Juan CYour system is set up with the assumption that the renter is moving their goods from one location to another. My situation was that I was assisting my sister in moving her goods from my location (Yuma) to her location in another state (Marietta, GA). The staff in Yuma and Georgia were clear, concise, efficient, and friendly. We attempted to communicate our situation to the ongoing corporate calls and requested they add my sister's contact information each time. It never appeared to work as I had to provide her contact info each time I received a notification call. The corporate callers were friendly and understanding but repetitive in that they never had a record of my sisters' information. We would not hesitate to use the U-Haul U-Box service again and will recommend it positively to my family members.

They showed how much they cared about me and my family in the way they took care of my needs and requests. Judy RWe made a reservation for a 6x12 cargo trailer at your Tooele, Utah location and drove 11 hours from Yuma, Arizona specifically to pick it up and clear out our storage unit after relocating last June. To avoid any issues, we called the day prior to confirm the reservation. Your team verified that the trailer would be available at the Tooele location and that everything was in order. Additionally, your reservation confirmation indicated that a U-Haul representative would contact us prior to pickup to confirm final details. We did not receive any such call. Despite these confirmations, when we arrived, the trailer we reserved was not available. We were then told the unit had already been rented out. At no point were we informed that our reservation would be released after a certain time, nor were we given any warning that the equipment would not be held. We were then directed to drive an additional three-hour round trip to another location—only to later find out that location did not have the unit either. After already investing significant time and travel, we were left with no reasonable option but to accept a much smaller 5x8 trailer. This forced us to cram our belongings into an inadequate space, resulting in damage to multiple items. To make matters worse, our reservation was changed to a different location without our knowledge or consent, creating further confusion and unnecessary stress. This situation reflects a complete failure to honor a confirmed reservation, as well as a breakdown in communication and basic customer service. We relied on your confirmation and planned a long-distance trip around it, only to be left without the equipment we reserved. Given the circumstances—including the failure to provide the reserved equipment, lack of required communication, the additional time and inconvenience, and the damage to our belongings—we expect appropriate compensation. This should include a refund or significant adjustment to the rental charges. If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will pursue further action through corporate escalation and additional consumer channels. We would appreciate a timely response.
Craig Pdespite a wonderful job of strapping in our van, ton 5 occasions we had to get help re-strapping it. This caused us hours of delays as we had to go to uhaul stores or pay someone to help us as we could not go down the road. I believe the equipment was faulty. I reported this each time (3 times) we went to a uhaul facility.

Tim CEverything went as well as expected. The u- box was 5 days later than the promised by date but I was kept well informed of the progress. The delivery to my driveway and pick up of the ubox was perfect. This is the 5th time I have used u-boxes and was very happy with it once again

WILLIAM TRude customer service from one in garage area ,the other on the return. Acted like a drill Sargent ,almost told him I don't work for U-Haul. B.d. never will go to that location again . When I went before they were great! What the heck happened?

JOHN PI have rented from this location in Yuma Az three consecutive months in a row and the service was always excellent. I would highly recommend this u haul location .
Judy RI reserved a pickup truck a month before picking unit up. When I arrived from out of state there was no truck for me? The gentleman at the front desk found a large 20 foot moving box truck to use instead. This was very obnoxious and too long to back a travel trailer into the RV spot. I drove it 16 miles and was charged $48 for 8 gallons of gas!??? Usually the pickup truck uses 1 gallon of gas to drive 16 miles. The box truck was getting 2 miles per gallon with no load ????? Unbelievable. I drove it 4 miles in town and 12 miles on the freeway. 8 gallons to go 16 miles!!!
RANDY NI rented a trailer on Wednesday, paid deposit, and by Sunday I still did not receive my deposit back.
ISLA KThe uhaul app to retrieve and return vehicles is not user friendly. The app freezes in the middle of the process and also makes you repeat pictures and entries, over and over.

WILLIAM MWe had a blow out 40 miles out of Yuma AZ. We waited almost 4 hours for roadside assistance. When we finally got to our destination the Uhaul that we dropped it off stated that the other 3 tires were at 15 psi & 25 psi that they were surprised we made it without more blow outs. That Yuma az location should have checked all tires before we left. We’re glad we made it safety to Colorado. General Manager was advised at drop off location

ISABEL FI'm bad with names, but the store manager in yuma is a top notch employee. He went above and beyond to help me with both of my rentals. You don't find employee s like him anymore, and uhaul should do everything possible to keep him..
STEVEN DThis is a very good crew they all work very well together. Joseph D was excellent from the good morning to have a safe trip. If he is not a manager he should be. I have been dealing with different ugauls for quite sometime and this crew want to make you experience as best as they can. I wish they all ran this smoothly. Kudos they all love their job and it shows. I will be leaving a google review as well they deserve all of the praise they can get.

DANIEL RRESERVED AT 20 FOOT TRUCK BUT YOU DIDNT HOLD ME A 20 FOOT TRUCK. WHY MAKE A RESERVATION? ANYWAY YOU HAD A 15 FOOT TRUCK AND I HAD TO PULL A TRAILER. LIFE GOES ON LOL. EVERYONE WAS NICE AT BOTH LOCATIONS YUMA AND DROP OFF IN STOCKTON.
ROBERT MReally disappointing that I have to provide a local address at this specific store to be able to rent. How is that possible when I’m from out of town? Store clerk was very rude about this. Not sure it makes much sense.
