is a scam. Please rectify this issue and credit it me for seven gallons of fuel or I will file a complaint. Everything else was a great experience.

Thomas RIt really was an excellent experience from the staff but not from the equipment. I.had two issues with the trailer. For a first time trailer pull it was a nightmare. However it was not U hauls fault on construction on I 70. But, having to have a vehicle follow me due to faulty running lights (come to find out it was the truck and was fixed with part from Orielly) but then to have a huge blow out on what I thought were brand new tires. But again everyone I spoke to from the Columbia store to Topeka store and the assistant customer service was key. Would I rent another trailer probably not. Would I do this again probably not.
Julia GStaff and location are excellent!!!! The truck needs major attention.. Like it needs to be turned in to a new truck! Muddy and dropped oil on a brand new driveway at a brand new home. The brakes were squishy, mushy, not sure it is safe and it slipped gear trying to accelerate to 50 mph. I am 64 years old and no accidents in past, but felt like i was already driving a wreck.....Still Staff was amazing to work with. Will use again but will drive and inspect the truck before renting again. Smile.

Albert VYour system was down when we came to pick up the trailer. We waited 22 minutes to get help (one customer ahead of us), and with two workers present, it should not have taken that long to pick up a small trailer. Staff were very nice and helpful once we finally got to interact with them.

The staff told me that unit needed repairs and they were able to assign me a different unit to promptly resolve the issue. I appreciated the available mattress carts. Some flat bed carts would have also been useful. The units were clean and in good condition.

I was very impressed by the security features, and everything was extremely clean and in good repair. I came back later that night to drop off some stuff, and the buzzers were unnecessarily loud. Especially since the one garage door kept jamming, and the alarm would go off about every 30 seconds. I also had trouble with my code working at the entry door into the facility.

John M | First ImpressionsThe staff was great but the policy of blocking units at the front is completely asinine and made me think about using another facility. You are punishing peope who choose to rent early by forcing them to fill units that are in the rear vs rewarding them for being early adopters. Additionally, the ADA units have smaller doors which make them easier to open and close but make them almost impossible for someone with disabilities to actually move things in and out of due to the narrow passage of the doorway. Imagine even an able bodied person trying to get a table or sofa through that door vs a standard. The staff at this facility is great and sets a standard for customer service!!

And I’ve used other storage facilities before and it was always about taking your money no professional staff whatsoever. This facility is by far the best in the business.
