Having rental trucks ready upon arrival for faster service and customer satisfaction, cleared of snow and ice especially the roof due to endangering others in traffic, plus large fines for not having a vehicle cleared of snow and ice. From the police. My rental was not prepared prior to my arrival we had to wait for it to be completed which was not completed properly for my safety and others.

Au Canada,il faut que ce questionnaire soit disponible dans les deux langues officielles!!! Voici mes commentaires: Avant d'arriver à cette succursale, j'ai passé par celle du chemin Innes qui est plus près de mon domicile. Je ne suis nullement satisfaite de cette succursale parce que même avec une réservation, la récupération d'un véhicule loué prend plus d'une heure. Est-ce le manque ou l'inexpérience du personnel? Vous devriez y voir. Je suis donc allée à la succursale de la rue Coventry, où il n'y a pas ces délais. Le grand inconvénient par contre, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de place pour garer la voiture personnelle lorsqu'on loue un véhicule pour une période qui inclut une nuit. C'est un problème d'envergure pour une personne seule. Vous devriez y voir. Somme toute, mon expérience a été bonne.

Organize the yard a little bit for customer parking, and for drop-off, at least for peak hours. Each person lined up to pick up a rental had to move their vehicle at some point because there is not enough designated customer parking for the busy days. When dropping off the truck I went in to the store and was told I had to hand off the keys outside. When I went outside, there was no-one available. I had to wait in the cold for someone to come and notice I was waiting. IT wasn’t the coldest weather this winter, but it was too cold to stand around waiting to hand over keys. Maybe You could allow customers to wait inside and page then using the announcement system that you use to announce which cars are in the way. Otherwise, it’s a great, friendly, and convenient place to rent a truck.

If your staff could tell customers that we can't park on the property when picking up rentals that would be a very good thing. I was lucky enough that your C.S.R. found me a spot to park but he did say it isn't normally done.

Nothing, in fact there was a very kind worker today who offered to move the truck after I told him I was concerned about hitting a van behind me. He then helped verify that I was able to grab the tools I'd ordered as part of my online check in without waiting in line. If that wasn't enough, he then opened the back of the truck on the way out so I could put the items in without me even noticing. I didn't catch his name but I can't thank him enough. Made a great start to the move. 11/10.

For customers who booked on line maybe you should have a special line up , it seemed faster process when at the counter. Why would the vehicle only have a 1/4 tank of fuel?

I made my reservation on Innes road. Called it on Monday for Thursday. Called again on Wednesday to confirm and Thursday they had no trailer. I had to race to coventry rd to get one and almost missed my scheduled delivery due to the added delay. I waisted 1 hr of my time because of this. The previous time I left. Overall the experience was a 4

The interior of the van was broken, missing the storage compartment, the sun visors were hanging off the latches were falling off, the centre cup holder area was disgusting and filthy. didn't want to put anything down on it. Had to wash it before I could leave on my drive.

The trailer I wanted was available on short notice. The trailer was connected onto my truck by staff and checked out by staff minutes after I arrived. Return was extremely easy; I just drove in and dropped it off - he pushed some buttons and I got confirmation on my email that the trailer had been returned back to their inventory. Seamless experience

I hired labour from Sammy’s through the u-haul site to help load and unload. Very courteous, on time, experienced and focused help. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end with the whole rental experience.

WARNING: UHaul does not put winter tires on their vehicles. Not only is that time-consuming as their employees (who worked very hard, in fairness to them) struggle to extricate the vehicles from snow banks, it is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS on the road to drive a swaying truck. I would not recommend using a Uhaul during wintry days. This location also does not provide parking on site, so you may have to trudge through the snow to get to/from the public parking lot about 800 metres away.

Booked for a Cargo Van Feb. 01 with Milano Collision ... they could not deliver and reservation shifted to 4880 Bank st. causing inconvenience. Their van could not be moved because of icy condition, the person did not showed any apology or courtesy for my inconvenience. Again called UHaul and got Van from Coventry Rd. Time given 2 p.m , again had to wait till 3.30 p.m. losing my time. At the time of taking delivery of Van, computer system showed problems quite a few times and took almpst 45 minutes before things were settled. A bitter experience altogether I had this time.

I had a very bad experience . The 15 ft truck that I rented had bedbugs. There were dead bedbugs and I had to mope thoroughly. I didn’t have any choice other than cleaning it before use because I was so late and my elevator booking was only for 2 hrs. I would have Checkd your truck properly before I accepted it. Also, the guy at the booking counter took so long for releasing the vehicle as he couldn’t find the vehicle in his system. Rather than changing the vehicle, he kept playing with the same truck on his computer. When I notified the bedbugs issue upon return, the reply was “sorry sir, we would check with the previous guy who rented”! Unbelievable!! No more business with your company. I had a shit experience

The van needed jump-starting when I was given the keys. I said the agent that this wasn't satisfactory as I was worried that the van wouldn't start once I turned it off. He assured me that once the van had been running for 5 minutes, the battery would be charged and I wouldn't have any problems. I drove the van home (10-minute drive) and the van stood for around 45 minutes while I loaded it. When I went to turn it on it wouldn't start and I had to call for assistance.

No parking on their lot where you can park your own car while you pick up the rental. The nearby parkings require you to pay so it is not a very convenient location. Other than that, their service is great with amazing staff.

The organization with other locations regarding one way trucks clearly needs some work.. poor kid working at the gas station had no idea I was coming.. and when I called the next day about my deposit I was told the drop off location had already paid me in cash. (Which was not the case) I then was asked to drive to the drop off location to then receive the cash owed in person, which I did .. not the end of the world but definitely kind of annoying to deal with on top of my move.. Other than those 2 things the service was fine Thanks Dylan Radmore

Two items: 1) I didn't know the blankets needed to be folded and the clerk who handled my check said "fold the blankets". There is probably a few other ways to more politely explain this to a client. 2) I am still waiting for an updated receipt to be emailed to me as stated by the clerk who checked me in.

Very slow check in and check out process. Snow not cleared off the top of the truck leaked inside the truck. I had to buy tarps to protect the furniture inside.

I had selected mobile check in, but the app did not work which required me to go inside. I stood in line for 45 minutes because there was only one guy working the front desk, and he was clearly in no rush to do his work. Very poor customer service.

Please update your point of sale card readers to accept chips. Using machines that only swipe cards triggers fraud alerts for TD Bank since most Canadian businesses use swipe-only card readers.

I am appalled by what's happened to my personal belongings at this storage facility. 75% of my items (most valuable!) were bitten into and damaged by mice urine and feces. Missing basic pest control!

DO NOT RENT A STORAGE LOCKER FROM THIS PLACE. Tamrat Meherete cannot get it through her head that my storage contract ended the 4th of April 2018. I keep getting threats for payment. Duh.contract over
