Clean the return trucks and vans. I had dog fur all in the front of the van that triggered my allergic reactions. Very filthy.

The rep helping me like forgot he was helping me. We went out to look at the trailer I was renting and realized it was the wrong one. I asked him to switch it to a different one and he said no problem and went inside. After waiting in the parking lot for him to return for like 15 min, I decide to go insode to see what the problem was. He was helping someone else at the counter so I waited. When I walked to the counter he asked me how he coukd help me. I reminded him he was switching out the trailer he finally got it done. He then tells me I have to return the trailer by 1120pm using the app or it woukd charge me for additional time. So I bring trailer back and tried for almost an hour to return the trailer with the app but it keeps erroring out. I eventually just left the trailer on the property and left. Was a stressful experience from start to finish.

They provided an old truck, it was misaligned kept veering to the right. When filling tank with gas the gauge will only show tank was filled a little past half a tank. I had reserved a Dolly and padding, the paddding was not given to me it was removed from my reservation and I had to purchase a Dolly to them having them all reserved. When i dropped off the truck the guy asked why would they give me a truck that old, they no longer gave those models out. Worst experience ever!

The unit I was given needed serious repairs done to it. Luckily, I only had a less than 25 miles to drive it, otherwise I would’ve returned it. Steering had 6-8” of play and the alignment was off as well. The transmission was having issues and the brakes were squealing. The condition other than that was fine, the truck was clean in the cab and the back. Pickup and return was simple, so they had that going for them. Location was handy for me, regardless of the situation I had with the truck, the staff and all contact with their agents was a pleasure.

The staff was very friendly and helpful getting me what i needed. The only thing i didn't like is U-hauls new policy changes regarding having to have someone validate who I am. My license and credit card information should be enough as it was before. I do understand why U haul added this requirement but, most of us are not criminals with the intent on not returning or stealing your equipment and we should be treated like we are.

Well I told the lady what I needed to move and she told me a 20 ft truck would be big enough. It was not. We could not get everything in there. So now im faced with renting again to get the rest. She should have offered me the larger truck.

Christian was alsome, we drove from Indiana to pickup stuff from storage and we reserved a trailer from the another location but they where having computer problems so came to the Blanding location hoping to get a trailer and Christian made it happen. We weren't able to get into our storage unit because not having the right key. Christian checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. While trying to get lock open. For all the problems we where having Christian made our day better.

Only issue is the sliding doors need to stay open longer. I'm a senior with disability and I can't move fast enough to go from keypad to pushing cart inside. Then it closed too quickly and had to try again. Very frustrating and time consuming

Hi. The staff that assisted me were great! Very knowledgeable and kind. My only issue was that, I originally rented a unit, but wound up NOT needing it anymore. I rented it on a Wednesday, found out Thursday evening I wouldn’t need it. I also left to go out of town that Thursday evening and didn’t get back until late Monday night. I never used the Unit AT ALL. All I did was place the lock on the unit as the staff member advised i do. I returned to the office that Tuesday morning (just 6 days later) to cancel the rental. But was NOT given any refund for the rental I wound up not needing or even using. I want expecting a full refund, but to have to pay for an entire month and only technically have the rental space for 6 days is unfair in my opinion.

Online tool served as a great help on a busy Saturday morning. I was able to get my unit and store my items and go! All while allowing staff to help those that needed an agents help with their needs.

When we placed the reservation on moving to Florida we had reserved a climate controlled unit. This was not available when we arrived after moving 8 hour so we were left with having to take a non climate controlled unit. the person who checked us in at the time stated that it would be fine-our stuff wouldn't be bothered by the lack of climate control ect.. to be honest. The fact that this part of our reservation wasn't honored was a big part of the rating. Unfortunately, there was an issue with our items and with the price increase since we started renting, it made sense to find a unit elsewhere. I would not recommend this location though largely due to the fact that it is a giant pain to try and get in and out of that lot. Move out day there was a family blocking one of two exits the entire day and made getting in and out very challenging.

The staff is very rude and unhelpful. Raising prices on a unit several times that was not on the original contract you signed is really poor business. Not even sure this is legal. Was accused of cutting my lock off my unit in broad daylight because I misplaced the key after I was instructed by another staff member to do so since it was my responsibility. Very poor management at this location. All staff needs to attend a people skills class in order to know how to speak to and treat customers.

I have had family heirlooms in my storage unit for 8 yes while living in Alaska. My sister emptied the unit yesterday. I was paying for an a/c climate controlled unit. My wooden furniture was covered in GREEN MOLD! And! It was NOT air conditioned! I am LIVID!! The furniture pieces ar over 60 years old! They’re ruined now!

The young lady that helped me had an attitude and seemed upset that I came in 5 minutes before closing even though I had a reservation. When I said something about her attitude and demeanor she stated that it’s been a long day and she’s been carrying the store on her back all day. I responded and told her that I too had a long day and that I packed up and entire apartment with two kids by myself and that I needed to get my storage unit because I have to return the truck at 11pm. She stated that I came in right before they were about to close and they are staying past the time for closing to help me. I advised her that I came in before 7pm so she’s obligated to help me. Coming from a customer service background, I would never make a PAYING customer feel as if they are inconveniencing me, when it is my job to help.

Facility gets moldy and raises my prices 3x in last year with no notice or correspondence

I am a little upset. When I reserved the unit, the website said I was eligible for a free month's rent and that all I had to pay at the time was the insurance. A day or two later, I get an email saying that $90 was pulled from my account. I have reached out to the store Manager and also spoke with Customer Service, but I have not received any correspondence from the Manager.

I was advised at the time of getting a storage unit that you can only get in via a security card, however yesterday when I was closing the unit it was advised that is no longer the case. My keys were stolen by an ex however I thought the unit was secure and he wouldn't be able to get in. He did and cleaned out the storage unit minus some papers and trash

I was supposed to move in Saturday but your locks are broken. So I am still having all of my stuff in the back of a U-Haul truck so I have had to go to the store buy stuff so that I can go to work and then hopefully unload my stuff tonight after work tired ... When I could have had this don't Saturday evening as planned .. now I'm two days in and I will NOT be paying for the cost of the truck ..this has been the most inconvenient move ever!!! Hopefully once you get your locks fixed and I have access to the storage unit it will be great .. but until then 👎👎👎👎

When I rented my truck on line and it offered the storage with first month free was awesome but it gave me the 5*8 said that it was equal to a two bedroom apartment and that is was 1200 square feet. And that is totally incorrect that I had to get rid of a lot of my furniture that I will now have to rebuy when I get my new place cause I could not fit it all in there and when I was doing it all on line and I rented a 15’ truck which was plenty big it would not let me choose a bigger unit that if I would have had a bigger unit I wouldn’t have had to get rid of my living room tables not would I have had to get rid of my daughters complete bedroom furniture and my bedroom furniture. So really in the long run it’s going to cost me $1000’s of dollars to replace that furniture cause your site wouldn’t allow me to pick a different storage size. And my daughter’s furniture wasn’t even 6 months old and I had to just give it away. SMH…… so I would recommend uhaul storage but would tell them to make sure that they choose the size they need so they don’t loose thousands of dollars worth of furniture. And also in a climate controlled facility the a/c should keep it cold not for it to be hot and stuffy in there to where it’s actually cooler outside and I live in Florida

Dalton, Trevor and Dustin were all very helpful. I do believe the access to the storage units should be at least until midnight without having to pay for 24hr access especially the first week of getting a unit since that is when the moving will be done. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Staff at this U-Haul were friendly and helpful. Parking is tight and the driveway around the building is too narrow. U-Haul Corporate is a PITA to deal with - It was difficult to set up and change auto payment, and getting receipts for payments acceptable for expense reimbursement was a monumental exercise...ridiculous and inexcusable in the modern era.

It was very clean and easy access but I don’t like how U-Haul will not prorate if we close out storage early. My storage started out at $70 and increased to $90 over the last 4 years. The least you could have done was give me back the money I spent for not using the storage.

The loading dock doors being inoperable after office business hours is a bit of an inconvenience. Sometimes moving doesn’t allow for being there during business hours and not all items fit through the smaller regular personnel doorways. It’s not optimal to have 24hr access but only be able to actually move larger items during regular business hours.

I had this reservation for atleast a week or more...no one contacted me advising me the store had a flood a few days prior and had no space available. Lots of change in staff, bad customer service.

When I upsized my unit the elevator was broken so I had to carry everything down the stairs. The non climate control units are cooler than the climate control. No carts available on move out. Crowded.

This location was very helpful and understanding during our time of need after losing our home to Hurricane Irma. One of the managers even went above and beyond to assist after hours. A+ Service!
